We were in Yerevan for one week and very happy to be able to stay in this very friendly guest house. The rooms are individual as friendly.

Nice private hotel villa. We were group of 5 family and stayed for 5 nights in Dec 2023. I met owner on first day of arrival, courtesy was excellent from hotel management and staff. Rooms are good.

I had the most wonderful time at this Villa. The owner was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The pool was not that big but atleast its refreshing.

It is a very comfortable place to gather with friends and family. I really loved the time I spent there!
