Dynasty Hotel & SPA

We had a wonderful stay at Dynasty Hotel in Yerevan. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the Reception team for their warm welcome and great support – they made everything easy for me and my family. Truly felt like home. Highly recommended!

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome. The lobby was beautiful, and the check-in staff had big smiles. A great first impression that lasted our entire stay.

Very clean and cozy. Breakfast buffet is small but high quality. Good mattress and pillows. Modern and comfortable.

Unfortunately they do not have individual air conditioning units, the central system is either a heater or a cooler which they decide when to switch. Their recommendation to a 28 C Degree room in april was to "open the window" to the noisy traffic from freeway nearby and its polution, if you turn the AC on even on cooling mode it will heat up the room.

Clean, modern rooms, equipped with everything needed and more (you can even choose the doorbell ringtone), with stunning views of Ararat, nice (private) spa — cleaning between the guests was impeccable.
Private parking and breakfast was included, staff was attentative to solve any issue.
One thing to keep in mind for the hotel guests: complimentary SPA access is available only between 2pm and 8pm, everything else is available for external guests.

A Beautiful and Cozy Hotel with Some Room for Improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel for eight nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and cozy, with a stylish ambiance that makes for a comfortable stay. However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience.
First, the temperature control in the room was problematic. At night, the temperature would drop to 18-19°C due to cold air coming in through the windows. This wasn’t a possibility—it was a certainty. I know that the window has a ventilation mode, and I made sure to pull the handle up to fully isolate it, but it didn’t help. The only way to minimize the cold draft was by fully closing the curtains and the blackout curtain, which helped but didn’t completely solve the issue. Additionally, the A/C in auto mode didn’t function as expected—it kept blowing the set temperature continuously instead of turning on and off to maintain it. This resulted in the room becoming uncomfortably warm at night. Ideally, the system should regulate itself rather than constantly heating.
Another issue was the noise. There’s a noticeable gap under the main door, allowing hallway sounds to easily enter the room. Every morning, I could hear people talking and the cleaning staff moving around, which might be disruptive for light sleepers.
Housekeeping also needs some improvement.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting with warm smiles and making feel truly welcome.
Another highlight was the breakfast – it was both rich and delicious, offering a great variety to start the day on the right note.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay!

Liked everything! We were passing through Yerevan and wanted to rest comfortably before our next flight. I was amazed by the quality of the hotel, attentive staff, the room is very clean and has everything — tea, coffee, water, kettle, slippers and bathrobes! Impeccable cleanliness throughout! Very tasty and varied breakfast. We are pleasantly surprised. I recommend to everyone.

Visited with my husband from July 4 to July 9, 2024
Hotel representatives are always in touch, there were no problems with communication. We were greeted cordially, with a glass of wine:) All issues that arose were quickly resolved.
The hotel is new, it was nice to stay there.
In my opinion, the food is varied; my husband and I had enough choice of dishes)

The hotel is simply amazing 10 out of 10. We chose it based on appearance and reviews. We were worried that it was far from the center, but this was not a problem at all. The bus stop is 5 minutes on foot, the metro is 10 minutes.
Nearby are supermarkets and cafes. We rented a car and found it not far away (7 minutes).
The area is relatively quiet and calm. The audibility in the hotel is not strong, we could not hear our neighbors. It was quiet, calm and comfortable.
The breakfasts are amazing! Fruits, vegetables, dessert, cereal are constant. Porridge, meat with side dishes and eggs are changed, so it doesn’t get boring. We also just visited the restaurant in the evening: the dishes were delicious and the portions were quite large.
The rooms are large, clean, comfortable. There is everything you need, cleaning every day. The bed is large, the mattress is very good.
We used the sofa for 3 people. There was enough space for everyone in the room.
We vacationed with a child for 2 years and did not experience any inconvenience.
I would also like to mention the staff: absolutely everyone is very polite and friendly.
In general, the hotel is beyond praise, we were delighted!

Breakfast is standard (eggs, pasta, sausages, sliced ​​meat and cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, pastries, fresh vegetables and fruits, coffee from a coffee machine) — everything is quite enough, replenished constantly without reminders.
The hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable.
The service is wonderful (for me this is when it is unnoticeable) — everything is there and you don’t need to ask for anything. The location of the hotel is good — not in the polluted and noisy center (but the metro is a 15-20 minute walk downhill), but on the outskirts on a hill where you can open the window (French, floor-to-ceiling) and feel the fresh air, and in the morning wake up to the singing of birds!

The staff was really friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very limited, but it was good all reception staff was very friendly and they help me a lot. I want to thank. Mrs. Hermine And mr. Ruben Specially they was very helpful.

We loved our stay in Dynasty Hotel. The staff was so nice and welcomed us with a glass of wine upon checking in. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfast is very tasty with so many different food options.
With Yandex taxi it will cost you around 2 euros to get to the city center if you do not want to use the public transportation.
