Great hotel with a trendy new décor.

The hotel is super super nice. For a night at 89th with discounts offer and with breakfast included. Breakfast there are many choices in cereal milk coffee jams bread crumb sores orange juice. There is also a steam room, a very nice equipped gym. The pool is covered with beach chairs. Around a very pleasant peaceful golf area. An indoor and outdoor restaurant area too. The rooms has a termosta to adjust the freshness which my most. They are spacious. I strongly recommend it. Good relaxation as a couple or as a family.

Staff more up to the task. Customer service has become in a few weeks deplorable, no sense of service, little see no smile, no hello. I have my breakfast at the bar, without asking me anything the waitress drops (not to say cut) the sound of the TV I was watching! Unmet requests (including no one calling back). To this, I add (certainly punctually) the 2 elevators broke down at the same time! Can be linked to summer holidays: long wait time for dinner, stock outage, fish, systematically! There is an urgent need to react.

Decent hotel, unfriendly staff on arrival. But at first it was better. Nice room only flat a balcony full of beautiful black spiders. For a phobic it spoils the pleasure of the balcony especially with 37 degrees.

Nice bathroom but the floor-to-ceiling window is too small and so the water flows.
Coffee and fridge in the room.
We ate at the restaurant, the negative.
Friendly person but very little choice; steak at 22 euros (really small) and mure ketchup sauce!, to be banned.
It's frankly too expensive for quality.
So it's a mixed review for this hotel which is yet warm with friendly staff.

Not much to complain about, clean and quiet hotel, when I arrived I received a good welcome, this one was a little colder the next morning at breakfast. Regarding the room nothing has fault, spacious, clean, quiet well equipped and the balcony with the sun lounger is a plus the view of my room overlooked the start of hole number 1, perfect. The bathroom is also very clean and comfortable. Dismaying the lunch the choice is correct and the quality also nothing wrong. The pool looked nice and accessible late but unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy it.

Nice hotel for 1 night stopover very pricey.

Spacious and comfortable room. The floors are accessible by elevator. There is a walk-in shower in the rooms. A swimming pool is located on the ground floor as well as a restaurant bar. Behind the hotel there is a golf course.

Loved the hotel and will definitely come back and recommend to others. Staff was great and it has a swimming pool.

Very good bedding, varied and quality breakfast, small but functional fitness room, friendly receptionists. Do not be surprised at the request for a deposit of 200 euros which can be used for the settlement at the end of the stay. Just missing a bathrobe available for a 4 star and especially convenient to get to the pool and sauna.

Great location, very nice hotel, well maintained and heated indoor pool, good welcome no restaurant on Saturday and Sunday noon, but the one of the golf is a couple of steps and very friendly.

OK hotel. Hard to find though. If you just search after the hotel name on Google Maps you end up in the middle of a field! Search using a full adress.

When we came to hotel with reservation, our room was given to somebody else. With 2 small kids we had to search a new hotel for the night. Terrible experience.

As always in the Novotel, very good reception, nice room (with terrace overlooking the golf).
We were however disappointed by the fact that there is not the Esspresso coffee maker which had been the decisive element in choosing the type of room by my husband who enjoys having a good coffee at the jump of the bed. Despite the promise of the reception staff to find us one, no machine and we had to settle for the lyophilized coffee on the two mornings, to the great disappointment of my husband. The hotel team was reduced due to Christmas and the hotel full (according to the staff) ; That's why it was not possible to find us a coffeemaker…
Novotel we used to quickly solve any incident. Not this time. Damage.
For the rest, still perfect. We had dinner on the 24th at night at the hotel and the meal was delicious, the service as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the Supers restaurant team, as always.
Breakfast was very good despite a small downside: the young man in charge of the restaurant knew nothing. He didn't know what fruit juices it was (no label), ditto for pots of jam, honey and maple syrup: It's up to you to recognize the color or smell!
We will only return with my husband in this Novotel especially for one reason: its location in relation to the place of residence of our family… Hoping for a better experience next Christmas!

We stayed there for 2 nights… The rooms are spacious nice bed… nothing to tell you about the room in totality.

30 minutes to serve a bottle beer that is just out of the fridge?

Standard and clean rooms. Not amazing, but not decieving. Breakfast is ok too.

A bit pricey for the setup. Nice hotel overall with large green Park around and golf course. Room are standard and clean.

Many stays on mission to Paris. Exclusive room very very good.

Service at the restaurant deplorable, slow, the servers constantly ask for our orders, no organization, the manager does not manage the service, it is invisible.

Fine hotel with all the basics for a reasonable price. Good breakfast, clean rooms. Great service.
