The treatment of your employees is not in accordance with the respect professed in other NH accommodations. The hotel has an amazing place, the cleaners are friendly, but the work environment is not good. Something happens in his management… do I recommend it? Yes. But, by going through the reception, I was a little scared. And the situation I lived in the elevator access to the garage with one of the hotel bosses, was very unpleasant. He looked at me all the way up and down without saying hello, in a very small elevator. I've been on it more than 30 times, but the new team denotes the NH network. The hotel is still one of the best in Madrid, and I recommend your stay.

The location of the hotel could not be better. Right in front of the botanical garden, a step away from the retreat, almost in front of the Atocha station and two steps from the center. That's great. The rooms are very nice too, spacious and clean. They have everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. The staff who work there is very friendly, with special mention to the front desk staff. You won't find anything better in Madrid at a measured price.

A very central hotel, next to the Atocha station (AVE and vicinity) and close to the metro and with many bus lines close to museums and ministries modern facilities although old building wheelchair accessible rooms clean but perhaps more Small than I expected reasonable price but not cheap.

My mother and I stayed here for 2 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for these reasons: 1. The check-in/out process was very good and easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. 2. The room was very spacious. The room and bathroom were separate. We were able to complete our routines without interruption. The beds were very comfortable. 3. The breakfast was outstanding. There were plenty of options to choose from. 4. The hotel restaurant, Tablafina was very good. We ate our dinners there. The food was delicious and service outstanding.

Very conveniently located next to Atocha. Bar-restaurant at a very good price. Old building refurbished.

Situated in a perfect location, next to all the museums. Great restaurant in the hotel itself. NH has quality assured.

We went because we love the NH breakfasts and we were not disappointed, very varied and of great quality. And over the rest of the hotel, right no more. Clean, very fair of amenities and the room quite small. A four star by the hairs though if you would highlight that all at the front desk were very friendly.

Very good. Good access to all places. The facilities are very well structured and very well.

Hotel was very central and everywhere we went to was walkable. Close to Atocha station, where you could take the train to the airport. Hotel was very clean, staff was polite and accommodating. Breakfast was included with our stay and was yummy. Street view was beautiful. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others and would come back and stay there again.

This is my favorite place to stay in Madrid. Great location, right on the Paseo del Prado near the Atocha train station, across from Retiro Park and a stone's throw from the Prado Museum. The decor is slightly modern and I love the crisp white bedding. Room rates are very reasonable and the food from the restaurant is very good (I usually get the Classic Sandwich).

Hotel with all kind of amenities and well located. The restaurant has an ample menu of sausages and cheeses, all of quality and good price.

Optical position. Very comfortable.

The price/quality ratio is clearly uneven, the room we occupied was good, well decorated and with a good deal of bar, however the bathroom did not have a bathtub, the access to the room was in a poorly lit hallway, they felt hammering and blows from Some room, the smell of fresh paint made you think of a hostelry.
The Wi-Fi service was granted to one of the passengers (we were two) and the computer had a key for fifteen minutes that did not reach me to understand the intricate system of use.
Breakfast was definitely very good.
The unpayable laundry service, as an example the washing and ironing of a shirt 16 euros.
The Bar has prices according to what is expected of a place with 4 stars, the attention is good and what they deliver serves for Latin American palates.
Hopefully I would qualify you with two stars despite the great effort in architecture and design.

We narrowed down this hotel brand because they're partners with our credit card rewards program. We've had a positive experience earlier this year in an Amsterdam location. This was no different. We arrived early in the morning and was offered an upgrade for 25€ that allowed us to check in instantly, settle in and rest. Otherwise check in would have been 3pm. After the first night we requested to change rooms because of the occasional street noise from the room facing the street. So then we downgraded back to our original standard room that is slightly smaller but faces inward so there is no disturbances from any ambulances, police, or random motorcycle drive bys. We got our 25€ back from the remaining 2 nights. The location is excellent. Few steps from the metro and a few minutes walk from the train station. Madrid is a very walkable city. Our destinations typically took 15-25 minutes by foot. We only used the metro once to the bus station for Segovia and a taxi once out of laziness. Restaurants, bodegas, and cafes around here are plenty. McDonald's right next door. Staff very helpful and friendly. Tip: thermostat max temp adjustment can only be lowered by — 3.0c. Rooms were warm, ended up shutting the AC off and left the window open for a little while.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very good. It was all clean, the rooms were very spacious and the staff very friendly. I don't give it 5 stars for the price although the value for money is 10.

Very tidy rooms and great service from the hotel staff. Absolutely fenomenal breakfast! And it's only a very short walk from the Puerta de Atocha station.

The hotel is well located on the Paseo del Prado and just seconds away from the Prado. The staff was wonderfully helpful and the food in their cafe was exceptional. Price was very reasonable for where located, the Prado practically across the street, the Thyssen just a 15 minute walk up the street and the Reina Sofia just behind us. The Atocha station is also just across the street, with access to train, bus and subway. In all an excellent hotel.

Beautiful hotel entrance with several places to sit. Rooms are elegantly simple, tidy, clean, renovated, all comodities. Restaurant has good atmosphere, good tapas, select environment. You can hear the traffic outside with closed windows, what is a pity, but common in central Madrid.

The staff weren't always helpful but the hotel was beautiful and breakfast was on point!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The hotel is in the perfect location and the service was great. We arrived 4 hours prior to checkin and no questions asked they took our luggage and told us when to come back. Hotel was reasonably priced and included breakfast and free Wi-Fi. We will definitely stay again or stay at one of their other locations.

Comfortable, stylish hotel in excellent place. Breakfast is amazing, the service as well. It is one of my favorite hotels in Madrid. Rooms in the atttic are the best. The restaurant in the hotel "Tablafina" has plates that look amazing but don't taste that good. Also plates are small and very expensive.

Typical hotel of 4☆ but when you raise and give you a room on the top floor overlooking the Botanical Garden… are removed the rocks. Ideally communicated and with attentive service. I've also been to conventions and it is a good place to make them. Rooms with comfortable beds and designer bathrooms even more comfortable.

Very good hotel, centrally located, in the Círculo de las artes of Madrid. Spectacular buffet breakfast. The kitchen works of wonder thanks to its large professional. The reception has the personal more qualified that I have seen never, education and kindness above all. Department of booking a luxury. The waitresses of flats, make magic for all is perfect, not is les escapes or the more minimum detail. The bar of the hall is all a luxury. Those buttons is leave the skin with each customer, some artists. The sales department works throughout the year, amazing butt!

Stay well, breakfast good but in services like Wi-Fi or horrible TV slow Wi-Fi q buy access pro, pixela TV and the phone does not work. I will not now q a 4 star must have another quality in its services and there are more offers dnd go.

Pricier because it's a hotel bar but great lounge chairs and beautiful lobby. No Wi-Fi unless you are staying here.
