They closed their cocktail bar … their flagship on NYE… no notification for guests and their response was go to the eatery or go next door.

Good clean hotel, good for business trip, only thing lacking is the lack of swimming pool in the Brisbane heat.

A beautiful place to stay. We had a private dinner here and were extremely well looked after. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

August 20, '18. The front desk staff didn't listen. I asked to see a room suitable for a married couple and their two children. The bobbed auburn hair styled young front office manager then showed me a suite suitable for a couple. There was no mention of how they would accommodate two children in her presentation. The communication between her subordinates and herself was poor. The first staff member I spoke to kept talking about cooking facilities instead of asking me what I might be looking for on behalf of my overseas friends. Visitors don't usually cook much, they want to experience the restaurants that are here. I ate breakfast in their restaurant years ago and thought it quite good. But today's interaction with the staff was less than inspiring.

Went upto level 30 for a function, it was nice, but there were technical issues with sound and stuff and no one was around to fix it. Food looked good tasted alright. The pastry were really nice for afternoon tea. Nice vibe too.

My husband & I ate at the Buffett last night. A couple of the dishes were tasty, namely the tandoori chicken skewers & pulled pork but the majority lacked flavour. Some curry flavour in the beef curry would have been nice. Even my mini cupcake was stale. There wasnt enough variety or choice. The atmosphere was very disappointing & reminded us of a department store cafeteria. We were in & out in record time. We passed Red Rooster on our way home & wished we had gone there instead! We had hoped for a lovely night out but it was spoilt by our experience at this Buffett. We will not be returning.

Really nice location in the of Brisbane. The Buffet offers a huge variety of food and you can get a Groupon voucher for Breakfast or Dinner, which makes it an even better Value. I can really recommend the 4 points by Sheraton Dinner experience. I haven't tried the breakfast buffet yet, but I'm sure it's good as well.

Convenient location within walking distance to shopping area. Room is newly renovated but without bathtub. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi signal is strong and fast.

The room was nice, tidy and well prepared. The staff are a bit ordinary, don't smile much and not overly friendly. Waiting for them to refund the $100 deposit took 2 phone calls and 7 working days to compete. Instead of calling they send a fax to the financials to try and sort it out, blame it on your bank or say it wasn't their problem. We won't be staying at any Sherriton again.

My sisters wedding was on level 30. The function room was big enough to host maybe 40 to 50 guests comfortable. The access to the amenities were handy. The staff were amazing.

Very poor buffet dinner. Very poor selection basically just 4 meat items including 2 pork dishes and 1 chicken drumsticks. Also poor salad and dessert. Cold roast potatoes. When the busiest station is the coffee station this says a lot. Much better taste, selection and value elsewhere. We won't be back.

Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. Construction noise at night is not acceptable. No account made for this. Very annoyed also with charging my wife for muesli and machine coffee one morning but not the next. Rooftop bar waters it's cocktails with copious amounts of ice. Ambience of this bar is questionable for anyone over the age of thirty. Great position and presentation and possibly not the best choice hotel for these retirees.

Dedicated to the service to score high points, only in order to the front desk Chinese service personnel praise. A year ago, due to the extremely poor service attitude and very low efficiency of the decisive abandonment of this hotel. This year's great surprise, a Chinese porter at the parking lot was very enthusiastic, remembering my last name every time I came back and went out with polite greetings and help to open the door and adjust the seat. Front desk A girl is also very good, very efficient, in front of someone dragged a long time checkin after constantly give me sorry. Room no surprise after all is four point.

We went to have our Christmas gift today, for the High Tea offered by Four Points. The table was very small and did not accommodate, tea cups, teapot, glass of water, plate, and High Tea servers. The food was good, but poor selection of food. Savoury items were very little, a small hot savory, very small open sandwich, very very petite open sandwich. That was it. 1 scone. and about 4 sweet pastries, small desserts. The sweet desserts were nice, but was way too sweet, too overpowering. We did not finish about 4 of them. I would have preferred nicer larger sandwiches, traditional sandwiches with really nice fillings, rather than a fancy open sandwich so small, served at 12 noon that was not sufficient. How about a hot quiche, or other savoury items, and go for much less sweet desserts. Over all, very disappointing, in the fact that the table was far too small, everything squashed up and hardly could fit on the tables, small tables put together. Service was slow also. Four Points, how about you do better next time. This was my Christmas gift and it fell far short of what I would have expected from you. Food was good, but in wrong proportions.

