World-class hotel with unique charm and character! Casa de Las Artes has become one of my favorite hotels in Madrid.

From the moment of arrival, the staff and service were absolutely outstanding.

Simply put, the best Hotel in Spain. Period. Best in everything. Amazing team. Thank you ‘

Excellent atmosphere, perfectly designed rooms, helpful staff. Pure excellence.

At the last night before to Madrid changed to Four Seasons. What a wise decision that we made!
Great service and wonderful room!

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our first wedding anniversary with you, and the experience was simply magical.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The doormen are sweet and helpful, check in was friendly and quick and all wait staff were friendly. Our rooms were enormous with massive, comfortable beds.

We stayed here for five nights and loved it. The room was beautiful and spacious, service was prompt and impeccable. And it was in a great, safe location. We walked everywhere.

We Love this hotel and the service. Our room was fabulous. The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond for you. Their bar and cocktails, champagne, Cava selections are top shelf.

This would be the most honest 5 stars I have ever given. This hotel aside its beautiful ambient, has THE MOST wonderful employees!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, everything is great, starting from the communication with the staff before making reservation, they are responsive everytime.

We were looking for a hotel close to the Atocha train station and we were so happy we chose this hotel. We arrived mid morning and the staff was most gracious.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at Pestana Collection Madrid Plaza Mayor. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! The room was awesome. The location is unbeatable and the service was absolutely incredible.

Spacious bathroom area, including both a shower and a standalone bathtub.

Fantastic location. Wonderful staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Shame the rooftop bar was closed but the 1st floor bar made up for this with great views of Gran Via.

Amazing apartments. We had the suite with the balcony and it never failed to deliver. Perfect view of the main gran via strip. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city.

All the places on Gran Vía street are appetizing and are very good, shops restaurant, I love everything… especially the terraces of the hotels, have a drink on any terrace of a hotel on Gran Vía and

Excellent location; half an hour to/from the airport, five minute walk to Sol Metro Station or Atochas Train Station. Food, entertainment, shopping, site seeing all right there.

The Blume Cruz Suites are special in many ways. The hotel is in a great location — surrounded by many shops, restaurants, tapas bars, and attractions, all within easy walking distance.

This was a solid hotel.

Perfect for a business trip. The central location was a major plus for meetings. Staff was efficient and friendly. While my room was modern, the work space was a bit small.

Come here to experience what real Spanish hospitality is all about. The rooms were incredible, the view from the rooftop is out of this world.

Loved the hotel! The room was very spacious and beautifully designed, with unique decor that really made the stay feel special. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming throughout.

Super hotel with super staff. Both the Azaharas at reception were so helpful and professional throughout our recent stay late April / early May 2024. Thank you to all.

I was staying in this Hotel with my family for over 10 days and we had an amazing experience.

Service staff was more than excellent! In particular Angelo at the restaurant and the doormen who were always super helpful, very polite and just super nice!
Location is very central.

Spectacular hotel. The rooms and atmosphere was great! I felt like I was in a spa. The people working there were incredible nice.

I stay at ibis Styles Madrid Centro Maravillas regularly, both for business trips and personal visits.

Hotel is in an excellent location, close to lots of restaurants, shops and a metro station. Walking distance to many of the major sights. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Being from New York City, where standards for service, food, and hospitality are exceptionally high — I was very impressed with the URSO hotel.

We had an excellent stay at URSO around New Years time and would glad visit the hotel again. The staff were fantastic and we were happy coming back each evening after a busy day in the city.

I was almost disappointed due to the inadequate attitude of the staff at check-in and the room, but thanks to the help of Ana, I was able to leave Madrid, my final destination, with a good memory.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Nice variety for breakfast before you head out to the city. Allot of restaurants and attractions near by. Clean rooms as well.

Hotel is literally in the middle of every tourist attraction of downtown Madrid.
We had two balconies looking onto the the Gran Via — really got the city's vibe just standing there.

We stayed at the Gran Via Hotel and for us, it was a perfect location. We spent a weekend in Madrid to watch a Real Madrid match, and the hotel couldn’t have been better situated.

Best location. Walking distance to most interesting sites and eateries. Large Spacious rooms. Plenty Hot and cold water for shower. 5 star location with 2 star prices.

The location of this hotel is excellent just a few steps from Puerta del sol. Despite the location in a crowd street we didn't have noisy in the room.

We simply loved our stay at the Principal Madrid for 3 nights in Feb.

The location of the hotel provides a privileged view down the Gran Via from our spacious and very comfortable room. Service was absolutely faultless and staff were so lovely and helpful.

Unbeatable location! Walk to everything, including all sites, 2 metro stations, shopping, grocery and about a 100 restaurants.

I really like this hotel. It is basically self serve. It is in a great location only a block or two away from the Gran Via. It is very quiet and tranquil even with the windows open.

We stayed for a couple of nights when on a weekend break in Madrid. We stayed in a junior suite which was extremely comfortable and had a separate sitting area on a mezanine floor.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and warmth the staff provided for my wife, 6-month-old baby and me. This was my child's first international trip and our first time in Madrid.

Every single aspect of the Hotel Orfila is exceptional. It is beautiful /charming/elegant.

Every detail about this hotel is impressive: the large rooms the beautiful dining room, inside and out, the well-trained staff, the quality of food, the service, and the feeling that each guest is

The little outdoor terrace at Hospes Puerta de Alcalá is a charming spot for a casual drink or some tapas.

Exceptional stay we had a Dreamers room and stayed 5 nights. Housekeeping checked on us twice a day and turned down the beds. The room was immaculate and so was the rest of the hotel.
