Great location, need a car as a lil out of town. Beach very short walk. Accommodation was great, well appointed, nice furnishings, very comfy beds, nothing missing.

Pretty little caravan park. Clean amenities and friendly staff. Pool was sparkling and refreshing. Dog friendly. In town so plenty of local history to see and learn about. Really enjoyed the stay.

I have had a GREAT time at the Asylum! I was in digital nomad mode there and I had all that I needed: a bed, a desk and Wi-Fi. Plus, plenty of housemates to meet and have fun with!

The motel is a nice little upstairs downstairs apartment style setting with an onsite carpark for each room.

I don’t understand the hate for this place. Price quoted was what I paid with no extras. Yes the room was a bit tired but it was clean and well kept.

Great value for money…

After a 1200 k drive it was a great motel to stay in, apart from the people next door who left the TV on all night. I would give it 5 stars except the lady at check in wasn’t very friendly though.

Balgal Beach is beautiful and the best way to enjoy it is by staying at Balgal Beach Units! They are comfortable, spacious and very shaded with great amenities.

Balgal Beach units are such an amazing place to do as little or as much as the mood takes you. Rooms are comfortable and stocked with most kitchen items you'll need.

I recently stayed at the Camelot Motel in Gladstone and was pleasantly surprised by the value and comfort it offered. I stayed in Room 202, which was exceptionally spacious and well-designed.

Booked on the telephone and was dubious after reading reviews. They were 2019 though. Staff (Ben), was very helpful and polite.