We went to High Tea at Four Points Sheraton and were more than disappointed. Firstly, we were given boiling hot glasses that the staff attempted to poor our water in. As for the tea, too much sweet and nowhere near enough savoury choices. Definitely do not go for the view as there is none, unless you call a small unit block with tiny balconies (and their washing! ) a view, and the seating arrangement is strange at best — Low tables and very uncomfortable backless couch type seats. For the money I suggest you go somewhere else! The Sheraton have just used a very drab, totally souless, unused space and tried to pass it off as a High Tea venue, with no thought at all to ambience!

The room is clean and comfortable five stars, breakfast in the restaurant is also quite good, some Xu Chinese breakfast, and the other good location, in the urban areas are convenient.

Had a buffet dinner. Reasonable price and good food options including a nice dessert bar. Liked that coffee was also included in the buffet, so were salads, ramen and tacos.

Near the city and the station, it is convenient to walk and sightseeing. Room clean, high CP value, in addition to the Australian restaurant, there are delicious Chinese restaurant, such as Jack ' s Pot dinning outside, also recommend the other side of the corner of the Turkish restaurant kebab, and have the opportunity to order a Turkish kebab to eat, yummy~

Easy city access with totally refurbished rooms at a great price. Best sleep I've had in years with their quality mattress and terrific pillows. I even took a photo of the pillow brand to order some for home.

Enjoyed a lovely high tea with friends there today through an excellent value Groupon deal. Food and service was some of the best I have had — very delicious and fresh tasting food, staff were attentive and polite. We were in the non air condition section and even though it was a hot day we were not uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend and consider returning.

Delicious breakfast… better than expected. Coffee tasty, everything fresh and well presented. Liked the coffee cups. Nice atmosphere, newspapers available. Overall a great place to have breakfast on your birthday.

We booked to high tea on Sunday 2pm to celebrate my aunty’s birthday. First of all, we were seated in an area with NO aircon. We were not informed when we booked. We kindly asked the staff if we can be seated inside. Staff made no move to arrange alternate seating options. Second of all, there was no staff around to serve guest. We had to make our way to the counter to ask for staff to refill our water. We were served the food and drinks and left alone. Very disappointing! On a hot day, no aircon, no water refilled. I feel ashamed to take friends and aunty there on a special day. No wonder Four Point is selling cheap high tea packages on groupon. Price reflected the service.

Nice rooms. Nice hotel. Nice staff. Not much of a bar, no balcony, not much of a view. We did enjoy our stay though!

Overall a pleasant stay. The check in and check out process seem less. Room was basic but pleasant and clean and I did choose the standard room. Breakfast was decent. Only negative for me was the feeling of extortion being left with no realistic option for parking and forking out $ 50 per day! That's excessive even if you bought in Bitcoin for $1, 00 I guess for a little more I could even get a room for my car at some hotels around the city. Makes you wonder why they do it because I'm not likely to return anytime soon.

The staff here are incredible. Everyone from the concierge, to the in-room dining staff, to the manager have been so kind and helpful. The room was both clean and comfortable. And the hotel is centrally located with easy access to museums, restaurants, and the river.

Was here on an overnight stay for business. Loved the fact it was a short walk from the office. More so, being so close to Queens Street mall and some great eateries. Rooms are modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

My wife and I visited the hotel for high tea. The view you see advertised on their website of the city skyline northwards is almost completely blocked now by a new building being constructed next door. The standard of the food & tea varied from reasonable (scones) to poor (tea bag tea). The sparkling wine was nice however.

Nice hotel if a little busy especially in the lobby area. It has valet parking for a cost and a restaurant that offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are modern and very classy. The bed was just right as well and the room itself has a little more floor space than expected.

Four Points made us feel so welcome and made our first wedding anniversary a very pleasant occasion. The original room booked overlooked construction, so a different room was given to us. Very much appreciate the thoughtfulness of reception to take that into consideration. Upon returning from dinner, we found a gorgeous note and chocolates from a local confectionery congratulating us on our anniversary. The valet remembered it was our anniversary as well. Thoughtfulness is definitely a key standout point for us. Late check out was very much appreciated and all the amenities in the room were top notch. All in all, brilliant experience! An incorrect bill charge was rectified without much trouble and was well handled. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed last night 22/10 and had the High Tea afternoon on the 30th floor. We loved it. We enjoyed the friendly service from arriving by car and had our bags brought into the hotel to the wonderful staff. We enjoyed the view at the roof top bar and our room on floor 19 was nice. Would recommend to family & Friends.

The Four Points is my go-to place for work travel to Brisbane. The rooms are spacious, clean and reasonably priced. It's a short walk to most of the major buildings in the Brisbane CBD, and also conveniently close to the Botanical Gardens which are great for exercising before/after work.

Convenient for everything in town. So close to the buzz of the city & river. Staff so friendly & helpful. Rooms good & clean. Rooftop bar is brilliant.

