Very nice ambient and good breakfast. Location is great, right in one of the busiest squares in Madrid, and because of that I was expecting good sound isolation.

In April we had a one week stay at Catalonia Puerta del Sol in Madrid. The hotel is very well located. It’s on Calle Atocha, but our street facing room was still quiet.

Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Great location just a few minutes walk from Plaza Major. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and a couple of minutes walk from a metro stop.

Madrid is full of hotels. But this one stands out as being excellent. The staff took extraordinarily good care of my group and made us want to stay longer.

Stayed here for 8 days early June. Hotel was perfect location — large rooms that were very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom shower.

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our first wedding anniversary with you, and the experience was simply magical.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The doormen are sweet and helpful, check in was friendly and quick and all wait staff were friendly. Our rooms were enormous with massive, comfortable beds.

We stayed here for five nights and loved it. The room was beautiful and spacious, service was prompt and impeccable. And it was in a great, safe location. We walked everywhere.

Excellent location; half an hour to/from the airport, five minute walk to Sol Metro Station or Atochas Train Station. Food, entertainment, shopping, site seeing all right there.

The Blume Cruz Suites are special in many ways. The hotel is in a great location — surrounded by many shops, restaurants, tapas bars, and attractions, all within easy walking distance.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming. Lobby had drinks and a cozy space to meet friends. Room was well equipped. Walking distance to Madrid Atocha train station.

We had room 3 which had a balcony view of Gran Via, was centrally located in a great location, we walked everywhere we went. The best part was the hotel staff, very nice and helpful.

So this is the 3rd time I stayed here, twice previously for business.
There was a noise coming from the shower which meant we had to report twice for it to be fixed.

Overall the hotel is really great. The room are quite spacious and well equiped. The hotel is really well located, in the city center, and everything is accessible by foot.

My husband and I stayed one night in our trip to Spain/Portugal. The location is excellent for walking to the palace and cathedral as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants.

If there is more than five stars I would rate it. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The welcome, service, clean, and room organization were incredible.

We were excited to stay at Brach in Madrid.
Brach is located on Gran Via, a lively and vibrant street, which made exploring the area really convenient.

The beds are comfortable, it just sucks that the bathroom doors can't be locked. Not so great when you're sharing the room with multiple people 😳

Amazing boutique hotel in Madrid. Claude greeted us immediately when we stepped out of our taxi and he was super helpful. The front desk reception was so welcoming.

Positive: The location was great, it is close to many fun sites and we were able to walk to the train station. The staff at the front desk were so friendly.
