Such a great hotel and great location, very central to everything and friendly staff. The only hotel I stay at when coming to Brisbane.

Such a wonderful Christmas lunch. Thank you so much to the staff for putting on such a fantastic and delicious spread.

Great location, good room, balcony and bath.

Unit it self was great very modern comfortable beds had access too Foxtel, free air, washing machine, view on balcony was ok depending where you are had a pool, sauna, gym, great service at hotel n breakfast too eat.

Will be staying at the Sebel again in the future. I booked 2 nights to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. I was very impressed when we walked into our apartment, on the table there was a piece of tasty cake, balloons, bottle of wine and a card from the Sebel team wishing happy birthday.
Loved the view from the apartment, the friendly staff and the location of the Sebel to everything.

we have stayed at the Macure, Pullman and Hilton.
Excellent service, great restaurant.
Very convenient location to visit many attractions.

Great hotel and great customer service from the time we walked into the room they are simply amazing we went out to the shops came back and sofa bed had been made up with extra towels without asking really close to the queen street mall and Brisbane city and great parking in secure location too they also supply bath robes and whatever toiletries you need great facilities as well.

Our family celebrated our daughters 11th Birthday and stayed in a 2 bed apartment. Excellent customer service, a great large room & a wonderful surprise for my daughter of balloons, SEBEL bear & a chocolate platter when we arrived back to the hotel from an afternoon of shopping. Thank you SEBEL for a wonderful weekend!

They promised to ring me about an item I left behind when istayed their on wednesday night.
Very disappointed.
Also their restaurant has let us down again. Service is awful.
Waiting close to an hour for breakfast.

My wife and I have stayed at the Sebel several times over many years. Great atmosphere, very polite and helpful staff, very clean comfortable rooms, great restaurant, swimming pool, gym and car park. The Sebel is in the heart of Brisbane CBD and close to all the restaurants in and near Albert Street. Only a short walk to all the CBD facilities. … We don't even consider anywhere else; we just book into the Sebel when we require accommodation in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Fantastic location and staff.

Nice hotel I liked that if u pre do brekky the night before its cheaper and if you can order a meal off the menu.

Check in was smooth and quick. Monique from the reception was absolutely lovely and sweet. Our room was ready by 1300. The room was clean, modern, and cozy. We were surprised with a bottle of champagne which was personally sent up by Monique. The bed was comfy and the view was good from the 25th floor. Overall, we had a beautiful time and a good experience with The Sebel. Will definitely return again and thank you Monique, Yasmeen and all the others for being so lovely and nice as well as for the beautiful bottle of champagne.

Well maintained and large rooms with everything that's needed. Great location for food in the evenings and amazing staff.

Location is central. Room is clean and requests taken care of quickly by front desk and housekeeping. Kitchen staff went above and beyond to serve us breakfast items even though we arrived at 11am (half hour past end of breakfast time) — food was delicious. We appreciated the gesture.

Nice rooms and a super comfy bed. I got the option to buy breakfast for only $1 a day when I booked. The breakfast is really good — a few basic buffet options but the best is you can select a dish from the cafe menu.

Best in Brisbane coz — Beautiful place to stay, Gorgeous staff, Amazing Coffee, Royal ambience, Great city view, Close to all the awesome places in Brisbane. The best thing about this place is its Beautiful Architecture and the most helpful staff I have ever seen in my life. This is the view from my Balcony.

Loved it. Location, staff, suite, meals. Nothing was left to chance. Staff couldn't do enough to make our stay welcoming. We have already booked our next stay.

Ideally located. Queen street shopping or business on eagle street. All within walking distance.

The rooms were better than average but only marginally. We booked a queen room but arrived to find two singles pushed together which meant the bed was a little uncomfortable. We also found ourselves being bitten by mystery bugs, a cause for a subpar sleep. The Croft House, their cafe/restaurant/bar was pretty cool though.

Great stay, staff were lovely and super helpful and you are in the perfect location in Brisbane. I will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks to you and your lovely place.

Very nice spacious rooms in the heart of the city. The room I got was setup like a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and lounge that had balcony access. Our room also had one too. Overall the stay good and would book again next time.