The location is great and just a short walk from Queen street mall and Eagle street pier. Rooms are large very modern and very comfortable. Bonus of a great rooftop bar. The only negative was the rooms needed black out curtains. Would stay again.

Modern rooms that are more luxurious than what you'd expect if you've stayed at other business branded hotels by 5 star sister hotels, like Double Tree. Valet parking was friendly and no problem to get stuff from your car after parking. In a good location with lots of food options nearby. There's a blackout window shade that can be operated from the bed that will make the room pitch black, the only other hotel I've seen this was at the Park Hyatt which is much more expensive. Only downsides are high pillows (and wasn't sure if I could order a different pillow) and low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, great hotel, especially at the price.

Very nice place the reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk to Myer centre and queen street mall. Nice room. Very nice gym with free bottled water. Good food quality and a great bar! overall pleased with my stay.

Decent hotel. Reception is pretty efficient during daytime hours, it slows down after 12 when the chef understandably goes home but that does mean also the 24 hour food menu is reduced to simple items such as ham and cheese sandwiches only. Good parking service and coffee vendor downstairs by the reception (for the general public to buy too, so you can get your morning coffees here too). Follow the tip of others: Ask for a high level and one facing away from the construction site. The construction site looks like it wont be finished till late 2018.

Reception very friendly and efficient. Valet parking also very efficient, had my car waiting for me in the morning even though I was about 20 minutes earlier than I asked them to have it ready. Room was comfortable, automatic blackout blinds were a bonus. Room service menu limited but warm chicken salad was tasty, standard buffet breakfast. Good business stay.

The hotel room was very nice but for a hotel with 30 floors the lift needs to be better optomised. The hotel is very close to shops and located in in the cbd.

Nice hotel though on the pricier side but the location is very near brisbane cbd area. Breakfast buffet has just the right variety with the usual pancake, salad bar abd egg counter though would have preferred if there were more bakery items like scones.

We got a Groupon voucher for the buffet breakfast at FP Sheraton Brisbane hotel. The room is on the first floor which is why you won't get any city views. Food is alright with a limited selection of cheese. Specialty coffee is at extra cost, otherwise you can use the coffee machine. Also staff members and chef could be friendlier and smile a bit. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Nice rooms with all the amenities. Good location and friendly staff. If the breakfast was a bit better I would rate a 5, but it was a bit limited for a buffet.

So far I have been extremely impressed by Four Points by Sheraton. From the valet parking to gourmet buffet breakfast, everything has been great. Despite the line at the counter when I arrived, I was promptly check into my share/wheelchair accessible room. Four points by Sheraton is definitely the place to stay when attending a conference in Brisbane.

Buffet breakfast at Four Points was one of the best I've enjoyed. Had a moderate variety of continental and hot breakfast items, but all were fresh and quality products, presented in cosy clean decor. Best was that they kept serving until late in the morning.

This is nice enough hotel, but limited in several ways. There's major construction outside, the hotel doesn't have proper lobby, and they charge for internet. Other options will be better value.

We enjoyed a evening out with my wife as a present from our children as Groupon promotion, the staff where very pleasant and helpful, The Seafood Platter that was served was meant to be valued at $199.00 all I can says was it was very disappointing, and wasnt valued anything near that, the First Course very pleasant but limited, and second course was very sad, Fish was over cooked, and so was the litttle lobster, served with plate of chips and rice, the other food that was being served around us looked nice, dont do the groupon seafood platter.

Stayed here for one night — Friday, 08 April. Ladies at Reception were very nice and extremely helpful. Valet was also very nice. Rooms were well appointed, clean, tidy and very comfortable. The noise from the construction site which is right next door started at 6.30am on a Saturday morning. We were not pre warned about construction noise (we arrived in the dark). Just as a heads up, the building next door to the Hotel is only in the early stages of construction so it will be quite some time before it will be a peaceful stay at this Hotel. The "view" we had was overlooking the construction site so again, not pleasant at all. We were advised and it was advertised as beautiful city views. The advertising photo was taken from a high floor and we were placed on Floor 3 with a view of a hole in the ground with scaffolding. We knew we were in for a very late night (arrived back at our hotel at 4am from a function and we thought we would be OK to still catch some zzzzzz s as we had a late 2pm checkout). Could not sleep because of the construction noise and the light streaming in. The curtains in the room were sheer. So, the whole time we were there it was uncomfortable. People being able to see in and also light coming in so sleeping in was not possible. We looked for a blockout curtain however, could not find one. On check out when I mentioned this. We were advised that there is a button you can press which activates auto curtain.

