Some issues with our early check in but it's a beautiful old hotel and so close to everything. Would definitely stay again, fell in love.

It was so good we stayed twice! Amazing apartments with a great central location. Close to central train station, supermarkets, restaurants and the fab shopping in Queen Street. Breakfast was gorgeous, especially the pancakes with maple syrup. We had a superior one bed apartment which was spacious and filled with light. The bed pillows and bed were the best we have ever slept on. Paula gave us some ideas for walks around Brisbane which we really enjoyed. It was the staff who made our stay, super helpful and friendly and we can’t thank them enough for what they did for us during the Covid crisis when our flights were cancelled. They found out it was my birthday and surprised me with gorgeous cakes from a local patisserie. Amazing hospitality and we thank you. A credit to Australia We cant wait to stay again one day and would recommend to anyone staying in beautiful Brisbane.

We have stayed at the Manor Apartment Hotel twice this year, we found it very convenient to the city, the apartment was beautiful to say the least. Breakfast each morning was most enjoyable.
As we were there for almost a week, the lovely little fairies came and brought us fresh towels and made our bed, you could tell as it was more professional than we made.
Andrew in reception is such a gentleman, and no doubt loves the beautiful building.
Manor Apartments is a beautiful place to stay.
I can’t recommend it enough.
I give it 10 out of 10. For all of the services and the staff that work there. Hope to visit again next year.

Great location — is so close to queen street, supermarket and shops.
We had a two bedroom apartment which was a perfect size. The in room facilities are a bit older and a bit tired in places, but we spent so little time in the room it was no issue.
Staff were helpful, and gave us a replacement dryer the following morning after ours broke.
Breakfast was ideal, and with no balconies it meant we didn't have to keep an eagle eye on our toddler!
A great stay and great value.

I have been to multiple apartment hotel stays but have never had such bad experience which I'm utterly disappointed. Firstly, on the day of my check-out, I left my luggage while I went out for a stroll. When I was back and waiting for my transport to the airport, the hotel reception (burly Aussie man) told me that my kids were too noisy and he could not concentrate on his work. Please note that my kids are watching youtube at the minimum volume and they were not making any noise at all. Secondly, he indicated that they were stepping all over the sofa and kids in Australia do not do this. It seems racist to me, just because I'm an Asian. Kids being small size and built are unable to sit on the sofa unless they hover over with one leg before getting on. My son maybe sitting on the sofa with his legs up on the sofa sit but he is not jumping around. By sitting on the sofa with his leg up comfortably does not warrant such sarcastic statement. Thirdly, he repeatedly asked what time will the transport be arriving as my kids are too noisy for him to work. It seems that we are being chased away after check-out. I believe there is no hotels in the world will ever chase their guests away. Even with such displeasure, the Asian man on the reception was very friendly and helpful during my stay. He ensure everything is in order and acceded my request on the change of room.

We always stay at The Manor. Last week we had 4 nights there. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and helpful friendly efficient staff. Close to grocery shop, taxi rank, bus stop and. Central train station. We had lunch on Kookaburra Queen for my husband’s 75th Birthday walked across to Southbank for Blanc de Blanc on Thursday and again on Saturday for bits of Brisbane Festival and Muriel’s Wedding so The Manor is within walking distance of lots of entertainment venues. Always look forward to staying there when in. Risbane.

If you are looking for a good bed, good shower, good breakfast, lovely staff and in the heart of the city then I would definitely recommend this hotel. Competitive prices too.

Great rooms but no parking.

It was ok. Clean, comfortable, compact. Sadly no parking. Brekkie was tasty. Staff friendly.

I went to inspect a room on behalf of some overseas friends that might visit. The staff were helpful and friendly, but the decor too modern considering the heritage exterior of the building. I was expecting olde worlde ambeiance, Chesterfield furniture, a combination of original gold gilded framed art both turn of the century and indigenous on the walls, and perhaps traditional English country garden print fabrics. The same goes for the soft furnishings of that era. Somewhat disappointed. I was a five star silver service waitress when I was young and have some experience on hotel decor. From the outside it looks like a heritage building back in time adventure. From the inside a modern suburban display home. It should be better than what you have at home, otherwise you might as well stay at home.

