Wonderful place to stay. You can see a view of the whole city from your rooms as there are no other tall buildings around, rooms are modern, clean and feel luxurious.

Cannot fault this property! From the incredible service when checking in right through until our departure morning. Beautiful note and treats left for us. Nice little touches mean alot for sure!

The location was really good with direct access to the beautiful Botanical Gardens where we spent quite a lot of our time.

Fabulous hotel in the best location in Brisbane. It’s great value with comfortable, spacious rooms that have recently been upgraded. Easy carpark access on site. Opposite the botanic gardens.

Easy access to rooms, basic but clean — I was told no daily service however my towels were changed daily so — bonus if you need that.
Breakfast bar but no evening meals, pool on location too.

I would definitely stay here again based on the service alone. The rooms were also better than other motels I've stayed at — spacious, super clean (even the carpet! ) and comfy beds.

Quite a good room but the TV didn’t work. Convenient with The Shamrock Hotel across the road for a good feed. Quite spacious and comfy bed.

We recently stayed at the Tropic Coast Motel for one night while my daughter had a specialist medical appointment, and it was exactly what we needed.

Check-in was a breeze, room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. Being a work trip, it was great to have a good night's sleep. Friendly staff all round. Thank you again!

Very welcoming staff. Not the cleanest room u could find and the bathroom is a bit old. Otherwise all functionable appliances with all u need for a night stay.

Excellent Rooms with good bed and mini bar as well as nice bathroom but would prefer some little soap bars for on my travel back tho the motel did supply nice biscuits and tea and coffee.

I'm always happy to stay at Hyatt hotels, and Brisbane was another standout. While the hotel iw nothing syecial, it's very well positioned, with an entrance to a busy mall.

We were visiting our son in Brisbane and decided to book a room for a week at the Rydges.

I had a wonderful stay at Rydges South Bank Brisbane! The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and well-maintained.

My 9 year old daughter had really wonderful things to say about our stay here. The staff were super lovely, the apartment was so spacious and she especially loved the pool.

Visited Mackay for a friends wedding and chose to stay at the Ocean International due to the amazing hotel restaurant.

Just went to the cafe (around 1:30) and the kitchens were closing, really nice server said, the kitchens closing in two minutes but order whatever you want.

Great destination to explore Brisbane. You can reach everything without a car and Southbank is a beautiful place to be.
Staff in the hotel was great, the rooms are spotless clean and you fell welcome.

I had a wonderful stay, hotel was clean, and staff was very nice to me. The guy at the reception was really nice by helping me with my luggage when I was checking out.

Stayed for a week, and it was a good choice. Quiet, big clean rooms, close to public transport, and walking distance to Southbank.

Camping by the lake is beautiful with bird life around. Two camp kitchens to make ease to bbq and watch sun setting.

Arrived late in the day just before closing… was graciously allocated a ENS powered site in a good spot.

Have stayed at many hotels and many Westins, and this is a good one. The facility including club lounge, pool and gym are all very solid. Very walkable location to lots of great shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Everything's is clean and luxury just amazing. However, the best experience was Luoise and Rose at the pool bar.

Absolutely outstanding service from the manager Paddy and his wife. They really went the extra mile.
Rooms are spotlessly clean, very helpful and cheerful cleaning staff.

Recently stayed here while travelling through.

Mantra Mackay has beautiful morning views overlooking the marina which was definitely the highlight of the stay. Sitting out in the morning with the water views was really peaceful and relaxing.

It was a great place to stay, the team from front desk to housekeeping were wonderful. If I had any issues or questions they were quick to assist.

We had a great stay at the Novotel South Bank in a pool access room. The kids had a fun time with easy access to the pool and an extensive breakfast buffet.

Really enjoyed a short city stay here, the location right across the bridge from Southbank and next to the city is unbeatable.

We stayed at The Star Grand Hotel last night for our anniversary and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
We booked a King Riverview room, and the views were spectacular.

Stayed at Country Plaza Motor Inn in Mackay for an overnight stop and couldn’t fault it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed however some colour would be nice.

Please sort out the heating and cooling in the room. As guests we had no control albeit a temperature control panel is on a wall in the room.

I dare you to walk in and not go “wow! ”
It’s absolutely stunning. A very tricky balance of grand and very chic yet at the same time friendly and not up itself.
The front desk staff were a delight.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment as we had a family catch up.
Staff were great throughout the weekend stay.
Breakfast was also great 👍

Our stay at the Sebel Brisbane was excellent, including being upgraded to a better room.
My complaint is with the free water they provide.