Perfect location and perfect view from the rooms. The service was not quite up to the standard expected. Concierge served another guest who arrived before us and we were advise we had interconnecting rooms on arrival but was not the case when we got to our rooms. As the hotel was full we were unable to room move.

Stayed here for 3 months. Pros: 1) free breakfast buffet 2) friendly service 3) location is pretty convenient Cons: 1) queen beds were made using two single beds put together 2) heater didn't always work; needed to request portable heater.

Modern styled rooms are good but just missing a few small touches to the rooms such as — no disposable toothbrushes -no hand soap.? -some of the hotel extras are closed due to renovations (gym, bar etc) — staff didnt assist my partner and I with our luggage or even offer. -payed extra for a "river view room" although all I could see from my room was the building adjacent. Good points -nice and clean -buffet breakfast was amazing -modern room -friendly staff -valet parking was very professional Was a nice weekend but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Good location. Can access to different main locations. Hotel looks new and clean. Staff are helpful. Yet, the gym is closed and we need to walk 15 mins to another local gym.

You won't be disappointed when staying at Four Points. It's backed by Sheraton so you immediately feel comforted in the name alone. The room we had was spacious and modern. Amenities were clean and Bed was super comfy! The staff at Four Points are friendly and welcoming. The whole feel about the hotel give you a home away from home feel which is nice and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was great with a very wide selection of food. I enjoyed our getaway at Four Points and I'm sure you will too!

Nov 15-Good location, but the gym is currently under renovation. The laternate gym is about 8-10 mins walk away. Note that there is no free Wi-Fi unless you are a SPG member.

The location in Mary St is great. The staff are friendly but professional The rooms, whilst compact compared to the Westin are modern and comfortable.

Nice hotel, courteous staff and clean and great rooms with cool views. But the downside is — there is no complimentary breakfast like the Oaks serviced apartments. Here you need to pay 20$ for a full breakfast buffet. — gym under renovation (have to walk out few min to another gym for which you will be given a pass) I am a frequent flyer and don't know what else to say with this hotel. Booked with another hotel for next week. Not four points again as of now.

I bought a grouping voucher which said to be worth $450. I paid $150 and in actual fact the room costed $170. Which is good but I don't see why they need to say it's worth $450?! Staff are good and responsive. Rooms were small. No spoons to mix drink though they have cups. Only one dustbin in the bathroom. Tv channels are limited. I definitely wouldn't be staying here if it's worth $450! Really disappointed.

I had a couple of issues, but the Customer Service eventually helped to resolve these with me. It's certainly a good location, the fitout on the rooms is clean and modern and very comfortable. It's definitely worth a look for a comfortable stay with all the mod cons and friendly staff.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. The gym and internet are two concerning issues. The gym has been moved from the top floor to a room on level 2. They removed the furniture and bed and added equipment. Only suitable for one person to work out at a time. The internet is highly unstable, it works best in the hallways and lobby.

Lovely modern hotel. Rooms are on the small side but very well appointed and well designed. Location has a ton of good food options around and is only a short walk to the centre of Brisbane. I'll certainly be staying here in the future when in town.

The customer service was excellent, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We rolled up tired and soggy from camping for several days and were treated with excellent service and staff that went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. Bed super comfy and the Breakfast buffet was delicious too.

Average Nothing Fancy good for a quick accomodation. They changed they Gym area to a Tiny room and its only good enough for one person. If there is more then one person then hope the other doesnt do a stinky else you are doomed.

Very negative experience. Went to 4 points for Father's Day and had booked for a seafood buffet only to find they could not deliver what we had booked for. As a consolation they offered us free points as a Stanwood Preferred guest. As at 9th October they have still not delivered. Please say what you mean and deliver on your promises 4 Points Sheraton.

Four Points by Sheraton allowed for a comfortable stay in a clean, modern apartment located only a short walk from the Brisbane CBD and Botanical Gardens. The positive aspects included the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general, as well as the friendly and attentive staff. However, I would not consider this to be a five star hotel as advertised, as there were several inconveniences that would have allowed for a more pleasant stay. Firstly, the TV was restrictive and often unresponsive using the hotel's software customisations, and would often turn off when changing channels or return to a useless screen. It would not allow any external media to be used such as HDMI, and USB input was extremely difficult to use. When paying for an expensive room, I would expect to be able to use the TV as I like. The room had air conditioning, though it would not allow for an increase in temperature above 20°C. Although we're in Brisbane and it is generally warm enough, some nights can be quite cold especially for guests that may be from colder areas of Australia. Bed sheets were not changed during the stay unless explicitly requested by leaving a card on the pillow. The blinds in the bathroom were also stuck in the raised position when I arrived, but the issue was quickly solved by the friendly hotel staff when requested.

Convenient to Queens Street Mall, great place to stay.
