Love these guys. The first day was cancelled due to poor weather forecast. The second day, I had zero expectation after days of rain and the previous day cancellation.

I did two days of diving with Manta Lodge in February with my wife, our two sons (11 & 12), and friends—and what an unforgettable experience it was.

Had a great stay at Mad Monkey Village in Cairns.
I really enjoyed the pool — perfect to chill after a long day of work or exploring.

Real good Hostel located in Cairns center.
Cool staff is making sure everybody's needs will get satisfied. Its unstrained, since there’s cleaning ever day.

It doesn't get better than this hostel, they've made all the right choices.

Hands down the best hostel I’ve said in in Australia. The most lovely rooms and amenities, I met such amazing people and the put on a fabulous free yoga session in the morning.

Great location. Traveling on motorcycles. Parking was available. We had a private room in the house next door. Very close to everything.

Nice little hostel right on the beach! Greg was very welcoming upon check in :) The Thai restaurant on site was wonderful! And the coffee van out front was perfect in the morning!

This is only my second hostel experience, and it has truly exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are always clean and feel fresh, which makes a big difference.

Beautiful hostel that exceeded expectations. Staff are super friendly and really keep the place looking picturesque. Stayed in one of the comfort aircon rooms and loved every moment.

What a great place. Exceeded my expectations. I needed last minute accomodation over Christmas and on the wallaby helped me out, didn’t charge a fortune and were just so so nice.

I stayed at the Mackay Adveture Lodge for 2 nights. The lodge (kitchen, lounge, rooms and bathrooms) is super clean and the staff is amazing.

Woolshed was a perfect oasis for my holiday! Staff members were quick to help book and also schedule local attractions. Everything needed was a quick walk away.

Nice and affordable accommodation in Hervey Bay. Enjoyable yard with hammocks.
Room was clean and had what we needed including a small fridge.
Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach.

The seperate rooms next to the hostel are cozy and comfortable. Have stayed here multiple times now. Highly recommend.

Great social vibe and the outdoor showers were amazing! I loved the open-air setup, it made the place feel really relaxed and tropical.

I highly recommend this hostel. There's a great atmosphere, everyone is very relaxed. You can also do some cool activities. We took a surfing course and even flew a small plane ourselves.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. I was only intending to stay a night but ended up staying longer. The Treehouse has a great bar and cafe and the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

My stay at mad monkey waterfront was really really nice. It’s super central right on the esplanade surrounded by shops and restaurants and close to the night markets and the water.

The location is right on the esplanade, which is very nice. Many restaurants and shops around. The hostel itself is clean and very chill.

Stayed at Surf Inn in Surfers Paradise and honestly had such a good time. The vibe here is unreal, super social, relaxed, and easy to meet people.

Mad Monkey Jungle had the perfect mix between a social party atmosphere and a place where you could relax if you wanted. The staff were also amazing, helping out wherever and whenever they can.

I had a great stay at Mumma’s Hostel. The atmosphere is really convivial, and the staff are friendly and very caring with their guests.

Mummas hostel is by far the best hostel in Cairns (and in Australia)!
Clean, small, with a quiet time after 10pm.
What makes it so unique?
-Each bed has curtains to offer some intimaty in the dorms.

We had already ordered our food when I suddenly realised I had left my phone at work and it was already Friday. I was panicking as I need my phone for both work and personal use.

The atmosphere was quite nice. Had a few tables in for dinner but wait times were minimal. Staff were very friendly and quick with service.

I've stayed in a lot of hostels in my days and after reading your reviews I knew I had to write some truth on here. The rooms are clean as and inviting.

More like a guest house. Quaint and clean with comfy beds. Various common areas inside and outside. A small but functional kitchen and very clean showers and bathroom area.

We stayed in a charming old room with a double bed and shared bathroom. Basic and clean.
Great views up and down the street from the open verandah on the 1st floor.

Stopped overnight in Tambo. Went to Royal to watch the famous Chicken Races. Afterwards, we had dinner and a couple of beers. Typical pub food with great atmosphere. A must do & see.

Friendly, flexible staff who are easy to talk to. Very clean rooms and shared areas, plus a fully equipped industrial kitchen with great views to the Lagoon.

Fantastic ppl. Greta location. Great room. Chilled in the one bed one bath. Clean. Fancy fancy w/o the crazy price. Comfy bed. Place isn’t nosy due to ppl but there is a noise.

The room, bed, and linens were clean and comfortable. The kitchen wasn't great, it was mostly clean and spacious but was low on supplies and most of the stoves were not working.

This was the cleanest and quietest hostel that we stayed in while travelling between Melbourne and Cairns.
