Great hotel, I’ve been staying here for years and can’t fault them on anything. Very good attentive staff and service. And the Executive Lounge has finally opened again!

My husband & I just had a two night stay at the Hilton Brisbane Hotel. Even though our stay was during the Brisbane flood, we had the best time. The staff were so friendly & gave incredible service. Two staff in particular we want to acknowledge for their kindness & top service Clint who went out of his way to retrieve my silver cross that fell down the bathroom sink & Sandra that gave wonderful service at the breakfast buffet. The outstanding service made our visit special, a big thank you to all.

I love staying at Hilton except the clock alarm in my room went off at 4am on my last day of holiday so I was really annoyed but the pool and soa were the best.

Professional check in — and special mention to Mio at Reception for her excellent service too.

Great service from valet to receptionist …

I have spent a lot of time at the Hilton Brisbane while on business. The staff is top notch, going above and beyond to be helpful. Every single employee always went out of their way to welcome us “home” every evening. We were always accommodated, no matter the request. I cannot say enough good about Hilton Brisbane. Hope I can get back some day.

Highly recommend staying here. Just spent 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing.
All the staff are amazing.

Only 2 lifts operating. 15 minute wait for a lift. Walked down 10 flights of stairs to breakfast. Service in the bar. Ssoooo slow. Nice room More shade at the pool would be great too. Pretty hard to social distance when it’s 35 degrees and only 2 brollies. Young waitress on pool deck was sweet and Lovely but not trained. 2 stars I think.

Last night I went to Bar + Grill, at around 8pm I was with my friend, firstly no one served us secondly, the moment we were about to order our drinks, a very unprofessional and rude waiter came to us and said we can’t bring outside drinks (we haven’t even thought about drinking in here, we’ve came here many times this is common sense for everyone, no need to speak to us with this attitude) I don’t believe this is a 5 star hotel service and I genuinely would not like to come back.

We had a wonderful night with my teenage daughters. Attentive service, great breakfast and heated pool. Thank you.

Long waiting times at the Bar, two staff for our Function of 500 people, food was unremarkable. Due for a refurb too but service was the let down.

Great hotel great staff friendly the pool area is fantastic.

Vintage grilled and bar restaurant in Hilton Hotel Brisbane is very accommodating with our 30 guests post Civil Wedding. Note food was awesome and delicious with a splash of sophistication. Very very pleased with the setting and ambiance.

Traveling as a family with three generations and everyone has enjoyed our stay at Hilton Brisbane. A very spacious room and great location. Nice exercise room and pool.

Great customer service. Actually excellent customer service. SMS messages asking about your stay which get replied to immediately in case of a comment. Excellent location. A bit too cold in the 6th floor bar mind you…

Stayed for one night for a conference.
Check in went smoothly and the staff were pleasant.
Room was very clean and tidy. King size bed was amazingly comfortable.
Bar staff were very attentive and polite.
Staff would always say hello and make you feel welcome.
Unfortunately, there was a down side.
Ordered room service for a Club Sandwich which cost $21.00 plus room service fee of $5.00. The Club Sandwich was only very average and definitely not worth paying $26.00.

My partner and I stayed at the Hilton for the long weekend. At Concierge we were greeted by Ben Shaw and after a conversation he found out we were here for our anniversary. Ben went above and beyond to make our stay so special. Thank you Ben for making our stay so memorable. You were so great, helpful and professional. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the Hilton next time we are in Brisbane.

This Harry Seidler designed building offers an architectural and luxurious oasis in the middle of Brisbane. I recommend a visit if only to see the magnificent design or to have a quick drink. Of course if you’re looking for somewhere to stay as well; the Hilton won’t let you down.

Always a great experience staying at the Hilton Brisbane. The check in staff are always fast and efficient — many great staff for example Harry is very personable and helpful. In the executive lounge Mark is outstanding! Thank you for another great stay. Some hints to help — always watch online for the prices before you book as they change regularly High floors are great as they are closer to the club Use the club outside normal hours as it is small and it gets busy! On the ground floor the guys are very helpful if you have any questions — ask Steve if you are looking for the perfect running location.

