He staff are hospitable and friendly, especially the lady in the kitchen (I miss her).
I needed some documents to be printed, and the reception desk kindly handled it for me.
However, the hotel is quite old; the mattress was worn out and really needs to be replaced.
The breakfast was not good and lacked variety, especially compared to the Ibis hotel where I stayed last summer.

Perfect small hotel in the center of Yerevan. Good value for money. Very nice breakfast, special thanks to the lady taking care of the service. Strongly recommend.

The location was very central and the hotel staff were really very warm and welcoming.
The room was very big. Breakfast was a good spread. The lady in the kitchen too was most welcoming, as we're the receptionist and the 2 doormen I encountered.

Pros:
1. Supportive staff. They provided early check-in (all 3 stars of service, in my rating).
2. Absolutely perfect location for accessibility to city sightseeing.
Cons:
1. Out of standard service experience. They didn't even offer to bring our cases to our room.
2. Unacceptable bed, seemed to be filled with straw. Not as cleane as normally expected.
3. Out of order wall plugs as shown in photos.

It was great, good hotel, clean and quiet and the location is amazing, the breakfast was good and delicious and the women there in the breakfast hall was very nice and helpful.

Strategically located just minutes away from Republic Square, this little four star hotel has everything one would expect.
Clean, comfortable rooms, professional and helpful front desk staff, a fantastic breakfast with the nicest lady attending the buffet.

The best place I’ve stayed in among the Caucasus countries! Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and low cost—everything was perfect. The hotel also arranges tour guides if needed, and the guide they introduced to me was very nice and professional.

Perfect hotel in the heart of the city center. Close to the Republic Square. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are good for families. The service is perfect. The staff is helpfull and professional. Recommend. You will enjoy your stay and evening walks in the city center.

We managed to get the garden view room, which was lovely. The location itself is calm and peaceful amidst small restaurants and houses. The room was clean and warm. Republic square, the main streets are all walkable from this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. You will be served boiled, fried and scrambled eggs, fruits, yummy salads, locally made yogurt, beans, veggies, sausages, cereals, oats or rice pudding, delicious cakes, tea and coffee. The spread was very much enough to begin a long day of sightseeing. Thank you to the wonderful ladies for the lovely breakfast every morning.

A relaxed and calm Hotel great for families. With many restaurants at walking distance. Supermarkets and shops nearby. A prompt cleaning staff. Lovely breakfast. Big comfortable room for a family of 4 (Apartment facing the park) with a small kitchen, fridge and microwave.

This hotel is an ideal place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. It's close to all the main tourist attractions, with many bars and fast-food options within walking distance. While the hotel itself didn’t fully match the expectations set by the pictures, it’s understandable given its age.
The staff were very accommodating, and breakfast was satisfactory, meeting expectations. We appreciated the flexibility with our late check-out request. Overall, a recommended place to stay for its convenience and friendly service.

The best part was definitely the lady that prepare the breakfast, she greeted us once we stepped in and treated us so good.
She was amazing and caring and her food was delicious.
