This hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan, within walking distance of most attractions. The room was okay — definitely not a true 4-star experience, but decent enough. The food was also fine.

We stay at the Hotel Grand Yerevan about four times a year on average, and why? The staff are so warm and welcoming that we always feel right at home there.

The staff were friendly and professional on arrival. I arrived early in the morning and they kindly sorted me out a check in for 11am.

The hotel is quite well located, right in the center next to the cinema and Charles Aznavour Square, which makes it convenient for walking around.

It has been a pleasure stay as a first time tourist in armenia. Although the facility can be more enhanced. But the friendly and very accommodating staff makes the experience perfect.

I rate 5 star to this hotel by considering this is a 3 star hotel. A clean hotel with very nice stuffs. Break fast is normal. Great location just straight to the public square.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Mashtots twice – once alone and once with my family (including my child) – and both times were truly excellent!

The entire facility was clean and spotless. The staff were top notch and friendly. They addressed any issue we had and we really appreciated their attentiveness.

The accomodations and cleanliness of the hotel was super. Staff was very friendly and accomdating as well. Breakfast was very delicious 🙏

I had a good stay for a budget hotel. Room was alright. Very clean and straightforward. Bed was a bit weird, not sure what it was.

Great stay. The room was really comfortable and well kept. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better everything we wanted to see or do was just a short walk away.

The rooms are very cozy, most importantly clean, the staff is also nice, the people are kind, and most importantly, the prices are right on your budget.