Booked a mystery holiday and was told I'd be staying here. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I knew that Hilton was a world-class name and I'm not really any kind of classy at all. However, as soon as we stepped through the front doors, we were welcomed and reassured that everyone could be comfortable and accepted. Ben at concierge made our time at the hotel absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, even sending a complimentary bottle of bubbly and a personalised welcome letter. The buffet breakfast was almost too good — so many different choices from hash browns to chocolate muffins. The customer service here is the best I've ever had. I cannot fault your staff or hospitality. Thank you so much, will definitely be back one day!

Stayed 9 nights, staff super attentive, I love housekeepers, some of the funniest people in the world and so willing to help you with any extra amenities. You have any question or request, just ask, all staff more than happy to help you end-to-end and not just palm you off to someone else. They messaged me for when to best to leave a little complimentary surprise for my mum’s birthday. Really went the extra mile, was the cherry on top of an already extraordinary day.

I often come here and dine in the bar area. Today I ordered the warmed olives as per menu. They were served Stone cold. I returned to the bar ask them to be warmed up as per menu specifications. Had to ask for ice in my glass for sparkling water which I normally receive and ask for lemon. No plates for things. So basically they are inconsistent with service quality. Today I’m giving them a 1 star as I was not impressed with service or the staff thinking an order through and the kitchen taking short cuts. I’d like to say that’s its a great to have wine and watch the world go by and take a break from shopping in this location but today needs a rev up on the normally high standards. Lastly asked for the bill and they forgot it what a great way to end an afternoon of poor service by 3 staff. Come on Hilton you can do better.

Centrally located in the CBD this is an ideal place to stay during business trips. Very near the best shopping and entertainment that the city has to offer.

I like the Hilton it's managed to stay current and it has a wonderful design. Unfortunately the parking/check in desk on two different levels annoys me a little. When I've travelled I don't want extra needless interaction.

Fantastic service, value and comfort every time I stay. I find it difficult to want to try anywhere else. Worth becoming a Hilton Member for the discounts.

This Hotel has the BEST foyer/atrium in the whole of Australia. The roof above is 25 levels high, reaching into the heavens. The staff here are super considerate and friendly but I find the decor in the rooms fairly average. The gym is well equipped and the hotel is right in the heart of the action.

Arrived here in 2018 for business and attend the Singaporean Welcome Reception here. This place is gorgeous. Great food, easy location for both public transport and car access. Reasonable parking rate at winter garden.

Very good 5 star hotel above the Wintergarden complex in central Brisbane. The rooms are well thought out, well appointed and are in very good condition. Check in, check out and concierge services were fast and friendly.

This place is always amazing. We came back after 7 years to spend a night for our honeymoon and go to our favourite restaurant. The staff are outstanding, service was impeccable, food to die for, and will definately come back!

We stayed 3 nights, rooms are great, very clean and modern and staff are very helpful and pleasant. Walking out of the lift straight out onto Queen St Mall. So very close to everything.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, until we got into the room, we felt like celebrities. Concierge met us at the entrance and made conversation in where we had been on holiday. Having told him we were on our honeymoon, and by the time we were checking in, the receptionist had taken a call from him, and she congratulated us and offered us a complimentary bottle of fizz. First class service from a top class hotel. Well recommend and the staff were amazing. Thank you Hilton Brisbane for a stay to remember.

Been here since 7.30pm for a staff xmas function it is now 10.15pm and we still havent had dessert. 2 of our group got served entrees 1 hour after the rest of us. The service tonight has been slow, very little attention, the head waiter just kept saying its being plated up now but the food service was so slow, would not recommend the Vintage restaurant at all appauling service. No value for money will not be going back.

Nice place to stay handy to everywhere. Only negative is parking is not included in the room rate. $59 a day extra for valet parking which is A bit expensive. Nice food etc.

