Friendly staff, clean room, variety breakfast and in the best part of Yerevan, highly recommend.

Great location and service, pleasant staff, food and bars handy with great service, beds are very comfortable, design of the hotel is cosmopolitan and a stand out in Yerevan,, environmentally smart with state of art technology, my long term stay was easy and always comfortable.

One error is there. Elevators are not comfortly. Other else is perfect.

I stayed three nights at your hotel and would like thank you for a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities are top notch which I dearly enjoyed, but what makes a hotel stand out is its staff, and in this regard, I would be grateful if you could extend my gratitudes to Anna from the Front Office team please. She was always friendly, helpful and professional at all times. She was the most helpful Front Office staff I encountered during my three nights at your hotel. I was very pleased that she could resolve all my queries when other team members could not, thus, a big thank you to Mr. Anna.

Friendly staff clean rooms I liked… A little noisy, after all the center and construction near.

As always the Ibis hotel is above all praises. The network of these hotels is not the first time to rest. But it is in Ibis Yerevan the best breakfast!

I had a very nice stay lbis Yerevan Center. Everyone was very kind and helpfull. The food and drinks was great. And my room was very clean.

I spent two weeks in the summer of 2017. The rooms are ibis typical but clean and the bathroom is well furnished. One lacks nothing. The terrace at the restaurant is also an honorable mention. Here you can make yourself comfortable in the morning at breakfast. I couldn't fault the breakfast. Clearly, it is something different than in Germany, but you cannot expect this either. It was always important as fruit, bread, sausage, cheese, jams, cereal, coffee, tea and sweet pastries available. So you could enjoy breakfast on the terrace. The staff at the desk was always super friendly and helpful. I had once left a regional provider of a cruise and the staff took care of it and then procured me a replacement. So I was able to do a private cruise to Lake Sevan. There was really nothing to complain about here.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent. Coffee isn't good.

Very good hotel, very well located just 200m from the Republic Square and a few steps from the pedestrian street. The reception is warm and the service is perfect. The breakfast is very good and the bar nice. There is only one thing missing at this almost perfect hotel… a fitness room! Thanks to the whole team!

For your money very decent service. Organized a group of more than 200 people with meals. No complaints. The rooms are simple but clean and cozy. There is free Wi-Fi. Close to historic sites.

While my mother and sister were staying at Ibis, I sent a package from Seattle USA which was supposed to arrive within five days at the latest. The post was much longer than expected and my mother and sister had a flight back to home. David Gasparean at reception was very kind and understanding towards my situation and went out of his way to make sure my package was rerouted. He went beyond his duties and personally dropped the pack off at the post office. Anytime I called to check on the status, he was always patient, nice, and professional. I cannot say enough, he really went out of his way. If I ever travel to Armenia, Ibis is the hotel I will be staying at. They really care about their guests.

Nice new hotel, but staff limps, be attentive when arrival.

Location is nice. I stayed one week but no sheets exchanged. Front stuff are kind. Brakfast is okey but always too many guest, therefore cofee machine was always empty.

Excellent location in the city center. The hotel is in a very high standard.

The rooms as well as the rest of the ibises are nice, cozy. The staff is friendly. Parking is free. Breakfast only grieved, monotonous and not very tasty, and yet quickly end and very reluctant to bring an additive. The location is good.

They need to work on their customer service. Would be nice if they are more engaging. Perhaps it communication or just cultural but felt front desk could be more hospitable. It's new hotel and centrally situated and economical.

Cold in the rooms, the floor is very cold in the bathroom, slippers No, the TV did not work one night, the breakfast is tasty but the porridge ends at once and on the whole menu monotonous, constantly lacked places, and in general firm 4, service pleasant, polite administrators.

Good cozy and neat place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located on northern avenue and 2 mins walking distance from republic square and freedom square, whereas vernissage is just 5 mins. However, they do not have a kettle and toiletries. They only have bath nd shower gel. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is a safe in the room. They also arrange cars for local and airport transports.

Exactly what you expect when staying at Ibis, reasonably priced clean room, attentive and friendly staff. Located in the city center with walking distance to shops and attractions. Highly recommend for short stays.

Nice staff and easy check in. Room nice and quiet. 24 hour bar on site is nice. Room was a little warm, so I had to open the window. The room may only have heat, no cooling (I could be wrong though).
