Wonderful Stay – Feels Like Home!
Our trip began with a stay at this cozy and welcoming hostel, and it truly felt like home. We had booked our stay online in advance, and upon arrival, we were given a room on the top floor. The experience was so pleasant that we chose to return here for our final night after our trip. Both stays were excellent, especially considering the affordable price.
Breakfast was included, and the quality was good. When we first arrived, the place was covered in snow, but after five days, it looked completely different, showcasing a whole new charm. The house itself is perfect for travelers who enjoy walking and exploring the city. The beautiful views from the windows and the friendly cats added to the charm of our stay.
One thing to note is that the electrical appliances are in the main room, meaning guests need to walk there to use them.
Inshort, our experience was fantastic for the price, and we would highly recommend this place to fellow travelers!

My son and I had a wonderful experience staying at JR's House Hotel during our recent trip. The hotel is affordable and offers great value for money, with a delicious breakfast and exceptional customer service.
Although it’s a bit far from the main tourist spots in the city, it’s still one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The place is very clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Zeena, Ashok, Narineh, and the lovely lady in the kitchen (I wish I knew her name! ) for making our stay so pleasant.
I highly recommend JR's House Hotel, especially for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Everything was so clean. The hospitality was great they were so kind. The neighborhood was safe even after midnight. The breakfast was good. They have beautiful cats in the yard. They have beautiful place and kitchen. There is two metro stations nearby.

One of the Cheapest accommodation in Town. The staffs are friendly. The guesthouse is big and clean. I stayed in basement room. Unfortunately, the room is big yet no AC and weak to zero connection of Wi-Fi. I was even struggling with my mobile data signal.
The room was still ok though since it is winter but it could be so hot at summer times. The bathroom has basic need as same in hotel and they have hot&cold shower which is really helpful to traveler. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is so basic nothing special just enough to satisfy your hunger.
Location is walking distance to cascade complex and city center 20-30 minutes.

Excellent hosts, friendly atmosphere, beautiful room and common areas, great home-made breakfast! The hotel has a garden and is situated near transport and convenience stores. The staff was very helpful with arranging transfer and day trips. Will certainly come back!

A good place has a courtyard, a kitchen, order excursions, free tea/coffee is always kept clean to the nearest metro station Marshal Bagramyan 12-minute walk nearby a convenience store to the Cascade 18-20-minute walk in general I recommend staying here. I lived here in a shared 4-bed room for ten nights during my vacation.

The location of the hostel is convenient, not too far from the center, the metro is even closer, pleasant friendly staff. Delicious varied breakfasts, but cold, although you can always warm them up. You can take a tour right at the hostel, our room was spacious, the furnishings were ordinary, there wasn’t enough mirror in the room, there was only one in the bathroom. There are no shelves in the bathroom, it is impossible to place accessories, there were also problems with water, for example, on the day of arrival, there was none at all in our room, neither cold nor hot, which was really a shame after the trip. The price and quality are not very consistent, for this level of the hostel it was a bit expensive.

The city center is 2 km away.
All infrastructure is nearby — pharmacy, shop, snacks.
The room is large and spacious, the breakfast is incredibly delicious.
Administrators understand Russian and English.

A nice house converted into a B&B, good as a base to explore Yerevan and the surrounding cities by car. Nice breakfast in the morning. Very good location within walking distance to several attractions (Cascade, etc). Convenient street parking in front of the hotel.

Let's start with check-in — it turned out that we arrived a little earlier. The girl at the reception offered to sit in the living room, treat herself to coffee or tea, and showed everything that was on the first floor🥹 In general, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly, they helped solve any problems that arose)
The breakfasts were very tasty! Eggs, sausage, sausages, salads, etc. Nourishing, enough for half a day)
There is also an incredibly beautiful courtyard, and as a nice bonus — cats)
Well, a little about the location — within walking distance of the metro, to the Cascade about 20 minutes on foot) There are shops and food establishments nearby.
So good a place that you don't want to leave)

1) The staff were friendly and you could approach them any time.
2) My room was clean and the hotel was quiet.
3) The hotel offers breakfast and a shared kitchen for cooking.
4) There are some lovely cats there where you can pet them 😻
5) There is a bus stop and a metro station near the hotel where you can take any means of transportation to go to Republic Square.
6) Also, you have access to Wi-Fi any time at any place in the hotel.
7) There was no fridge in my room since there is a rule that you are not allowed to have snacks in your room. The reason behind the rule is that some guests damaged properties & made the furniture filthy.
8) If you are looking to have a walk from Baghramyan St to the hotel, please consider the slope of the street.
9) I booked a room with a private bathroom and toilet. If you book shared restrooms with other rooms, you pay less.
Tip: Avoid exchanging your money in the airport. Head to the terminal where you can see a street and people who are waiting for arrival passengers. Once you see a tunnel of people who are waiting, look at your left hand side and find a bank branch. They exchange reasonably.

Stayed here for several times and the experience has always been great. It's not just a hotel but a friendly community of hosts and guests. The rooms are spacious, administrators are always friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils. It can be a little crowded from time to time but you can always have a great talk while cooking. The hotel has a garden and it's a big pleasure to have breakfast outside.
The location is also convenient — it's 15-20 minutes walk away from the city center. And 5-7 min away from the nearest metro station.

I stayed at JR’s House on a business trip twice, each time for about two weeks.
JR’s House is a friendly place. It is most of all thanks to its team of dedicated and open-minded people. Although the house is situated almost in the center, it has a garden, which is an advantage in the buzzing city. I also liked the creative design of a shared kitchen and a common room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
My bedroom was equipped with a desk which was useful during the business trip. The internet connection on the first floor was of moderate quality (good for web browsing; some problems during the videoconferences).
The team's approach and the qualities of the house contribute to a homelike ambience.

I stayed in both a shared dormitory and then had my own room. The staff are all incredibly friendly, kind, accommodating and welcoming. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean. There is also a fantastic breakfast and a lovely garden area.
