My stay at the 14th Floor Hotel in Yerevan was an absolutely magical experience, which I highly recommend to everyone!

Great location (5mins walk to the Republic Square), lobby is working 24/7, the personal is helpful and polite. Taxi transfer service is reliable and at affordable price.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are high-quality. Contactless check-in is available. Slippers and water are provided in the room.

Very good service from Mr. Gevorg.
He is a great guy. Talk to him, he will tell you all facilities nearby the place.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay.

Overall, my impression was positive.

The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are very comfortable, very soft mattresses. The coffee was delicious and you could drink it at any time — this is very important😂.

It’s a nice place with a good location. The breakfast is good. I stayed in female dormitory and it was clean and cosy.

We have been booked by our agency for four days here at Yerevan Hostel. It is an amazing hostel as it is a budget-friendly accommodation.

A small, quiet hotel with very hospitable owners. We were greeted with the words “make yourself at home”, and that’s exactly what happened.

We stayed one night, everything was ok. The internet was good, there was no smell, the admin wrote instructions on how to check in.
A bit dirty.

Pros — the hotel is small, in a modern multi-storey building with a concierge (or security, I don’t understand). There is a grocery store in the house with everything you need.
