Madrid Hotels near Edificio Grassy

Standard hotel room in a great location. Clean with very good service. All in good working order. We have stayed here several times.

Very friendly, lovely place. Although we didn't speak Spanish, it wasn't a problem.

Really nice hotel, location is terrific (Gran Via 5' walk from Plaza de España), clean rooms, comfortable room, beds, pillows and sheets really nice.

The location is perfect, near the main street with a lot of restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly, the room was good. Everything was very clean. I really recommend this place.

If you want to stay in Centro / Sol / tourist area, this is the place to stay. Right at the midst of the action. Step out and you’re right in Calle Mayor (across Plaza Mayor).

Excellent location!

Came here today, and coming back tomorrow! Pretty big buffet for breakfast, good coffee, hot dishes, cold cuts, breads, pastries. Everything tasted good, all for less than €10.

Best price for buffet breakfast I have found in Spain. Good variety of food and very nice staff. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Near Plaza Mayor and the Sol Metro. Good walking area with lots of things to see and good places to eat. Room and bathroom were small but nice.

As this is the only place we've actually stayed in Madrid we don't have a compatible but from our research this is a great place to stay, spoiled only by not having the right expectations!

One of the best hostel experiences!
Very clean, with friendly and helpful staff.

The best hostel in Madrid!
The facilities are excellent, everything is spotless—from the rooms to the common areas.

This hostel is super nice. Everything looks exactly like in the picture, new and clean. Quite a bit of space (we booked a double room). The location is superb.

Nice place. The employees do not speak English which made it difficult for us as tourists. However the location is excellent. The room is basic but has everything you need.

This was a nice place, nothing special!

For the price the room we were given was good. Fridge, kettle, Aircon. Very clean and quite spacious with large en suite bathroom.

Surprisingly great, better than expected for this budget price.
The room was not big but clean. No elevator to 2nd floor so you may need to carry your big luggage, if you have one.

This apartment was beautiful and The Charming Concept is a excellent management team.

The location at calle de los canos del peral 9 in madrid has been recently renovated and rooms are charming, comfortable and with modern facilities.

Loved it! It was tiny (I had to sit angled on the toilet), but the bed was very comfortable, it was clean, coffee machine is free, and the staff is really friendly.

First the good news. You can’t beat the location. It’s spot on in City Center in Madrid Spain. Every thing at your fingertips. Restaurants shops shows …you name it it’s there. Staff is great.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment here and it was very nice. Having a separate bedroom was great as my son could sleep on the pull-out couch — which he says was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, as the location was right downtown, close by everything! Walking everywhere was easy.

Rooms are small, but cozy and have everything you need for a stay. Hostel is located close to many important landmarks such as the Museo del Prado.

We spent 3 nights in Hola Rooms during our visit to Madrid. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Everything is in walking distance.

These apartments are great. I've stayed in other properties from Limehome and this one was one of the best.

We stayed for 4 nights in the one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean and well organized, and the location was perfect. The luggage locker option was also very helpful and convenient.
