It was in a great position to set us up for the early departure to Oakey the next morning. The room was clean and well appointed.

Great spot across from surf club, friendly staff. Nice pool and spa. A nice 15 minute walk to 10 restaurants and shops.

House was good, however the lights are too white and one of the rooms did not have a small lighter. Buggy is free which is nice!

We stayed at frangipani which was at the end of the resort. Free buggy included but harder to walk to everything. Great apartment. Seems newly renovated and very clean.

Lovely secluded spot with really modern facilities, sheltered from the wind. Great pool but could be hotter, did not appear to be heated.

Quite and near to Gold Club for a good pub/club meal.

The room is terrific but their website and booking. Com indicated a pool was available for all guests. BUT it was only available to one room.

I was in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights, the rooms were clean beds nice and not too hard or soft and I could sleep. T V in our room was great and so was the movies.

I loved staying at Peppers because of the beautiful rooms, great amenities, and how close it is to everything.

We have stayed here before, nice modern rooms, pool, off street parking, views but unfortunatley no restaurant open on both our stays. It is all set up but never open.

Nice rooms, wonderful scenery, stunning pool. Downside, rooms are not cleaned sufficiently, ants in the room, lots of rules like not washing cups, you pay a fine.

The staff were friendly and well presented,
I checked in a day before NYE so there were quite a few party goers but it didn’t bother me but I’m sure on an average week it would be quite peaceful.

Had everything needed for a short stay to attend a concert at Suncorp stadium which was a short uber trip. Cafe downstairs for a nice coffee or breakfast, Apartment was clean and comfortable beds.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and presented beautifully.

Absolutely loved our stay in room 1216. It was beautifully furnished, smelt fresh and clean and was soooo spacious.

I had the best nights sleep of my LIFE at this hostel. Seriously never slept better! Super clean kitchens and bathrooms, plenty of space to chill.

Very clean room with great view and the pool was amazingly situated. Short walk to the main road. The hill can be daunting but good exercise.

Great location. Absolutely immaculate. Two self contained en suite rooms giving absolute privacy. Wonderful and helpful hosts. Easy access to strip and beaches. Thoroughly recommend.

Stayed here with my partner and son. One queen bed 1 single. Room had aircon, microwave, toaster and a fan. Easy to keep cool as it's a small room. Has a private shower and toilet.

First time stayed at Cairns City Palms & was pleasantly surprised how clean the rooms were.
