Delicious food and nice Irish coffee!

Great food, beautiful rooms, great service, friendly staff.

Is a resort a magic atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly, the kitchen has a great chef and offers a mediterranean menu. (All good! ). Cocktails are ok and the director of the structure, kind and available welcomes guests. The SPA (with prices a bit’ high) it is a true gem and deserves. The board, a pedicure an hour, with scrubs and massage, in the small pavilion of great taste and effect! The beach is beautiful, try and explore what they offer to the inhabitants of the place.

A beautiful setting, gorgeous beach and wonderful hotel, I cannot fault it in any way!

We currently stay at Sandoway resort and I highly recommend it to everyone who is searching for relaxing mixed with luxury. The whole realist very clean and calm. The cottages surrounded by palm trees and you have a nice view in the green garden. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. At the terrace you take your meal. The food is excellent and the wine selection too. The breakfast is international and local food offered too. Also the spa menu is excellent.

Breakfast, is so amazing delicious, beautiful hotel, super management and lovey staff. Not too long ago I took some amazing photos of your gorgeous double swing, they were beautiful sunset shots!
I told a bunch of people to check out your awesome restaurant and take some cool sunset pics on the swing!

Beach, great service, amazing villas, awesome food. What more do you want for a five star beach vacation? We spent three nights in this gem and forgot about all the worries in the world. The food is Burmese, Indoensian, and Italian — all quite good. The beach (during early April) was prestine. The staff were all very friendly — from the restaurant to the spa to the drivers. The hotel runs a 9pm movie showing every night in a nice cinema space. Highly recommended — go for the villas.

2nd visit to excellent resort. Special attention to detail lovely rooms cottages. Well worth a visit pity bbc doesn't tell the truth regarding safety. No problems at all people are lovely, friendly.

A perfect getaway! Beaches are clean and the service is great. Local seafood is cheap and abundant.

Great resort with good food, although there could be more Asian/local dishes on the menu. They do great pizza and pasta, though. Excellent beach and facilities, although would have liked the sea to have been clearer and calmer during our stay.

Avoid the deluxe bungalows to the street. The cottages are a bit quieter.

Very spacious and comfortable “residence” room. Reliable Wi-Fi. Superb breakfast options and lunch menu. Dine overlooking the gorgeous beach and view to the sea. Perfect climate in late January warm days sunny skies cooler nights. Welcoming staff always very helpful and thorough. Gear rentals and boating options bare bones but not costly. Beach hawkers are not aggressive. Well patronized by older Europeans and not overcrowded.

Best place to take a rest.

Very good Hotel in a perfect location on the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff. Ideal to come to rest and relax. Also the Restaurant is to be recommended as a variety-to the many BBQ Restaurant, and the surroundings. Directly on the beach, enjoy the sunset and a Drink as a prelude to a great dinner (Asian and Italian inspired menu) — what more do you need to relax. Clearly, it is a bit more expensive than the street restaurants, but the noise of the sea is the only noise.

Very quiet Resort nestled in dense vegetation and directly on the Long Beach. Very large and spacious Beach villa. Nice service and kindness anytime and anywhere. Excellent restaurant with quality Italian pasta and food. Freshest local fish.

I've got the feeling that I have been to the forest. Great and creative Thai style decoration. All rooms are bunglow type and very nice & clean. Wonderful wooden decoration. Stunning seaview with pleasant landscaped.

A short stay in paradise. Everything is fantastic and your dream come true. Nice place for nice people.

It's very nice resort with the best buildings and hospitality.

A great place for families, shady kids pool connected to the large pool, beautiful landscape and stunning view from breakfast place. I find it a little strange they don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste, no room service except beach service between 11am to 5pm. On top of that no TV but there is a cinema where nobody would bother to go. Breakfast is okay but if you are after Asian or Burmese breakfast, this is not the one. They serve very strange mont hinn khar cooked with… chicken called Sandoway mont hinn khar, the first day it was served with egg noodle and on second day it was served with rice noodle. Funny thing was they tried to charge four years old for breakfast. They charge $7 per person for transportation from the airport. I think people wouldn't mind paying a little extra in their room charges if their bus service is complimentary. They tried to charge $7 for four years old too which I was not happy to pay, ended up paying half price anyway. They really deserve five stars but those little things took one star away.

Sandoway Resort is great place, Higher Price and basically Italy management hotel.

It is so shiny and it is a sea view resort. It has big rooms and also have a swimming pool.

A beautiful place to stay, the deluxe two storey lodges were spacious with patios. The outdoor restaurant was overlooking the sea. We ate a delicious breakfast daily and ate in the evening on two occasions. The menu was varied offering both Asian and Mediterranean menus. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. There was a huge swimming pool with animal lanterns floating on the surface after sunset. Individual numbered loungers and beach umbrellas were an added bonus so we could always sit by the sea whenever we wanted. An enchanting experience. The library and pool bar added an extra dimension. We were picked up from the airport in a safari coach which made us feel special.

A delightful hotel in beautiful surroundings. Walk by the large pool to reach the beach where staff will serve drinks to your sun-lounger. The rooms are air conditioned and beautifully finished in teak. Good Wi-Fi.

A truly wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. Clean, well looked after and great service. We can't wait to return.