My favourite place to stay in Brisbane. Great location. An easy walk to city centre or south bank. Staff are always amazing and extremely helpful. The croft cafe which is part of the hotel is also a great place for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Disgusting service from the girl at the bar wearing glasses. She kept coming over asking would you like to order implying with this grin on her face and her hands together. Like (we need to hurry up and order! ) when you looked around we where on the bar side not the restaurant so me and my friend thought we would catch up (Talk) before drinking. But Noo we kept getting interrupted by her and one of her young girl colleagues! We ended up leaving! And we will not be back!

I have stayed here a few times now and on average the staff at reception are just ok. While once they where friendly the other times I have found them to be polite but sharp and abrupt in their responses. The rooms are great plenty of space in the one bedroom apartments. The beds and pillows are comfy and the soaps and bathroom liquids smell nice and seem a quality product. The cafe attached to the hotel has great lunch’s and the best coffee in the cbd. The price point is competitive and good value for money. I will stay here again in the future just hoping the vibe of the staff improves a little. Cheers.

We took our first trip to Brisbane for our anniversary and booked at the Sebel. The experience was amazing. All staff are friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We arrived 1 hour early prior to check in and we were extremely exhausted — the staff allowed us to check in earlier, they put us in the room we also wanted. The staff gave us a complimentary wine & a lovely note for our anniversary which made our experience even more enjoyable. Check out was very easy and I must also mention the housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Thank you Sebel Brisbane team we will be back on our next trip!

The Sebel has very nice and well equipped rooms. Perfect for short stays and even slightly longer stays. The rooms and even the hotel had an up to date look about and had nice staff to go with. Had some minor issues with cards stop working and one of the lifts went a bit wonky in terms of deciding which floor to go to but they were very minor. As with most hotels, has a nice looking Restaurant/Bar attached down stairs. I didnt try it out but from what I could see it looked very nice to eat/drink at. Ive stayed in quite a few hotels and can say that this is the most modern feeling one I've stayed in for a while.

Great location and close to Queen Street Mall and heaps of pubs and local eats. A great buzz on the street level at almost all times. The hotel is losing out to more recent contemporary additions round the corner but more than makes up with their excellent customer service. A great choice for the business or leisure traveller. Their restaurant, The Croft Door has a small but good menu and great tasting food and a decent choice of wines, beers and spirits. Rooms are priced higher than the neighbouring properties for little benefit to the customer and hopefully that changes soon.

When I initially rang up to find out about parking costs I ended up booking in as well. I said that I wanted a higher floor and at the time it wasn’t explained that I could pay extra to guarantee it. I ended up ringing back the next day to see if I could upgrade but unfortunately because I had prepaid I wasn’t able to (which I thought would be the case). The lady I spoke to was lovely and highlighted the request for the higher floor. Not only did we have a lovely view, the room was also very spacious. And a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room for our 25th wedding anniversary! Overall we had a lovely experience and wish we had been able to stay longer!

Looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate my Wife's birthday and we were extremely satisfied with The Sebel Brisbane. The location is perfect for my wife to go shopping in Queen St mall and the accommodation very comfortable to come back and truly relax. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back to stay here again for sure and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Brisbane.

It was the usual pleasant experience. The reception & F&B team where good. The arrival gifts were nice, and the water welcome. All in all its the same experience each time, my only observation would be to expand the restaurant menu just slightly for evening meals.

Reception was very warm and friendly, lots of smiles. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view and lots of room to move. The room was very quiet for a city hotel which surprised but pleased us. Pre-dinner drinks at the bar were refreshing and relaxing as we sat and chatted and watched the world go by. Breakfast was fabulous and being Accor members was excellent value for money. We will put the Sebel on our must stay again list for when we return to the City.

I had a very good time staying at the Sebel starting from the reception staff who were very lovely and the lodge itself. The lodge met all my expectations regarding cleanliness, servicing and access to necessities. I would return to the Sebel over and over again if I come to Brisbane. My family loved the whole experience. My wife is already telling me we need to plan another trip; this time longer and she has clearly stated that the only place she'd stay will be the Sebel.

