Yerevan In Boutique Hotel

Warm and welcoming atmosphere with very kind and professional staff.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of options.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

A great hotel in a fantastic location, this is a no frills hotel but offers excellent service. Our room was very spacious with a large en-suite and balcony, a continental buffet style breakfast was more than adequate, offering a selection of ham, cheeses, eggs, cereal, fruits etc etc. The reception staff and the bar/security/night men were extremely helpful and every request was dealt with with a friendly and prompt manner.
The location is fantastic, you are literally a few steps from republic square, but the hotel still remains quiet and peaceful both outside and internally.

I stayed in this hotel in november 2025 for 3 night. This hotel has great location near republic square. Breakfast is perfect and varied and every day you confronted with new surprise. The room is clean and has enough facilities. One of the important point in this hotel in my opinion is staff behavior. They are all professional and kind and they helped me in several cases. If I return to yerevan certainly this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Excellent location in city center. Good for all walking tours through Yerevan.
Nine floors and just one elevator that goes only up to the eight floor. Good Wi-Fi, cable TV in rooms.
Rooms are relatively huge, with balcony. Very tough pillows.
Breakfast is solid, nothing special, nothing luxury.
In one sentence, nothing luxurious except of location itself.

The hotel is located in a great location, within walking distance of all attractions and city landmarks. Soviet-era construction, but clean, tidy, with huge rooms providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is plentiful, sweet and savory menu. Excellent value for money. All recommendations!

After an initial booking mishap that resulted in a canceled room they invited us back and gave us an upgraded room! The room was clean, nice large bed, and a balcony.

We had a reservation via booking. Com for 3 nights and had confirmation from the hotel we could have an early check-in at 6am. When we arrived at 6:30am, we were told by we cannot check in until 12pm despite us showing confirmation of the early check-in — when we asked to speak to the manager, we were told he could not be disturbed at this time in the morning. Hence, we left our bags at the property and wandered the streets of Yerevan for 6 hours. When we returned at 11:30am, a new member of staff said that we cannot check-in until 2pm and that the previous boy was wrong to give us 12pm check-in information. She then said that our room had a power-cut and that they have called electricians but could not guarantee a 2pm check-in. She said we need to find alternative accommodation and then left us in reception to fend for ourselves in a strange city.
The staff here are dreadful and unhelpful. The property is also very far away from where you need to be to enjoy the city — we did find alternative accommodation east of Mashtots Avenue. Stay in this area — much more central — we stayed in Tigran Mets which had a decent breakfast and much more friendly.

I had a night flight, so in order to rest booked the hotel for the previous day, asked if I could check in early in the morning — the answer was sure, we have 24 hour front desk. On the day of my flight they suddenly sent me a message that the could not do the early morning check in, only starting from 9am, but no charge for that night. I spent the night at the airport, very tired, but when I arrived at the hotel — they said we cancelled your stay because we thougt you would not come. Then they offer solution — go to our sister hotel, same price. The sister hotel was not horrible, however, of course, it ended up being higher price, and location far away from tourist places of interest. Either they overbook on the regular, or they do the bait and switch scam, but in any case no respect for customers, avoid this place. This made for a bad start for my trip to Armenia, I was expecting more scams at every turn.

Rooms were quite disgusting. Bad hygiene (yuck under the bed not cleaned), blankets which peel off soo easy so you sleep on the bed directly. Shower with rust on it.
The room we stayed in had only one light and one bed stand. No shower gels available even upon extra request (only shampoo). Location was ok for tourists though.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Stinks, has a dirty kitchen, receptionists with attitude problems, they asked for cash without giving a receipt and off the record asked me cash or they wouldn't give me a room. I booked at their Royal Renaissance and they made up a problem to throw me into their 3 star (! ) Hostel. Never again.

We was two woman with one babay, my friend book this hotel, and just they take more money from us and they give us thirth floor, not have any alavaitors and nobody help for bring bags up or down for us and alao not clean rooms in these two days and they not speak politely, verry verry bad, if you want hotel never come here, all the world I go and never I see like this situation.

Excelent locations, good prices, polite staff, cozy environment. I deffinetly reccomend.

I had the best sleep of my life in this hotel literally slept like a baby princess! The mattress is so good, the room temperature is so cozy and has an air conditioner and our friend Narev was so helpful thank you to all the people who helped for our stay to be such an amazing experience!
