Few hits can be put to the hotel. Very good location, service and quality in the rooms. Maybe they should better organize access to the spa, the site is not very big and it was easy to get together vary people losing a little privacy and comfort.

Friendly and attentive staff, comfortable rooms and great location. There is a spa but I have never used it so cannot comment. Rooms could do with some attention — TVs are old and some of the fittings on the shower have seen better days — but overall it was good value for money for the single room I had. Outside and inside bar serving drinks and snacks upon request.

Good: Wi-Fi, location, cleanliness. Bad: Standard room has no windows, breakfast was not very clean, some staff were not friendly.

3:30 in afternoon, out all day, room not clean. Really cold in room, can not adjust temperature, so they turn off system, now hot, cannot adjust from room. Hot all night. Good location, terrible service. No stars. 4:20 pm room finally clean, still hot, they say it is fixed, not so. Vent blowing warm air.

GREAT Location Great Hotel!
The Hotel is located 100 metres from the famous El Prado Museum. Very Convenient to reach the heart of Madrid: Piazza Mayor, Puerta del Sol etc. (about 10 minutes on foot).

The Hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds and a five-minute metro stop.
The hotel room was very comfortable, clean, the staff friendly and ready to help you for any need. The Breakfast

"Radisson Mini" well hidden three star. Not the usual comfortable classy status. However central to the world class musea: prado. Thyssen. Reina. Must see!

We were eating with a Wonderbox offer and the menu was very rich. We were treated very well and ate at a table next to the window, with good views over the district of the letters.

We went to his restaurant for dinner, and quite lazy. It is true that we went with a Smartbox that you already know, but the dinner was quite simple and fair. We paid a daily menu at a price of four star hotel restaurant.

The SPA is very comfortable and well-decorated. The gym is a little limited to two cardio machines.

We went to the SPA. The water was a little cold and the chlorine smell that stays in the bathing clothes is very strong.
The sauna is very good and the atmosphere is very intimate.

Asisti al spa por segunda vez con mi pareja y es muy recomendable. Es un spa muy intimo con sauna, ducha caliente, ducha fria y una piscina de agua templada, tambien puedes contratar la opcion de masaje. Muy buena atencion, no suele estar muy concurrido. Muy recomendable.

To comfortable and clean rooms, comfortable and design with taste, only the spa keeps it cold.

I've been there for an event. Very nice old building at excelent location near to Prado Museum and Puerta de Atocha Train Station. Very nice staff.

First we had a small inconvenience with the bathroom in our room, but they moved us to a super comfortable and nice suite. It has a small spa but suitable for the area and the type of building. Well located, in front of the Prado Museum. Recommended.

The worst cocktail dinner I have ever been to, from the lounge, the organization, the quantity and quality of the food was lousy, and the hotel deal, fatal. Nothing positive to say.

My shower was bust, my USB ports didn't work, bathroom door didn't lock which I reported but wasn't repaired over the next two days I was staying. Breakfast was really bad. I dont usually leave reviews this poor but it wasn't good.

We had the dinner of company type cocktail and a real mess. By €35 per person: Very scarce food, free bar at dinner only Mientrad have taken the dishes, then cups at 9, €5, beers at 3, €5 and came to €4. They said there would be ambient music and by the acoustics of the room or ambient music or almost listening to each other. Summary: I have eaten 2 pieces of chicken, a croquette and 2 mini pieces of cake, paid a taxi to go, another to return and the price of dinner. To not go back and remember as not only the worst Christmas dinner, but the worst cocktail I've been in.

Beautiful hotel! Great level of service including the cleaning daily of the room. The only flaw really is the extreme heating in the rooms at night. We all found it difficult to sleep it was so stuffy and humid! Overall this is a wonderful hotel in a central location. Would return for sure!

Pros: Location near El Prado museum, on a closed for traffic road (only taxis were allowed) Located between Parque del retiro (10 min walk eastward) and Puerta del Sol (15 walk westward, uphill) It is located in the "Barrio de las Letras" of Madrid, It is a refurbished old building that is incredibly quiet and, weirdest, it smelled nice. Not clean, flowery, but like sandalwood smell. Incredibly trendy, well appointed with Wi-Fi and staff was Incredible. Really quiet and it gets dark Room service was spectacularly complacent (I ordered breakfast at 2pm, due to jet lag, yet there it was) Cons: It will feel cramped at first due to not so obvious closet We did not have sheets, it was either very hot when we were covered with the comforter, and then cold after we removed it. I have to admit it felt weird, but I should have asked and not assume it was normal.

They checked us in and gave us room keys but our room hadn't been cleaned yet. Had to wait for a new room to be prepared. Nice room and nice bathroom. Good Wi-Fi connection and comfortable beds. Well located with a cafe downstairs that opened quite early which was convenient.

Good convention spaces. The plugs are 2 holes and need an adapter. The bathrooms could be improved.

Great location in Madrid. Several nice cafes and restaurants nearby and shopping at Sol and Callaou is just a short walk away. The rooms are great. Nice and clean, and the art covering the wall behind the bed is gorgeous. View from the room is great and it's nice having a window you can lean out of and see the city life below. Bathroom and shower is perfect. Love the rainfall shower head and it's very pristine. We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant and it was very tasty. Quick and friendly service — — same goes for their room service. Wish we could have spent more time, but hopefully will be back some day soon.

It is impressively yummy. If you got your days counted at Madrid this is the place to go and visit and taste some delicious food! This place satisfies your taste. The food is very good and so are the drinks. It's a must visit with all your friends. I recommend this place to go and eat! Don't miss this chance of tasting great.

Super hotel in great location across the street from the Prado. Service is friendly and very helpful.

The site is very large aunq not beyond a great service but it gives you the sensaciom that are in your House so I better go to the dancefloor so the place is very bright. Food is exolendida better than the Burger king.

Bar with music chill out close to the prado Museum. Tops are super good! and at a very reasonable price for the area. They have a waiter who is Cuban making super good mojitos! The best I have ever tasted.

An excellent hotel located opposite the prado Museum. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is spectacular. The spa is one of the best I know and the staff is super close.
