This is a very good family hotel. New clean rooms with air conditioning, a beautiful courtyard, a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook your own breakfast. I was in the hotel in a double room with my daughter. We stayed for 9 days. We liked everything. A small hotel, everything is comfortable, clean, quiet and calm. It is not in the center, but you can get to any attraction by taxi in just a few minutes. There is a small kitchen with everything you need. If you want to cook something. There is always coffee and tea for guests. Two minutes from the hotel there is a cafe-dining room with delicious dishes, close, tasty and convenient. We were very hospitably greeted at the hotel. We asked any questions and they always helped, prompted. The owner of the hotel Gevorg was always in touch and his assistant Mareta is the sweetest woman (if I wrote the names incorrectly, I apologize) we felt like we were visiting a family. Thank you very much. I recommend this hotel if you want to see not only the central streets, but also walk along the nearby streets and see Yerevan in different colors.

Clean room, easy check-in and check-out, good bed linen and a comfortable bed. This is not my first time staying here. The room has everything — toiletries, slippers, water. Stable internet. There is a shared kitchen with a kettle, microwave and refrigerator. You can leave your things for storage after check-out before the plane.

Before arrival, I talked via WhatsApp with the owner, he probably responded promptly, very politely. I arrived at 8 am, there was no one from the staff, but I was able to go into the building and wait for my arrival in the room in the kitchen, tea/coffee in the general area. Then at about 11 o'clock an amazing sweet woman came ☺️ cleaned the vacant room and moved me in 🥳 The room is cool, everything is new and clean, there are slippers and bath accessories. The only negative is that there is no sign, it’s hard to guess that just a black door is the entrance to the hotel😃 good, the taxi driver helped me call the hotel and sort it out. Yerevan has the most responsive people 😃

My stay at your hotel was a real pleasure, and I will be happy to share my impressions. What captivated me the most: Perfect cleanliness and comfort: The rooms are tastefully decorated, everything is thought out for the convenience of guests — from a cozy bed and mattress, super soft pillows, excellent linen, perfect towels from India by Matrix to modern amenities, the smell of the hotel and cleanliness, a special spray, a TV with YouTube and Netflix, good Wi-Fi for IT specialists. Every detail was a pleasant surprise! Professionalism of the staff: Special thanks to the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. They always helped with questions and created an atmosphere of home comfort. The best location: The hotel is 3 km from the center of Yerevan, and peace and quiet reign here, there is a modern canteen, shops, cafes, restaurants, metro, train station, market nearby. Walking to the main attractions has become a daily pleasure! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates quality service and wants to experience Armenian hospitality! We arrived at 2am, warned in advance. We were met by a girl, quickly checked in, showed the room and the shared kitchen. The room is clean, the bed linen is new and fresh, the bathroom is clean, the room has a powerful air conditioner, fast Wi-Fi. We are very pleased, thank you. We often visit Yerevan, we will definitely stay at this hotel! from the airport by taxi 15-17 minutes.
