I stayed here for a month while visiting Armenia. The quality of service far surpassed any of my initial thoughts. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Their room service was great and the food was amazing. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Armenia. I have stayed at other hotels during different visits and this hotel is a couple steps above the rest. Thank You for the amazing time and hospitality you showed me during my visit there.

The hotel is located in the yeravan city, so its easy for exploring the city, shopping & dining. Staff were very good. 5 star for complementary breakfast. The only things missed is swimming pool…

Amazing chain hotel by Hilton in a good location. Easy access to hotel by metro from Yerevan station. The staffs are courteous and helpful. The money exchange can be done in the hotel itself. We visited during World Cup and we had enjoyed the live match in big screen. The breakfast menu is vast and tasty. Restaurant is with limited menu choice. Location is good. Metro station is accessible.

Amazing place to stay. The staff r friendly… and its in the city so everything accessable.

The friendliest and best service I have ever experienced at a Doubletree! The staff members were so nice and helpful to give me the best advice about transport options, sights and everything I asked from them. They made my first visit in Armenia a fabolous one. The hotel has a really good location close to the Republic Sq. Blue Mosque, etc. Yerevan airport is a 15-20 minutes taxi ride from Doubletree.

Staff excellent. Rooms clean but nothing special. Buffet breakfast excellent and varied. Lunch not great. Location not the most central but easy walking distance to Republic Square.

I’ve never been to a hotel that shows you this much courtesy, friendliness and respect. The staff is AMAZING! To be honest I wasn’t expecting much of the hotel but I was mistaken, every single person in the hotel is friendly and super nice. From cleanliness to food to service. That’s why it’s the first time I actually put an effort and wrote down a review. ps; the guys at the reception were super nice but forgot to ask their names, 17/3.

The location is good, not far from the city center-Republic Square. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is an iron, a hair dryer, a kettle. The bed is comfortable. Clean. The spa area is lovely. The fitness room is minimalist, but it is nice to work out. The restaurant is very expensive by local standards.

Very nice staff, a little far from City center, the exchange shop was fair and the total experience was good. Drop over star, due to breakfast serving method.

This is a Great Hilton property with nice and helpful staff, located in center of town, easy to get to other places Either this is a very new hotel or well kept, spotless with clean smell. Concierge is helpful and is always there to help with your needs. We enjoyed staying here and recommend you to choose this property for your stay.

This hotel management has no respect for Hilton honors members. They don't upgrade, and they misuse the term "base on availability" which never becomes available.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located hotel. 15 mins walk from Republic Square and downtown Yerevan. Everything else very accessible as taxis are very cheap in Yerevan. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was well appointed and the breakfast was small, but nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good facilities as expected. What makes it is the staff who were all brilliant during my five night stay.

The overall standard of the hotel and the exceptionally the service you receive from the staff was extraordinary. Also the functional requirements of the rooms and service inside were of high standard qualities. The hotel itself situated in very good part of the city nearing the main tourist attractive centers and squares. Also quite close to main shopping centers banks and city restaurants. The menu in the dinning room was innovative with reasonable variety of choices. we will certainly be planing for staying there again. I recommend it for the bride and groomو families and businessmen.
