I enjoyed my stay in the hostel. The location is fantastic and it's great value for money. My room was very comfortable.

I was in the hostal several times and it keeps getting better and better.

Being from New York City, where standards for service, food, and hospitality are exceptionally high — I was very impressed with the URSO hotel.

We had an excellent stay at URSO around New Years time and would glad visit the hotel again. The staff were fantastic and we were happy coming back each evening after a busy day in the city.

Located not far from the city centre and also many attractions such as the Museo National del Prado, and very close to Madrid-Puerta de Atocha train station.

The location is obviously very good, literally across the street from the Prado museum and walkable to all major sites in the city centre.

Spending 3 days at this hotel in May 2024, my room was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable, room was good size with three.

Nice room, cleaned daily, but quite small. The bed was fine but the pillows a bit hard. A wonderful location.

The location was perfect, centric to both Sol and Gran Via. Great restaurants nearby and anything you would need within walking distance. Service was excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights before a transfer to Barcelona and were extremely pleased with the service and accommodations provided by the hotel.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Madrid!
Hotel Soho Boutique Opera was a fantastic find during our trip to Madrid.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel and had a wonderful time.

Spacious bathroom area, including both a shower and a standalone bathtub.

Fantastic location. Wonderful staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Shame the rooftop bar was closed but the 1st floor bar made up for this with great views of Gran Via.

Nothing out of this world but you are 15 mn walking distance from all the attractions. We got lucky with room 421 that was very spacious and quiet however a bit dark.

A clean, central hotel which is ideal for a few days’ stay in Madrid. The hotel is slightly dated but I have stayed here several times due to its excellent location just a minute’s walk from Gran Vía.

Great location right in the heart of Gran Via! The service was excellent and everything was very clean and well-maintained.

Rooms are little small, bathroom door and floor need to be fixed, cleanness 7/10. Location perfect, the breakfast you can take it in the cafe in the reception good options.

We stayed for a couple of nights when on a weekend break in Madrid. We stayed in a junior suite which was extremely comfortable and had a separate sitting area on a mezanine floor.

I was very impressed with the quality of service and warmth the staff provided for my wife, 6-month-old baby and me. This was my child's first international trip and our first time in Madrid.

The Hotel is in the middle or everything. It has a great location.
Old building, you can feel how strong it is.
Rooms are big enough and comfortable, quite and clean.
Breakfast room is a bit small!

The hotel is fully renovated and the location is excellent. I can also say that the prices were reasonable for the period we travelled.
The only negative part was during check-in.

The location is perfect — right in the city center and directly across from the Four Seasons Hotel.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and the staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help.

The room is big and bed is great. Location is good but very noisy with drunks and druggies outside in the street till early morning hours.

This Hostal is owned by Hostal Madrid Cervelo which is about 200m away, you need to check-in and check-out there. The breakfast also need to take at there.

Perfect location, nice clean rooms and great service from all of the staff. It is less than a 5 min walk from the Grand Via metro station and beyond from there.

Locations location location. Staff is super friendly, professional and helpful. Details in hotel are so cute. Room wasn’t too big or they couldn’t provide a spare bed but we managed.
