No elevator!
Fake walls without oise insulation, fake mattresses and beds, bud contraction in total.
Out of four breakfasts only one was made properly.
I can't imagine how they ask 90 Euros for something like this!
Another tourist trap, something common for the country…

My friend moved to this hotel on our second day from the adjacent Hotel Boulevard. Both of us felt that this hotel was much cleaner and nicer compared to the previous one. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of an elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The best option for this price, nice breakfast and polite staff.

Just spent one week in this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. It was literally 5 mins from Republics Square and close to all amenities. The place was spotlessly clean and staff were always polite and willing to help. I can’t fault this hotel and hope I get to stay again soon.

A small cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. The relatively small size of the room is compensated by nice design, good equipment and cleanliness. There were some minor problems with the air conditioning and the door, but the hotel staff responded promptly to them, and as a result there were no negative consequences. The room had a balcony overlooking the square, which was nice to sit on on a warm summer evening. I would like to note good sound insulation — when the balcony door is closed, street noise is practically inaudible.
The hotel's location is excellent — 5-7 minutes walk to Republic Square, the same to the pedestrian Northern Avenue and a host of other attractions.

A very good hotel, with a top location and atmosphere! In terms of price/quality ratio, it is definitely worth the money. To all lovers of balconies, I highly recommend enjoying Yerevan at night late in the evening, or better yet at night, with fruit and a bottle of wine, because, despite its location (in the very center of the city), it is very quiet and cozy at night. At one moment you got the impression that you were in your own two — or three-story house. Very welcoming and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed at Aratta Boutique Hotel for 4 nights. The small hotel is in a very central location in Yerevan, with all main city sights reachable by foot. Our room faced a park and the room was fairly quiet (I think having a fully quiet room in Yerevan is pretty hard, the centre is very busy/lively). For the price paid, I think the property was very good value for money, the room was fairly modern, clean, had a nice balcony and the rate included breakfast and 24/7 reception. They also accommodated a very late check out for a very reasonable rate. Service was mostly very friendly and helpful. Reason for 4/5 starts are improvements needed to the small room e. G. Only one chair on the balcony, no table or chair in the bedroom, no trash can in the bedroom, no towel hangers in the bathroom. Also, one specific member of the staff was quite rude with us on the day of check out.

Convenient location in the heart of the city. Cozy, clean rooms. The room has everything you may need. Very responsive and friendly staff. Incredibly delicious breakfasts!

Delicious breakfasts and coffee. Order from the menu. The only thing I would add is fruits and vegetables to the assortment; there weren’t enough of them (for example, a guest chooses between sliced ​​cheese and sausage and tomato-cucumber or apple).

Best of the best! Amazing cozy hotel, lovely staff, very modern and well designed, the breakfast was delicious, and located right in the center, close to everything.

Very good, we booked family apartment hotel which is next door and they were closed so we came next door to Aratta and it was 3AM and Vahe on reception was excellent really helped us out at short notice exactly how it’s described! Very thankful to Vahe 👍 from your funny welsh friends.

We checked into the Aratta Boutique Hotel as newlyweds and have never regretted it! The room we stayed in was very cozy, modern, and well thought out. The wonderful staff did everything possible and more to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty and filling. On the morning of the celebration, we took our wedding dresses to the laundry for ironing and received the results on time.
I had a small force majeure with the bride's bouquet. FORTUNATELY, the girls at the reception offered their help and re-arranged my bouquet very elegantly. ANZIV and MARIAM, you are simply sorceresses! ♥️🫶

The hotel is well-located in Yerevan. All the major attractions are well within walking distance. The rooms are properly designed and decorated with good taste. Simple and functional.
The services were great except for the cleaning services. They didn't replace the dirty glasses in the room which was pretty appaling. Other than that, all other staff were great.

New nice modern hotel in the very city center. Fresh breakfast with omelette or cereal, vegan option available.
Friendly staff.