Great apartment accommodation. Rooms are very small but they're clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is included and is spectacular. I wanted for nothing.

What a pleasant spot to stay in center of Brisbane. The apartment was superb and breakfast perfect. Easy access for disabled and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Great for ladies travelling and sharing accommodations. Price very reasonable. Lovely building with added extras. Yes stay there. Even the wall art was entertaining!

What a wonderful elegant place to come and escape for a Weekend or longer. We love to spoil ourselves with coming to the beautiful "Manor Hotel" for our "Girls Weekends". We love the Vintage Character of this beautiful building with its gorgeous Rooms & Ensuites, amazingly comfy beds, lovely elegant french style Breakfast Room with an array of scrumptiously tasty foods (even gf if you ask) and we love that they are within walking distance to everything.
There are so many things that you can do on your "Girls Weekend" in the City no matter what your age and no matter whether you would like to spend heaps of money and go shopping or be like us and have the old fashioned pleasure of just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful vintage sights of this gorgeous City by having Picnics at the "Botanical Gardens", a relaxing ride on the "CityCat" down the Brisbane River stopping at Cafes along the way, catching a "Musical" or a ride on "The big Wheel"? at Southbank or even just take a wander around the City looking at the architecture of the beautiful original Buildings of Brisbane.
You only just have to ask the very friendly Staff of the "Manor Hotel" for ideas of "Day Trips", great "Cafes", where to catch the free "Ferry", "Paddle Steamer" or anything that you may like or need to make your stay more comfy. They are so accommodating and lovely.
We can't wait for our next relaxing "Girls Weekend" away.

Homely apartments in great location.

Stayed there. Very nice ans yes free brekky. Very good for n older building in the city.

Friendly and attentive staff, lovely room with all the basics and tastefully furnished. I also like the fact that a light continental breakfast is included in the room price. It is also a great central location being 100 metres walk from the queen street mall.

Friendly staff will take very good care of you in this lovely European style accommodation right in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. Rooms are beautifully appointed and the breakfast room took me right back to Italy!

Good western style accommodation.

Close to city Queen Street Mall. Had a one bedroom apartment. We had no towels in our room. Waited over two hours for them to bring some to the room. This place has no parking have to pay $35 per day to park a ten minute walk away. The Window seals haven’t been cleaned in a Long time. Went down and asked the lady at reception where to put our rubbish out of the room she said had the back of the building giving us no idea where that was.

I'll definitely be going back.

Great Location, right in the middle of the CBD, Pharmacy downstairs and the Post office right next door. A1 for quality shopping stores a stroll away, great Restaurants and Bars, and South Bank is just about 15 minutes walk.
Our room was beautiful, and very comfortable, loved Breakfast every morning, and all the hotel staff are very friendly and eager to please.

Room was great and I do enjoy a firm bed. Will be keeping this place in mind on my next trip to Brisbane.

We loved our stay in this beautiful boutique Hotel, the apartment was modern, very comfortable especially the bed, with full kitchen, washing machine & dryer. And has nice views of Brisbane City plus very friendly Staff. The breakfast was included, with a lovely selection of healthy food, and hot pancakes with maple syrup and good filted coffee, Yum. This lovely Hotel is situated in a perfect position to everything City Centre, the Main Mall is 2 minutes walk, very short walk to Central Station, Bus Stops, City Ferry, Southbank (with its very own beach) Casino, and many great shops and eateries. Plus very quiet, we heard no noise at all. Across from the Hotel is a lovely park — "Post Office Square" which has free deck chairs on the lawn daily, there was jazz on the lawn two of the nights we were there, and > (small lane way of cafe's and wine bars lining the park, which adds to the evening's atmosphere. ) I would definitely recommend the "Manor Apartment Hotel" to everyone for a memorable stay in beautiful Brisbane.

Great Hotel close to city.

Dignified old building in excellent central position with friendly helpful staff, clean well-appointed apartments at very reasonable price and excellent continental breakfast. A very pleasant stay which I recommend Janet and John from Staffordshire.
