Emerald Hotels

We needed accommodation in Emerald and I went searching close to the time we had to be there. Our trip was for a very sad funeral.

The motel is tucked in nicely just off the main road. Clean rooms, pleasant host. Will be staying there again 😊

Always stay here when in Emerald. Rooms are always very clean the management fantastic. After a brief issue with room at check in was promptly moved to a similar room without any hassles.

Booking: Booked directly, which was straightforward, and the information provided on the Emerald Inn website was perfectly representative of what we received.

Great Motel, room was well appointed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the undercover off street parking was good.

Absolutley great motel with great aircons that handle the heat! Will stay again! Great people there too!

Awesome vibe, great camp kitchen chats. There's a snack shop near by with the best pies ever.
They could use a few more bins locally instead of just the big ones.

What a lovely, clean place. We stay in a cabin here for work every couple of months, and the service is always excellent.

After a seven hour trip, the cleanliness of this motel was extremely notable. You could tell whoever was cleaning these rooms took pride in their condition.

Good room. Proper freezer in the fridge. Parking a bit tight. Only tap water supplied. Hate the small shower.

There is palms and yes it is central. Plenty of parking, decent rooms and good food nearby…

Had a fantastic stay at the Villas on Rivergum. The value for money is amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

They're little out of the way. But with that its nice and quiet. And plenty of parking options as well as the option of secure garage parking.

Your standard roadside motel that’s great for a couple nights of basic accommodation. It is close to shops and restaurants which was very convenient.

Room was clean and everything worked as expected. I would have given a 5 star, but I had no kettle for the complimentary coffees? Add a kettle and boom you will be 5 star.

Had a two bedroom unit at a reasonable price which was spacious and comfortable. Our unit was at the back of the hotel so was quiet.

A great stopover spot, close to all required amenities and reasonably priced.

Definitely value for money. Clean and love a good bath. Only thing was no milk for coffee but I didn’t let them know either. Private.

Absolutely awesome experience here, honestly couldn't recommend them enough! Amazing hosts, especially when arrival was delayed due to flight issues.

Great motel. We travelled with our pet dachshund and room 8 was the perfect location. Friendly manager. Also had great lunch at Emerald Hotel beer garden.

If we could I would give it this place more stars — shout out to Glenda who was amazing — the place is extremely clean — we got an amazing room with a spa and the most comfortable beds!

The shower was amazing and the bed linen too.

Tried the hotstone restaurant. Meat quality v good and priced to dine. As a non drinker options limited. A drinker had a lot of options. Parking out front. Seating not cramped.

Really clean and well looked after. Had everything you would have wanted in a holiday home — we made good use out of the patio to look at all the gems we found in Rubyvale.

A great little home away from home. We will be back, next week actually ☺️

Pet friendly although have to pay an additional amount upon arrival on top of the cost of the room (despite room being advertised as pet friendly etc online).

I found the rooms very clean and smelt good. The owners air the rooms out as each room has a screened back door and wooden front door.

Staff in the front desk are super friendly, house keeping staff are fabulous in their work. They kept my room clean and tidy. The neighbourhood is also good, everything you will find there nearby.

I have stayed here before. Plenty of parking and a convenient location. Rooms are a bit tired and aircon wasn't great.
But I would stay again.

The hotel is central to everything you need, room was a little outdated but clean and was an easy process for late check in and the pool was clean.

Rooms are a little tired, but when you want somewhere quiet to stay and rest your head, it is a good place to be.
Very simple communication and checkin procedure.

Fantastic, normally stay in camps in noisy dongas, but so lovely to stay in a motel style accommodation.

Excellent food and services. Good rooms. Beds could be a wee bit wider.

Very good value for money. Paid $89 for a room, which we booked last minute on the way into town. Room smelt odd, however, not unpleasant.

Booked here for 2 nights. First impression was that it looked a bit odd from the outside and the car park was unsecure. Room 4 appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable.

So im doing FIFO and the venue is great, the room that im staying in is well equiped, bathroom with toilet and shower, TV in the room, with a double bed and the unit has air-conditioning.

Off grid camping available for only $9-00per head.
Excellent value.
