Nice family hotel. Convenient location — near a bus stop, a mini-market, a pharmacy, and a metro station nearby.
Wonderful administrator — sensitive, understanding, attentive.
Delicious breakfasts.
The room has a view of Ararat.

Beautiful place to stay, clean rooms and friendly staff!

Having a larger sign would make it easier to locate the hotel. I had a hard time finding it when I arrived after midnight. It could be cleaner to match the standards of a three-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for individuals who experience foot or back pain and have difficulty climbing stairs. There is no doubt about the hotel's hospitality.

Cozy hotel within walking distance from the center. Everything is very homely: clean, comfortable, attentive owners. The rooms are quiet and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is the usual continental. You can drink tea in the shared kitchen at any time. From the window you can really see Ararat) ).
The only negative is the small, inconspicuous sign. The taxi driver and I did not immediately find the hotel.

Located near the center, there is a metro station nearby. Close to American University, Armenian Academy of Sciences and Parliament (pictured).
Breakfast at the hotel is good, you can eat a hearty meal, there is a good selection of cheeses. Homemade jams are a special plus; I have never tried such delicious apricot jam.
The room has everything you need. My windows faced the opposite side of the road, so it was quiet. The view was from the mountainside to the city. They say that Ararat should be visible from the window, but I was unlucky with the weather, I went for work in early March, and it was cloudy.
The room and common areas are clean, no complaints.
The staff was friendly and polite. I was left with a very pleasant impression.
I just didn’t find the hotel the first time; it’s marked with a small, inconspicuous sign next to the entrance.

A long search for a place to stay led me to the Grieg Hotel. I can say with confidence that I will return to Yerevan again, and the problem of finding a hotel now disappears. Thank you very much to the owners for your hospitality! I was glad to meet Armine, Lyusya and Armen. Thank you for the warm welcome and for your advice) I liked everything about the hotel: — excellent location (the stop is nearby, you can quickly get to the center by bus; there is a 24-hour grocery store right under the house, a pharmacy is also nearby) ; — price (good price-quality ratio) ; — cleanliness and comfort in the room; — delicious breakfasts; — beautiful view of Ararat from the room.

I did a quick trip to Yerevan over an Eid holiday. Used Qatar Airways Holidays. Grig Hotel was their cheapest option. Although it was on a main road it was a little difficult to find as it is not very well signed. If one wants a 5 star hotel, this is not for you. However for a value for money option this hotel is great. Spotlessly clean, shower, wi fi, short walk to the centre of Yerevan, it has all one could want. The owner is extremyl helpfull (exchange money late at night — go to the SAS supper market! ). Breakfasts are outstanding with honey from a nearby village and home made apricot jam to die for. It is a friendly small family hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

Mini — hotel Grieg 3* in Yerevan just super. Were surprised, because not expect such high level of the hotel 3 *. Disadvantages no good view from the window, hearty, delicious breakfasts, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, clean and comfortable rooms, very easy to get to, changed every 2 days. Staff excellent, very courteous, service at the highest level, constant attention to the guests the atmosphere of hospitality, friendliness and comfort. Thank you all for the perfectly held the days.
