Very central and lovely staff. Quiet and nice and clean. Good beds… and I have a bad back so that's majorly important.

Great location to reach most popular places on foot. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious for Madrid center hotel. No tight sealing bathroom door is a minus point! Breakfast is very good. Fitness center in small but ok for very basic activities. Prices are very premium for the level of hotel and you pay for convenience mainly.

The Hotel is wonderful. In the city center, all the sights are close by. Good service, employees are always ready to help. Excellent breakfasts, a wide range of dishes-scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, frat, sausage and cheese cutting, red fish, various pastries, fruit. And also-champagne, wine and vodka. The Hotel is clean and quiet. The Neighborhood is not audible. Wifi is good Enough. Very comfortable bed. All thought out to the smallest detail-lights, sockets, mirrors. Near Metro station, several supermarkets. Every Day 17do20 You can enjoy coffee and tea with cakes downstairs in the bar free of charge-which gives an additional bonus to this hotel. I Didn't want to leave. I recommend this hotel to Everyone. Pretty Good Wi-Fi. There are several Russian channels.

Not worth the money. Ground floor rooms face onto inner court yard with no opening windows. Noise from next door bar late at night and early morning. Moved room when incessantly barking dog moved in. Didn't realise till late that new room bathroom had 3 lightbulbs gone, all above sink so impossible to do make up or shave.

I was a few weeks ago in a family celebration, and I found a charming hotel, poor food but good quality, and excellent service and attention.

Honesty, you can't beat the quality/price of this catalonia hotel. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean. And it is perfectly located in downtown. One downside: always call the hotel after booking to confirm as they tend to overbook.

The rooms are nice and clean, and we actually got an upgrade on arrival. They are very friendly, in a walkable part of town, and even have a nice happy hour with free tea and coffee and pastries for guests. So far an excellent experience.

Quiet, nice, cozy, gentle, friendly.

The hotel is very organized, most of the staff speak very good English, a larger problem is real and Spain. It seems like the enthusiasm to help you to solve all the problems encountered, even in their positions of responsibility. There's clean towels and sheets, walking on the floor have a beautiful voice, and the cold insulation of the window.

The hotel did not have any weaknesses. Great location, from Anton Martin Metro station is only a few yards away, a little walk to the busy shops and restaurants area. Hotel was very modern, clean, good choice for breakfast. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. He will give you some advice on where to go on where to eat, and so on. Hotel has a small bar, if you come back late, it is an ideal place.

I arrived late and left early but the hotel was extremely easy to find and the staff could not have been more helpful. The whole place had a premium feel to it from the welcome drink to the taxi they arranged for me in the morning. The breakfast was the best I've had in any hotel and I stay at a lot of them for work. A great hotel.

Unreal stupid. The Internet on the fifth floor is not working. I cut off from life! And this is the 21st century! They say no other rooms, although I see that in booking rooms there. Living in a hostel, but without neighbors and with good fitment.

It is, by far the worst restaurant in which I have been. Not is eats too bad but makes time that decided to not return to go because the service is lousy, them waitresses are some edges and not have the less sense common at the time of make your work. This had not happened I indeed at any La Tagliatella restaurant. Not what I recommend in absolute and is very rare that I put bad note to something.
