Apart‑Hotels in YerevanCondo Hotel

Probably the best room of all that I have encountered before. There is absolutely everything for maximum comfort.
Large space, convenient location, polite staff, all bathrooms and kitchen utensils.

I liked absolutely everything, from the location to the owners. They met us, accommodated us without any problems, huge parking lot, kind and helpful staff.

A cute hotel with the stunning view. 2 min to the Republic square.
And my heart with the staff — so friendly and helpful! Thank you for being so helpful!
The only issue — the construction site nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is perfect and very convenient, making everything easily accessible.

Very clean and pleasant place, front reception is very friendly and helpful, excellent location, walkable to Republic Square.

Arch Apart Hotel in Yerevan is absolutely perfect in our opinion.

Very cozy and comfortable. Everything is in excellent condition: every detail has been thought through. Conveniently located, quiet and peaceful.

I had the privilege of communicating with the apartment team, who were always easy to reach and very responsive. Thank you to the team for the excellent service and smooth coordination.

I stayed here for a week on business and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space is large, quiet, and perfectly clean.

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms, friendly staff. We stayed in February 2026 with a large group, and we really enjoyed it.

This hotel is a great option, considering its location and price. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Plus, it’s just a short walk to restaurants and all the tourist attractions.

Clean and well-equipped rooms, fantastic views from 16th and 17th floors. Everything was great, and I enjoyed the stay.

Really liked the concept — small private rooms with a welcoming community space and shared bathrooms and showers.

Perfect location, proximity to major sightseeings, meals included, cleanliness in the apartments, comfortable temperature inside the apartments.

Excellent location.
Small hotel, good rooms without anything fancy.
Very good choice for a short stay in the central area with good value.

We are so happy that we selected this hotel in Yerevan. Everything was perfect, the room was amazing and perfectly clean. The local staff was always kind and helpful.

The room is spacious and cozy, equipped with everything you need.

We lived in these apart-hotels for the second time, everything was at the highest level, clean and quiet, good view from the balcony, pets are allowed for an additional fee.

Excellent rooms especially for their price. Very nice and helpful staff.

Norekats has nice and comfortable apartments. Very clean and al friendly staff. Access to city is easy with Yandex taxi.

The hotel is wonderful. The room is comfortable and has everything you need: a kettle, refrigerator, stove, and dishes.

Very clean, new, good quality rooms on the fringe of Yerevan city centre.

A person stayed in Yerevan for three nights. In addition to the inconvenience of traffic due to the snow, the service and comfort are good.

Amazing place to stay with family. Facilitirs and amenties are great for the price. If I comeback to Yerevan, I will stay in same place and recommend friends.
