$350 p/night to get an unclean unit that still had fruit behind the couches, stained sheets, grubby pillows… none of the carpets where vacuumed properly, dust everywhere.
Towels where not fresh, than all 4 outdoor chairs where completely broken. If you value quality and actually staying somewhere worth your money, this isn’t the place.

You don’t want to stay here! Beer bottles and rubbish left everywhere. Very dirty. And forget about sleeping — noise doesn’t stop and no one will do anything about it.

Great location — close to a convenience store, bottle shop, food places and a short walk to eagle street. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean.

Conveniently located in the city, 5mins walk to bus interchange, lots of shops and good selection just within minutes.

Not 4 star at all. The room was filthy dirty with lots of stains in carpets dirty walls and the bed head is decaying all over the bed which is very hard and uncomfortable. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money staying here.

Great location. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Although some of the hotel guests are immature who made great amount of noises after midnight which is totally against the hotel no party after 10pm policy, the manager took actions immediately and effectively after receiving the report.

Had a night here for my birthday and we stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Air conditioning vent was filthy, kitchen cupboard & dishwasher door had old food on them & all door handles were dirty. The floor needed a good scrub & so did the soles of my feet after walking on it. Showed photos of all these issues to Jordan at the front desk and got a ‘sorry’.

I stayed in a one-bedroom unit, facilities are excellent particularly for the price. Room was spacious and clean, entertainment facilities are slightly older but still perfectly functional. Air conditioning in main living area as well as bedroom is a huge plus, especially in Queensland.

I just can't believe on a 32 degrees day they don't tuen the aircon on the generl areas, at the hall of my floor was literally difficult to breathe because of how hot it was. I've asked to the receptionist and later on they've turned it on, every day was the same. I just realized they want o save money and unless I vame to ask PLEASE turn the aircon on, this could be off the entire day. Very disappointing.

ABSOLUTELE RIP OFF! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! For the amount of money paid and then they still have the odasity to take another $500+ dollars today… a whole week after the stay for "cleaning costs" WTF?!?! Definitely wont be recommending this to anyone I know!

Man I love getting back late at night, and getting woken up at 5:30am as there’s no block out curtains only stupid roller blinds and now the 6:30am construction has started! Best place to stay in Brisbane, not!

There is a building construction going on over the road and they worked all night. I was on level 2 and could hear nothing but trucks from 2:30am coming and going as well as hammering. While it's not Quests fault, they should have warned that the construction goes on all night.

Well, I had a meeting in the lounge on level 5. There was a caterer who served fresh fruit. Overall a good experience.

Place had nice views, very clean and comfortable place to stay, only thing is its Wifi, had great trouble connecting it.

Room was amazing! A nice deck, with rover views and kitchenette :) A great hotel, with friendly staff, modern facilities, and comfy beds!

I did not actually stay here I live here. So there are several things I wish to say in regards to the ineptness of staff. Firstly the manager's (Julie) husband threatened me and told me that he would get me. Since this time I have refused to be in any closed space with me, he does not accept this and continues to enter the lift even though I have informed him not to. I leave the lift which inconveniences me. The other thing is that there are no disabled parking spaces available for guests, they have been privately rented out and they have indicated several times that they have no requirement to provide parking. There is no servicing on Sunday this means that any rubbish and glasses (such as wine bottles are left until Monday). There is also a multitude of garbage that occurs not only in the carparking area but also in the stair case — such as used condoms, cardboard boxes and food wrappers. Finally, in regards to postage they have told me that they can refuse to take mail and postage and recently I have had two parcels rejects and one go missing. Julie was too busy on the phone to communicate with me. I would recommend staying at the Hilton which is just down the street and is better value for money.

I stayed here for 5 weeks last year the room was very well appointed with all the right self contained amenities. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and I will be staying there again this year as the hotel is central to the mall. I have stayed have stayed at almost all the larger hotels in Brisbane and I rate this establishment as by far the best. Highly recommended.
