We had a very comfortable stay at The Alara Motor Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely amazing.

Highly recommend. Facilities are spotless, staff helpful and polite. Jimmy D's restaurant serves great food, is right next door and has a dog friendly area overlooking the pool.

This was our first visit to Capri, Brisbane. It was central, easy to find, and the staff were friendly and cheerful.

A lovely stay and I plan on returning. Choi at the reception was extremely helpful w the check-in.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was an impressive size.

Was here for the brisbane marathon festival. Was awesome location. Rooms were beautiful. Great restaurants close by (like less than a block away) Everything was clean.

My chances of going back are slim. But I do have a chance… next time I want it I summer with less rain, so I can enjoy the garden. Great place to explore Brisbane from.

Great food and beers, very tasty raspberry lemonades, however the lack of hand sanitiser is concerning, some may say I’m a germaphobe and I sometimes agree, I believe that as the world is getting

My husband and I recently had lunch in the new beer garden at the Boomerang Hotel, and we were so impressed.
The food was absolutely excellent, fresh, generous portions, and beautifully presented.

The check in was quick and the staff were nice. The only problem was that the docking bays were constantly full so we had to find our own parking before we could properly enter their actual carpark.

We were a family of four adults and the apartment was the perfect choice for our trip.

The room was lovely. I was happy to be on the 5th level which had morning sun and a nice view in 2 directions. The Kitchenette had everything we needed and there were a nice little table and desk.

Great location. 15mins walk to suncorp stadium, 15mins walk to Queen Street Mall. One bedroom unit was spacious and clean. Super comfy bed, even the roll away bed was great.

First of all, I would like to commend the owners of the place. Although I arrived well before the official check-in time (11:00), I was still given the room I had booked.

The continental breakfast is great value with a pancake maker, toast, cereal, coffee and juice. The select dinner menu includes pizza, parmi and amazing rib fillet steak and is extremely well priced.

We had a wonderful stay while celebrating two special occasions. It was excellent value for money, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

The staff who helped me during day were great and responsive! My bike was being delivered by the airport and we had limited days there.

I have stayed here many times before. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It is so convenient being located right at the airport.

All Rooms are pretty decent sized.
A good staff roster let down by 1 bad apple who happens to be there majority of the time.

I recently stayed here and had the pleasure of staying in room 100 I enjoyed it and I love the atmosphere and the way the room was set and everything was clean and comfortable was fantastic.

Arrived in mackay around 10.30pm last flight and was greeted by one of the nicest night auditors. It felt like being at home.

The host was very friendly and helpful!
I had to check in late at night, but the response was quick and the late check-in system was very well organised and easy to follow.

Everything in general was good.
The rooms are clean and mattress I had was comfortable.
The service was good and for every request helpful.

Booked a 3 night stay in the balcony suite at Point Hotel on Christmas period for our first visit to Brisbane. It was great. Room was a bit old but very clean.

Had a lovely one night stay, to break our journey home. We enjoyed the amazing comfortable bed, the deep tub and the quiet and cool room.

I loved my stay! I spent my birthday with Mantra and I was provided with a lovely spread of kindness upon room arrival. I found a beautiful platter and a bottle of champagne which was lovely.

Serviced apartment style accommodation in the heart of South Bank Brisbane, unbeatable location for leisure travellers with much more things to do in South Bank than middle of the CBD.

I had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. Service at the front desk was so smooth and the staff are very welcoming and professional.

The accomodations we had for our four-night stay was every bit of fantastic! As great as our room was, as yummy as the breakfast was, the Four Points team far surpassed everything else.

The location is excellent — close to Queen Street Mall, South Bank, restaurants, and public transport.

I stayed here on Friday night. The staff in reception were friendly and efficient. We had a few laughs as I checked in. Fantastic location. Easy walk to casino, Southbank, and many restaurants.

The location is excellent with everything in walking distance; I especially recommend a night walk along the nearby waterfront.

Location is perfect with easy walking access to CityCat to explore Brisbane. The rooms are a comfortable size, extremely clean, and welcoming.

One comment for the admin is to check the locks since they are digital it took a while for us to learn how to open it — faulty contacts.

Everything was satisfactory; however, the air conditioning in room 109 was not cooling sufficiently.

We stayed 6 nights on the 19th floor in a 1 bdrm suite and had a great view of the Brisbane River. We have stayed at numerous Meriton Suites previously but this would be one of the best.

We always have an enjoyable stay at Arena Apartments. The management is very pleasant welcoming and cares about good service as is reflected in her staff. All staff go out of their way to be helpful.

Friendly staff at reception. We chose a city view apartment located on a higher level and it was definitely worth it as the views were amazing, especially at night time.

Great view of the city at night, okay view of the sunrise/sunset. Service is top notch, very accommodating. The mattress could be more even, the sides were sunken in but the middle was higher.

Loved the location, perfect and close enough for anything you need. The second room out the back was a little warm with no a/c but didn't make or break the experience overall super stoked.

An agreeable stay in a good location with friendly staff. However, the lighting in the room (and reception) was terrible in that it was all very cool, blue light.

Good location apart from the 2 building sites in very close proximity with work starting very early. Onsite parking was great to have as we were travelling each day of our stay.

Good central location, easy to find, easy access to the city centre for a meal, clean quiet and comfortable. All we needed for an overnight stay driving Brissy to Cairns.

We had an epic stay at the Wellington Hotel on our trip from California. It was so close to the action, restaurants, city cat and great coffee shops!
