Villas in YerevanVilla

Nice private hotel villa. We were group of 5 family and stayed for 5 nights in Dec 2023. I met owner on first day of arrival, courtesy was excellent from hotel management and staff. Rooms are good.

The best flat in Yerevan.
It's located exactly in the middle of city all facilities are nearby.
Very nice place for family and business.
Good surroundings and very nice staff always happy to assist.

Ideal location in the very center in an ancient villa!
Homemade breakfasts, like visiting an Armenian family.
Atmospheric interior, vintage furniture.
Everything is clean, no complaints.

If you are tired of the same type of hotels, feel free to choose this one! authentic, beautiful, hotel with history.

I had the most wonderful time at this Villa. The owner was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The pool was not that big but atleast its refreshing.

It is a very comfortable place to gather with friends and family. I really loved the time I spent there!
