Absolutely loving this place. So happy that we chose this destination for our family. Clean rooms, pool and bar. Excellent staff and most of all, comfortable beds.

Awesome location with very clean rooms. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was super fresh and delicious.
And Jacqui behind the bar was an absolute hoot!

My son and I stayed for a week for a work/study trip. Great place. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean grounds. Even other residents so friendly and had chats at the laundry sometimes with them.

Great little caravan park with use of space. Good for short stops or a longer visit as a base to site see. The site we had, had a concrete pad for the van and a concrete pad for the annex.

Very accomadating, even with late enquiries and then late check in. Nice and quite rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Motel staff really nice, they check to see, if you ok need anything, like towels. I recommend this motel to anyone 😁

Awesome place, managers, and location. Great family vibes, close to beach and close to all the local restaurants. Park your car and leave it. Affordable holiday for all.

Giving 5 stars because location was amazing and owners were lovely.
Only thing was the rooms was a little bit run down and hadn’t been cleaned very well (think they had new cleaners).

The location was fabulous and the views from the room were heaven sent… I loved the endless sound of the ocean waves 🌊 and it was managed by a very experienced gentleman who was both welcoming,

Can't fault this place, we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with full kitchen, across the road from the beach.

Most lovely and welcoming staff. Made the group of us feel at home over the weekend. Would recommend staying here with your families and friends.

We had an infant and my parents travelling with us and Michael made sure we had apartments on the same floor which made life much easier.

Very quiet friendly neighbourhood, landlord was great, friendly, easy to get ahold of and talk to. Would recommend staying or living here again.

I've been to the Whitsundays many times over the years and I wish we had found this little oasis earlier.

Well positioned accommodation with plenty of parking seaside, underground, or room front, although that entrance is a little tight for the 4bys.

We stayed here over the Magic Round weekend. Whilst prices were much more than they usually are, the friendly staff made up for the bite in the hip pocket.

It’s actually as good as the photos! River views are superb, comfy living, great location, parking ok — worth the expense if you need the convenience of coming n going.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and is always a great experience with with reliable, efficient and friendly service.

What a great few days we had so Sky View. It’s a credit to Jackie and her team how spotlessly clean these units are and very well appointed.

Rooms are Simple, clean and cheap.
Shower hot and great pressure. Bed is comfortable. For me, for an overnighter, perfect.
Staff were wonderful.

Comfortable, clean rooms with kitchenette, which suited our overnight stay perfectly. There is also a pool and bbq area as well as a laundry.

Great service very friendly would stay again amenities clean but could use an upgrade in the future 😉

Considering being in the middle of the rain forest, this place was a great find. Had the necessary kitchen utensils which helped us a lot. The aircon was a life saver.

We stayed during rainy season so it was quiet, hot and humid but a good experience. The restaurant was unfortunately closed but rooms had an outdoor kitchen so we could cook meals.

Very nice service, everyone was super friendly, the place just need some minor repairs to make it really nice.

Nice place and easy to find. It is only 300 Mts from the shops & restaurants and is situated on the beach front.

We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view, which I booked for a little get away during the school holidays. The Management was very friendly and helpful.

Pros : Very close to train station, shops, fast food and bars. Roomy apartment and appreciated kitchen and laundry facilities in room. Staff responded promptly when I reported an issue.

Visited Brisbane for meetings and stayed at CLLIX. Great service and very friendly reception staff. The apartment was cozy and comfortable.

Large clean cabin with plenty of space for a family of 4. Nice and quiet spot for our Easter break!

Bay Air Hotel truly came to our rescue after another hotel cancelled our confirmed booking on the afternoon of our arrival, leaving us stressed and without accommodation.

The room so clean and tidy. Great location. Just bit too dark and need bit lighther light.
Overall it was perfect and worth the money.

Fabulous experiences! Loved the environment — so calming and peaceful where you can wander amongst your friendly neighbours — i. E the animals!

Our family of 4 (and dog) stayed in the Treetops cottage at Rosecliffe Farm Cottages for a long weekend during the school holidays. The cottage was clean, spacious, and well equipped.

The resort is perfect for a couple's or family getaway. There's both free and paid water activities, bike hire and even a games room.

My main issue with the hotel is the room cleaning, basically it doesn't exist.

Great stay. Clean Quaint and Welcoming Hotel. 24 hr reception. Someone always greeting you shud you arrive late night. Very helpful staff. Close to shore and only short walk to town center.

This was the second time I have stayed, I had a special request for room location due to mobility reasons and it could not have been better.

Stayed 3 nights at mecure cairns. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On arrival I was greeted by a male staff member who was brilliant at his job, my room was spotless.

The room was ready on time. Pleasantly welcomed by team on desk. Room was clean and tidy. Everything worked. Toilet and shower were clean and well presented. Sufficient towels and storage avaiable.

We stayed at 4 other hostels while in Cairns and this was hands down the best.

The Espy has a very welcoming and homely atmosphere, a top choice for location and cleanliness. The Pod-style beds are fantastic for extra privacy.
