Madrid Hotels near Edificio Grassy

Hotel is literally in the middle of every tourist attraction of downtown Madrid.
We had two balconies looking onto the the Gran Via — really got the city's vibe just standing there.

We stayed at the Gran Via Hotel and for us, it was a perfect location. We spent a weekend in Madrid to watch a Real Madrid match, and the hotel couldn’t have been better situated.

Amazing!
Really fab location literally a minute walk to Sol and Plaza Mayor.
Hotel personnel are so friendly and helpful.

We stayed there for 5 nights, the location is 10/10, the room was comfy and nice. The staffs are super nice and helpful. Totally recommended!

The beds are comfortable, it just sucks that the bathroom doors can't be locked. Not so great when you're sharing the room with multiple people 😳

Really comfortable, quiet hotel.
Perfect location; right by lots of lovely places to eat, drink and see.
Would recommend and would stay again.

I didn’t expect that the hotel was in the heart of Madrid, welcomed by the lady in the desk don’t know her name blonde lady she was so nice and very welcoming, I thought I lost my passport money and

Really great hotel for its location (actually on Gran Via and very close to the Metro station “Callao”), for the cleanliness and size of the room (ours had a view right on Gran Via and the view was

Magnificent. Lovely and central staff.

Very nice centrally located hotel, I will definitely recommend it.
The reception was very friendly.
Culinary delights right next to it in the Museo del jamon (Ham Museum)

Unbeatable location! Walk to everything, including all sites, 2 metro stations, shopping, grocery and about a 100 restaurants.

I really like this hotel. It is basically self serve. It is in a great location only a block or two away from the Gran Via. It is very quiet and tranquil even with the windows open.

Its very cosy and has helpfull staff. Will visit again soon.

Very good location. However view from our window was blocked by a banner put up for repairs it seemed.

I stay at ibis Styles Madrid Centro Maravillas regularly, both for business trips and personal visits.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to lots of restaurants, shops and a metro station. Walking distance to many of the major sights. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The suite was great: very spacious. The location was amazing and the staff were brilliant. There was a problem on our first night but the maintenance team arrived within twenty minutes to sort it out.

The experience was excellent and we are very satisfied.

My husband and I stayed here twice during our honeymoon trip to Spain. First, March 19-23, the room with the green blanket. Then we went to Granada for 2 nights.

Very nice hotel. Location was in a great area, close to all the spots we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a wonderful stay at SmartRental Collection Gran Vía Capital and would highly recommend it.
From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, professional, friendly, and always

I had a wonderful time. The location is amazing! The staff and rooms are great, efficient and welcoming. We loved Barbara and Angel, Miguel and Andrea. They are all wonderful.

Excellent stay. Good value for money. Very clean, excellent food quality (I have only tried breakfast). Staff very professional and friendly. High quality accomodation.

Excellent location, very nice remodeled rooms and bathrooms. Also smoke free environment. Most of the local downtown attractions are at walking distance, no more than 15 minutes.

Has everything u need and more! Love the little details like the salt and pepper and milk along the tea bags. They even have yoga mats for u to borrow!

Perfect place to stay. Everything you need is just walking distance and so with places you want to visit. I will highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Perfectly located at the center of main shopping streets downtown madrid. Conveniently near metro stations. Rooms were just the right size for an overnight stay.

Just left here a couple of days ago, the rooms are okay, not wow. They're good if you're in a pinch. BUT, the service is excellent.

Excellent value hostel. Gorgeous rooms with loads of character, super clean, exceptional location within walking distance to everything and right next to a metro station too.

I stayed here with my mom about a week ago and we had such a wonderful time. The room was spacious and very clean.

This Marriott property is a great location with walking distance to shopping, dining and historical tours. Front desk and housekeeping staff are 5 star. The room is laid out well.

Great location though noisy, however to be expected. It’s chaotic and overwhelming outside the hotel but serene and relaxed inside.

Being from New York City, where standards for service, food, and hospitality are exceptionally high — I was very impressed with the URSO hotel.

We had an excellent stay at URSO around New Years time and would glad visit the hotel again. The staff were fantastic and we were happy coming back each evening after a busy day in the city.

I was almost disappointed due to the inadequate attitude of the staff at check-in and the room, but thanks to the help of Ana, I was able to leave Madrid, my final destination, with a good memory.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Nice variety for breakfast before you head out to the city. Allot of restaurants and attractions near by. Clean rooms as well.

Perfecto!
And added to the superlatives I’ve 5 starred — location, service and rooms is having a fantastic restaurant on site — La Antonita.

Hola Madrid! Hola Posada del Dragón! Our home away from home when in Madrid!

Best location. Walking distance to most interesting sites and eateries. Large Spacious rooms. Plenty Hot and cold water for shower. 5 star location with 2 star prices.

The location of this hotel is excellent just a few steps from Puerta del sol. Despite the location in a crowd street we didn't have noisy in the room.

As soon as we arrived, the service was spot-on and more! Attention to details, asking if we needed help finding our way, points of interests, helping is plan our day trips.

We booked the King Family Connecting Superior Room, which consists of a King Superior Room connected to the Atocha Signature House.

Great location. Quality/price is good. Very nice receptionists. Breakfast could be better.

A clean, central hotel which is ideal for a few days’ stay in Madrid. The hotel is slightly dated but I have stayed here several times due to its excellent location just a minute’s walk from Gran Vía.

Excellent location and very attentive and welcoming staff. The hotel is accessible to Gran Vía and other tourist places in Madrid. The staff provided us with tips on places to visit in Spain.

Great hotel for a short stay. Basic, clean and great location. If I was to stay again I'd ask for a higher floor as I was on the first floor at the front so it was fairly noisy!

Nice staff. Fun location (though can be noisy at night). Shower great (with shampoo, conditioner and gel provided).

This was a very clean hotel. The rooms were tiny for 4 people but we only needed it for one night. It was hot and the room was hard to cool off.

Beautiful hotel located on Gran Via in the heart of Madrid. We kicked off our trip in this hotel.

The Hotel Montera is fairly easy to find, though I'd suggest checking the exact location before you head over.
