The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and friendly. It’s good for Muslim people because they do have Bidet spray at their bathrooms, and they are flexible to help and advise if you need. I strongly recommend them. Thank you by Mohamed Afifi ❤️

Used their luggage storage service and was happy with it, because the hotel is in a convenient location and the prices are reasonable.

They don’t operate an AC, they have something called ventilator which doesn’t really do much. I had to open the window for air and live with the noise coming from street the whole night. The staff are nice though.

In principle, for a first trip to Yerevan, this is an ideal location in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions of delightful Yerevan. Nearby, just 2 steps away, there is a cafe/dining room, which is open from 8-21 Mon-Sat, affordable, tasty)

The hotel is located almost in the heart of Yerevan, everything is within walking distance (shops, cafes, pharmacies, attractions). Very beautiful rooms, new furniture, plumbing, air conditioning. Everything is very clean and decorated like a 5 star hotel. Very polite and sensitive staff, in one day we found three administrators and there were no complaints about any of them, they helped solve all the problems and explained everything that was not clear. In the same building there is an amazing Art Lunch cafe with a variety of delicious breakfasts at very low prices, recommended by the administrators themselves.
Unfortunately, there is no information anywhere that the economy room is located on the — 1st floor, i. E. There are no windows in the basement. Also for this reason, Wi-Fi, which is distributed from the reception, worked very poorly. The hotel basically does not have breakfast, but there is a dining area (tables, chairs, microwave). However, this does not spoil the overall impression of the hotel.

Excellent location in the very center of the historical part of the city, there are many amazing restaurants and parks nearby, 3-5 minutes to any place! I recommend to everyone.

I couldn’t cope with the payment the first time, it remained like that. The issue was resolved this morning!
During my stay it was always nice to receive a smile. They helped with resolving issues simply related to the route or meeting place on an excursion! In general, the guys are very cool!

Clean room, convenient location.
The hotel is on the ground floor, next to the metro line (from 7 am to 11 pm there will be noise every 10 minutes and slight vibration). There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything in all rooms. When residents come at night, they make noise, no one reprimands them or keeps order.

Room service location everything is excellent.
But for me personally, the sound insulation is zero, you can hear everyone — conversations, screams, children yelling, someone drying their hair at one in the morning.
The metro also runs somewhere right under the hotel. This is not mentioned anywhere)

Excellent location in the city center, a little noisy, but it was not critical for me. The price/quality ratio is good.
My room was on the ground floor, there was a window near the ceiling. The room was small, but there was space for outerwear in the hallway, and a private bathroom with shower. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and mini-fridge in the room.

The hotel is amazing! Very stylish design, insanely fast internet, ideal location, amazing service. And most importantly — as clean as possible! Not a speck of dust, not a speck. Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day. There is a cool Art Lunch restaurant nearby, so we didn’t even go down to the kitchen: it was so tasty, varied and cheap by Yerevan standards. If we come again, we will stay at this cool hotel again. Just maybe in a bigger room :)

The hotel is located three blocks from the central Republic Square, with the fountain show and the main museums; two — from the modern Nord Avenue with brand stores.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, modern — good work by the designer. The bathroom is decent, the shower is spacious. There is a hairdryer.
We were met well. They helped carry things both to the room and to the taxi.
The hotel is located in a large building, but it is small. There are 6 rooms in total on the ground floor and in the basement. They settled me downstairs. Instead of a window, there is a hole in the ceiling: this is the courtyard of a house, people are walking, cars are parked. Periodically the sound of heavy transport overhead.
Downstairs is a hall with tables and a kitchen corner. There are no breakfasts. They say there is a dining room nearby.
Good for a couple of nights.

I booked for two days. I liked everything, the hotel is in the center, polite staff and clean modern room!
It is important to understand that the hotel rooms are on the high ground floor overlooking the street + some on the minus 1st floor with mini-windows. I lived on the first floor, there are black-out curtains.

We only used the luggage storage service, and even this the hotel did as disgustingly as possible. They demanded 12, 000 from us for storing two backpacks and two small suitcases (3, 000 times 4 “things”), I was ready to pay by card, but they demanded cash from us. As a result, we agreed that we would pay 12, 000 in cash in the evening.
And when we arrived in the evening and the taxi we arrived in was waiting for us outside to take us to the airport, it turned out that we were “late” (since they said that we would arrive at about eight o’clock, but arrived at nine) and demanded that we not pay 12000, and 16000. We were not told about any system of fines before. We only had 12, 000 in cash, as agreed, but they didn’t let us pay by card. A minute later, the person from the reception called the administrator, and the administrator ALLOWED payment by card. That is, all this time it was possible to pay by card.
It’s also worth adding that for 16, 000 our things were in the hall all this time, and not in a separate room.
If this hotel has such a bastard storage system, then I can’t even imagine how they work with other clients.
Avoid this place.

A little nice hotel in the centre of Yerevan. The rooms are designed in modern way, my room was very comfortable and with all necessary amenities in it. I also had a little kitchen in my room. It is very important if you want to stay longer or with kids, you can make home food yourself) )
The room was very clean, nice and cozy.

Small nice hotel, great location (10 min to the all places of interest). Very comfortable bed, good AC, even our window faced the busy street, it was quietly enough inside. I slept very well here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this place.
