I can't say anything about the hotel, but the cafe service is very bad, We have just entered waited 15 minutes and nobody took attention, the waiters are passing by … I'm a guid and I won't take my tourists there.

Its a very Nice hotel with a unique location. The staff is wonderful and they serve great food.

Great time. Warm and friendly Atmosphaere… We will come back.

Centrally located, great rooms with an affordable minibar and no stupid TV, excellent service from the staff. Both the restaurant and the breakfast is really good. U, niquely, there is a good range of tasty craft beer on tap from local Dargett brewery. My second time here — highly recommended and.

Very good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and spacious rooms, has two restaurants which had great food, great location but again staff were great.

The location is great plus the hotel is clean with a hospital staff. Really nice Disadvantages: 1. There are no inside pool or gym with a close by Golden gym which is about 5-7 mints walking distance and spical rate (see Pic) 2. No organizer group tour buses so private only which is not bad. *note: if ur here to relax it's a nice place to do so. **note: if looking to be active properly for the same price or less u can fine a better hotel with more facilities inside. Tip ask if there is something u need people are helpful. All in all nice to relax. ****for some reason some pictures been taken off but prices for the gym as a guest of the hotel are 1visit 12, 000 3visit 30, 000 1week 35, 000 ADM *****massage range from 30min to 1.5 h price range from 15, 000 to 30, 000 ADM.

Clean, nice and cozy with friendly staff.

In the center of town, good breakfast, staff is very very friendly. Everyone speaks English and Russian. Free Wi-Fi.

I am not happy at all. Terrible experience! Their approach to get as much money as they can is really anoying. I was so annoyed when I confirmed my online booking at their receiption. Then they asked for more $250 for the room when I arrived on the next day! Then I decided to cancel my booking and get a room in another hotel. However, they Mentioned online booking is not refundable too. Money is not important, it is their approach and policy to get money from people that bothers me. So annoyed! : (

I had a compact room but I loved it. It is obvious that it was created by its professionals, very cozy. And the location is perfect, everywhere was walking!

A stylish place with very good cuisine. Wine tasting takes place on Fridays.

One of the best hotels ive been in Yerevan! Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, and the best beer in the outside patio!

A hotel with all the key qualities of a good hotel: clean room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. It's also tastefully decorated and has a restaurant with an excellent cuisine. Thursday and Friday events in the restaurant were a pleasant addition to my stay. Friendly and helpful personnel completed the picture and as a result, I can’t rate it less than 5 stars.

Good hotel nice rooms but lost internet one night and I was on a business trip but not bad in general.

Incredibly clean and neat. Staff are the friendliest bunch who try to help you in every way they can. Breakfast is the best part. The beds are to die for and the bathrooms are a dream. Highly, highly recommended.

Its one of the best hotels in Yerevan. It is centrally located, clean, new, unique, and the most important are the staff members.

Boutique hotel with modernized facilities, good food and beverage selections and excellent service by young and enthusiastic staff. Great location. Only problem is rooms are too small!

Boutique Style Hotel. Very Clean. We stayed on the 5th floor, very nice. Everybody was very nice. I really enjoyed the friendliness of all the workers! They are very organized and kind. The Front Desk was very helpful and everyone spoke English. There was a free Breakfast with amazing authentic Armenian bites and on Sat and Sunday as a added bonus ~~Champagne~~ you had that choice too! My Favorites the Cream Fruit Tart and the Boreks — There is a outdoor area that holds the Italian Restaurant and the Armenian Restaurant Anoush you can eat both Restaurants inside or out and ask for both menus. The room was nice. Bathroom was big. Small outside deck. Close to the last day we saw a rainbow from our window! Also a view to the side of Ararat. If you like a boutique style hotel that feels clean and cozy this one is for you. I hope someday I can visit and stay in this Nice Hotel again.

My favourite hotel in Yerevan so far. I've been to other hotels in the same category. This one is quieter, the decoration is nicer but more importantly the employees are just so helpful!

Central and convenient location. Spacious rooms (depending on the category). Courteous staff, great hospitality. 'Anoush'. It's inhouse restaurant is amongst top rated restaurants in Yerevan… overall can't go wrong if one chooses to stay here. Stayed with family (incl. Kids) — 3rd week of March 2017,

Staff, location, room. Everything is perfect!

Very good. Nice staff, perfect wine, good kitchen, quite nice room.

The staff was excellent, the location could not be beat and the room was nice, roomy, clean and quiet. There were 4 adults and we were not cramped. Water was provided daily. Free Wi-Fi. The breakfast I was really pleasantly surprised it was a very nice breakfast that came with the room price that offered a lot of good variety and great tasting. Every staff member was very polite and conscientious. You cannot beat this hotel especially for the price. Very close to museums, Republic Square, shops and nightlife just a couple blocks away.

New, modern and functional. Next to Kentron, the centre. Recommended!