Amazing place to stay. There was a mix up with our booking as we booked through trivago, Hilton staff went above and beyond to correct the issue and made the experience a great one. What could have been a really bad weekend was turned into an amazing one. Every staff member we encountered treated us very well will definitely be staying with Hilton again and highly recommending.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was nicely designed with a little separate office space by using the desk as a separator. Everything was very clean and modern. The staff from the concierge, front reception, housekeeping, etc. Were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great too. A lot of times at other hotels you get food that you can tell that isn't the highest quality but the food here was top notch and had a mix of both western and eastern dishes. Only minor point is that the coffee served wasn't the best but it was fine.

Terrible service in one of the ballroom functions where my daughter had her graduation dinner. There was minimal space between tables and staff presence was not scene. Not only that the line for drinks was so long parents had to wait in line while the festivities went on inside. Do not recommend booking a function here.

There for a free seminar, from what I saw its clean and professional conference rooms. Catering food was good. Assisting staff was helpful.

The Hilton in Brisbane is definitely one of my favorites. The rooms and location is great and service is awesome. I love the internal design with the wide gap in the middle. Makes it very classy.

Attended the ironfish expo on Saturday in a function room on level 5. The function room was great and the hotel location was great. Right near the arcade food court. The service was great but reception could have been more helpful.

Expensive but so worth it. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I really appreciated that there was a whole menu of vegan options and not being treated like an inconvenience as I often am when I go out to eat. My partner and I had a great anniversary dinner and we thank all the staff at the Hilton for their hospitality!

I love the ambiance and environmental. The main floor is an incredible atrium, just look up and see the beauty. The vintage bar was delicious for dinner, and the breakfast buffet had a juicing station, delicious bacon, and tons of choice. Really nice room with an insane view of the city… Can't wait to come back.

I went for a conference on their level 5 conference floor. Well presented, clean and bright. The staff are professional and the conference floor is comfortable and well maintained.

I stayed at the a Hilton in Brisbane for 3 nights. The experience was very professional. However, certain parts of the hotel is outdated. Certain convenience facilities in the room would have been appreciated, like a Bluetooth radio and more accessible power outlets.

Amazing room neat tidy and great touches. The bed was clean and beautiful. Views were amazing. Could have used a robes.

The room was very well presented and impecably clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive, even when there were a few issues with my booking and the hotel being over booked. While it wasn't their fault, they did everything within their power to find a solution. Parts of the hotel are getting tired and perhaps not quite up to Hilton quality, but it was still above average.

Nice hotel. Location was great for us. All the staff were attentive an pleasant. Room was good but the shower could have been better. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks in the bar, again staff were great. Breakfast buffet was well worth the money. Lots of good food and shed to make fresh omelettes. Will defiantly be stopping there again.

Loved it Great hotel Great Staff. Was a regular at the executive Lounge on 25th Floor they are super lovely always looked after me really well. I stayed for a long time and they knew me by Name.

The lobby looks good and modern. We had a spa room on the top floor with great ocean view. It was excellent. We also had breakfast there but it was pretty average with the price we paid. Not a wide range of variety and the bacon was dry.

I stayed over the new years period and I was told I could have a late check out at 2pm. I agreed to pay $50 fee on the basic I left by 4pm and was charged $100 I am furious and will never stay there again. If feels like once you pass over your credit card details you have no control over what they may do. And you can not take what the staff say as factual. It's shame as the rooms were to a high spec.

Stayed at Hilton Brisbane for two nights and absolutely loved it. Great location if you want to explore the city on foot. Comfortable and spacious room. Loved the bed as it was very cosy! Great customer service and the concierage at the front desk was extremely helpful as nothing was too hard for them. Would have given 5 stars if they had not misplaced our bags as we were leaving which added slightly to the stress as we were rushing to the airport. Will stay again.

Looking for an easy to find place that is comfortable and quiet to meet someone? I like this place. It's in the lobby of the Hilton and has the lovely atrium/filtered sunlight going on in the afternoon. Drinks and snacks are $$$ but its unassuming comfort and luxury make this a good place for a meet up and unwind. They have a list of dessert cocktails too. Delicious.
