The renovation has been going on for ages and it looks like the owners are not going to finish it. We were there in March — the rooms were icy, the split-systems were positioned terribly (it was hot in the hallway, but no heat came into the rooms at all). The walls are cardboard, all stained, the light barely shines, in the evening you could break your eyes. Sockets were literally falling out of the walls, there were no keys on the switches. The rooms were smoky, it was impossible to breathe, the heavy smell hung everywhere, and by morning my head was just pounding. There are also beetles crawling, apparently, in the cracks in the walls and floors. The faucet in the bathroom and the toilet are kept on parole, the toilet seat is torn.
Although it is close to the metro, and thank you for that, it is impossible to sit there during rush hours, the train is packed. And the “hotel” itself is located practically in an industrial zone, surrounded by garages, auto repair shops, a bus station… An extremely sad place. We stayed one night and went to other apartments in the city center for almost the same price.

The shower pressure and temperature are very nice, and absolutely welcome after spending 6 hours on a marshrutka. There is an English-speaking member of hotel staff. Location is very convenient just across from the train and metro station, and you can also get taxis anywhere using GG or Yandex.