The staff were amazing when we checked in the girl Keeley was so delightful. We were there for our wedding anniversary and we could not have picked a better place. Croft House was amazing. Our server Amy was so nice and helpful. Overall it was generally a wonderful experience. The only "negative" thing was the price of parking even for an accor member. $28 dollars a day is a little expensive especially when there are 3 parking stations nearby but we understood that for the convenience we'd park there.

I had a lovely time staying at your hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and very generous in size. The location is perfect.

A friend and I stayed for 3 three nights to attend a conference. My friend slept in the sofa bed which she said was very comfortable. The bed and pillows I had were great. The room was clean and well equipped. We had a delicious dinner at The Croft one night. Moreton Bay Bug and Prawn capellini. It was excellent. We had a cooked breakfast each morning which was served promptly and was very tasty. The coffee was very good. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the service was great. The staff at reception were also very good. I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints.

In terms of accommodation this was a great place to stay. Great beds. Very clean. Roomy. Central location was handy for what I needed. Two minor complaints. Service the bike in the gym as you cannot adjust the level of the seat and only a child can ride it safely at the level I found it at. The I home pod for playing music and setting an alarm appeared to either be broken or I could not figure out how to turn it on. I checked it was plugged in and on at the socket but some turning on instructions would help. (Just so I knew it was only the power button and something should light up as nothing did). Neither were significant and did not hamper my findings on my stay.

As always I find the Sebel very visitor friendly. ALL staff are professional and always greet you with a smile (even maintenance staff who you might share the lift with! ) The Croft House Restaurant is THE PLACE to dine — breakfast lunch or dinner. Gary the Food and Beverage Manager is doing a great job and is ably supported by his staff. Stef, a long term staff member is a great team leader.

Bath took 33 mins to get 2/3 full. Gave up trying to have a relaxing bath after 40mins of waiting. Room heating did not work. Soundproofing of room was atrocious. Very awful stains on blankets. On checkout at 11am the manager says we would of offered you complimentary breakfast to compensate for the unsatisfactory stay. I suggested to him that he was well aware of my concerns from the night and if that was the case — why did nobody ring my room and offer me this as I am not a psychic. Perhaps he could have offered me a voucher for breakfast or lunch or dinner for the next time I'm in Brisbane to make up for the ridiculous situation — but no!

Sensitive staff—we thought it was very touching that the sofa bed had been made up before we arrived for the children. Then, it was even better after we returned from a day out to find it again made up, however, with their little bunnies arranged neatly and welcomingly on the sofa bed cushions. Well done! We thought the hotel was excellently situated for what we required. While we were there we had no issues with extraneous sounds/noise, it was quiet and comfortable for the four of us! Well appointed apartment.

We have stayed at the Sebel previously and was satisfied. However, we stayed this year and what an awesome surprise. The room/apartment was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The new refurbished restaurant served great meals, but we especially enjoyed the structure of the breakfast. The Sebel have nailed the concept of freshly preparing breakfast on request and no pre cooked options kept warm! We have always enjoyed the location, we will be returning again for sure. Well done.

Lovely family friendly hotel. Location is fantastic with Buses and trains close by. Plus, it's only an 8 min walk from the ferry terminal. Reception staff are friendly and very helpful and were willing to answer any questions we had as well as suggest some great places to eat! Rooms are cosy and comfortable. A great getaway location.

Had a wonderful stay in a modern, clean and well maintained luxury room, close to the hospital. Buses, trains, restaurants and a lovely 20 walk into the city. The staff is to be highly commended for their professional approach to making their guests feel like they're staying in a "home away from home" Thankyou for a lovely stay, we will be back.

Right in the center of Brisbane, taxi rank out the front, a couple of 24x7 stores nearby, and Queen street mall right at the door. Amenities are excellent, and staff are friendly. Breakfast is a little lacking, and the hotel restaurant is a little slow on delivering the rather overpriced meals.

Great location but worn and tired.

We went to Brisbane for work last week and stayed there for two nights. It is in a central location, surrounded with shops, cafés and restaurants etc. Service was good. Staff at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. Will go back there again.

Awesome breakfast for the kids. You only pay for their age. So we definitely got our moneys worth. The room was spacious also with cooking facilities which is handy — if you feel like cooking :-).
