Andor Hotel

We stayed just one night but it was really nice. Everything look clean and almost new. But the thing I loved the most is the common areas.

I was really excited to stay at this hotel as I’ve seen the beautiful pictures.
When I arrived to the hotel the lady at the reception reluctantly informed me that my room won’t be available and that they sent me messages through booking to let me know. (I booked through Agoda and never received any such messages)
She never apologized and just told me to cancel my reservation.
Very disappointing.

I stayed at Andor for five months, and I can truly say it’s the best place to stay in Yerevan! The place is always clean, the location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly, they really made my stay feel warm and comfortable. During my time here, I met so many wonderful people and created great memories. I’m really grateful I found this place.
Highly recommended!

The best hotel in Yerevan. Very nice room with air-conditioning, excellent service and delicious food. The staff was very helpful, really made us feel comfortable. Minor downside, it a bit outside of the center, but with Yandex/taxi you are in the center within 10 min.

Great place to stay at and a beautiful terrace for breakfast. Close to the city, agreeable and helpful staff.
The only inconvenience is no change of towels but maybe I had to ask for that separately, not sure. It would also be great to have a female dorm room.

I think it's one of the best hostel in my tour life. Very well organized.

Wonderful place, really enjoyed my staying here. It's new, superclean, cozy, well organized. Team is friendly and helpful, also big thanks for upgrading my room for free. Cozy room, comfy bed, no problem with hot water. There are several common spaces both indoor and outdoor, good for chilling or remote working, Wi-Fi connection is good everywhere. Inner territory is very nice with lovely summer cafe. They also have a very cute cat they have adopted recently:)
I would definately come back here for my next visit in Yerevan.

We really liked the hotel) very cozy and nice) located within walking distance from the main.
Sights of Yerevan, about 15-20 minutes) it seems that Bagromyan Street is nearby, but as soon as you find yourself in the hotel, you can’t hear the cars) ) when we arrived at 11.00 and wanted to park the car in the hotel parking lot, it turned out that there was no such parking, but this was a big deal for us I wasn’t upset, we parked on the street, and we were given a bonus — early check-in was free)
Delicious breakfasts! Varied, filling and very tasty!
The beds and mattresses are comfortable, the bed linen and towels are white.
The hotel is clean and modern)
The staff is very responsive and has a kind attitude towards everyone)
The hotel has a green area where we had breakfast and drank tea) ) The entrance area is surrounded by greenery and grapes, it is watered and creates coolness) ) ) A cute turtle crawled around the territory) it was very pleasant to spend time in this hotel) ) thank you, Andor) )
There is no shelf in the bathroom to put bath accessories) ) )

Accessibility is good; you can walk to the central attractions in 10-15 minutes.
The room was excellent, with air conditioning, everything worked. Linen and towels are clean. Good quality slippers and toiletries were included.
Clean both in the room and on the territory.
The staff was polite, they greeted us and explained everything clearly. There are cozy seating areas and a shared kitchen on site.
We liked the hotel and will stay here again. Thank you! )

This hotel is the best thing that happened to me in Yerevan 😂 Just kidding) ) But I really really liked it — the clean, fresh room and the territory are just a delight, everything is modern! The location is excellent — traffic jams are not too bad, and it’s close to the center on foot. The area is also very good.

Review of Andor.
The hotel is located near the center, 20 minutes on foot, 7-10 minutes to the metro. There is only one grocery store nearby, with very inflated prices compared to other chain stores.
The hotel has a pleasant design and has its own courtyard with tables. You can order breakfast and lunch, but the prices are high compared to cafes in the city. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave where you can heat up ready-made food, but you cannot cook)
The room is clean, the bed linen is fresh and untidy. Huge bed.
– the toilet was dripping furiously, so if you are sensitive to sounds at night, take earplugs. We asked the staff several times to solve the problem, they convincingly promised to look into it, but they did nothing. They didn't offer to change the number.
– There is zero sound insulation in the hotel, you can hear everything, the entrance doors are like made of cardboard.
– The room has a balcony, and when someone comes out from the next room to smoke, you will smoke too.
– There is not a single hook in the shower to hang things. Water constantly leaks from the shower stall onto the floor.

It's a cool place. The atmosphere is very friendly. The design and facilities for this money are just fine, I don't think there is a better one, at least I haven't found one. I also want to mention Arut's manager separately, a good guy, most of these impressions are his merit)

Great new or very clean and fresh hotel. Everything works, beautiful bed linen, mattresses, pillows, towels — everything is clean and new. I used the laundry service, it was inexpensive and fast. Quiet and cozy place, about 15 minutes walk to the center, but we took a taxi because it’s cheap.

A small, clean, modern, cozy hotel with a green courtyard. The room had everything you needed: shampoo, gel, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpastes, shower cap. A large balcony, which would be relevant in the warm season. Very tasty breakfasts, not a buffet.
On the minuses, an uncomfortable thick pillow and a barely functioning hairdryer.

Highly recommend to stay in Andor for work / vacation. Cosy atmosphere, nice rooms, great coworking zone, delicious breakfast. And the most important thing — polite and supportive people who work there. Thanks to administrator Harut for his help! (I’ve stayed there for two times already and would like to visit the hotel again! )

The location is great, close to the metro and bus stops. But you can also walk to the center.
Nice room design, huge balcony, comfortable and beautiful shower with a large countertop.
The hotel courtyard is cozy and green with seating. Enjoy your time there.
Clean, nice, cozy. Room cleaning upon request.
Special thanks to the hotel staff, they suggested everything, explained everything, were hospitable and welcoming. They work around the clock. You can leave things for storage, buy coffee and breakfast, charge your phone. Printed out boarding pass. Thank you!
