Carmila Hotels

Have had friends stay here when I lived in the area so had no hesitation in staying here and was lucky enough to get a room for the night.

A very clean and well-kept motel. Owners are very co-operative. A recommended place to stop off on your trip north.

We free camped and had the whole place to ourselves. Huge grassy area with views across the cane fields to distant hills. A bit of road noise when the wind turned offshore but not bad.

I didn't stay at the hotel so I can't rate the rooms. However the dinner was amazing and the service was friendly. My only gripe was the swearing by a young blonde girl, she was very loud.

Nice place to stay clean and lots of grass to park your van.

Pulled in this afternoon after a long and rainy road trip. Cabin very comfy and roomy, air con & tv. Staff are helpful and lovely. Pet friendly for our 2 dogs & bird.
