Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming. Lobby had drinks and a cozy space to meet friends. Room was well equipped. Walking distance to Madrid Atocha train station.

Hotel’s location is very good, you can walk to many popular places from there. Room was small but super clean, neat and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and nice.

A clean, central hotel which is ideal for a few days’ stay in Madrid. The hotel is slightly dated but I have stayed here several times due to its excellent location just a minute’s walk from Gran Vía.

Spacious bathroom area, including both a shower and a standalone bathtub.

Fantastic location. Wonderful staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Shame the rooftop bar was closed but the 1st floor bar made up for this with great views of Gran Via.

Specifically asked for a room with two single beds and was told no problem. When arrived we're given a double bed. Told couldn't change but after a brief argument got another room.

Very clean friendly and tidy, great location bang in the centre of town. Can be very noisy late into the night and early morning. 4am close the bar opposite.

What a wonderful place to stay. Hotel Cervelo is very well located on Atocha Street, right in downtown Madrid, and within walking distance of Plaza Mayor and many excellent restaurants.

The hotel was in an ideal location. The breakfast room was beautiful and a nice variety of food.
The bathroom was spacious. The king size bed very comfortable.

I am taking off one star because the bathroom has a see-through glass door. Not an issue if you are traveling alone, but a very big issue if you are traveling with other people.

We booked the family room with 6 beds — private bathroom, with our own door keys.   This is one of the best hostels we've had the pleasure to experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from January 30th to February 2nd, and the experience exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was absolutely phenomenal. Amazing view and location! Staff were so helpful especially Sergio. Rooms were very clean. Would definitely rebook again when I come back to Madrid.

The Hotel is in the middle or everything. It has a great location.
Old building, you can feel how strong it is.

The hotel is fully renovated and the location is excellent. I can also say that the prices were reasonable for the period we travelled.
The only negative part was during check-in.

Spending 3 days at this hotel in May 2024, my room was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable, room was good size with three.

Nice room, cleaned daily, but quite small. The bed was fine but the pillows a bit hard. A wonderful location.

The room was very clean and the overall experience was great. Considering the central location on the price point, we did not mind staying in the sub basement hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at CC Opera Suites! For the price, it’s an amazing value compared to other options in Madrid. The location is super central, perfect for exploring the city.

Everything is excellent!

We stayed for a couple of nights when on a weekend break in Madrid. We stayed in a junior suite which was extremely comfortable and had a separate sitting area on a mezanine floor.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and warmth the staff provided for my wife, 6-month-old baby and me. This was my child's first international trip and our first time in Madrid.

The location is perfect — right in the city center and directly across from the Four Seasons Hotel.

Great times await! Colourful and vibrant venue with a rooftop bar at the Broken Shaker. Great music and great service from Eli who was attentive and delivered great cocktails! It’s cocktail o’clock!

The bar area was pleasant and the server Rena was very helpful and quick with taking our order and assisting us in Spanish and English. She was prompt and demonstrated superior customer service.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very personal service for a big chain. Room was spotless as you would expect. Busy area but the double glazing kept any street noise out.
