Great hotel located in Madrid Central. Just a short walk away to Sol metro and square. Gran Via shopping area and Plaza Mayor to name a few. The hotel is clean, and functional. Considering the location of the hotel the rooms are reasonable in size. Fully stocked mini bar but no tea/coffee facilities. Currently the surrouding area is filled with construction activity.

Great location, but the rooms and beds are not very nice.

We were there before Christmas, the staff treatment was very good! Great clean! The location of the hotel is excellent. The only downside I put is the comfort of the mattress… It was terrible! Otherwise great!

Minimalist Hotel, skilled and very friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel for eight nights April 21-29. Enjoyed our stay immensely. The beds were comfortable the bathroom was clean. We Found the staff very helpful and friendly. If we needed something we received within minutes. The night before we left Andrew (his English name) helped us with our bus tickets even though he was very busy. Thank you Andrew. The location was great close to the main attractions as we walked every where. A good first time visit to Madrid!

Very nice and helpful staff and great location in the center of Madrid, very close to Plaza Puerta del Sol Good breakfast and clean rooms. I would like to come here again next time I am in Madrid, the city that never sleeps ☺

Staff hyper welcoming, room Nikel at the level of cleanliness! Big surprise when arriving and seeing a very large room with terrace, bathroom with jacuzzi. I advise you room 702! Small flat for TV channels only 2 in French and it is not the 2 most popular channels.

It's a very nice place, clean, good service, I didn't try the breakfasts. In general terms it is a place that deserves to visit central location.

The room is too small, dark and cold. I couldn, t sleep because it’s cold and heating doesn’t work properly. In addition there is not clean blanket and it seems that they have not changed the cover of pillow too.

To be a 4 star The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, missing the carpet for the shower, the door is type saloon so no privacy.

Good location. The rooms are smaller than they appear online and the beds and toiletries provided are the quality of a 3* hotel at best. We had to move the luggage rack to open the closet or to pass by the bed to get to the bathroom. We had just two small bags. There would not have been space for a medium or large suitcase.

We were put in a room where the mirror in the bathroom is broken and nearing falling off. Reported it twice but nobody attended to our concern. It’s as if this hotel is not conscious with the safety of their guests. F&B staff are snobbish. Location wise, it’s in the center of the town and very strategic.

The hotel has 2 things going for it: location and price. The location is great, and we walked everywhere. The price (for the location) is good. It portraits itself as a 4 stars hotel, but I think it is a decent 3 stars one. It's quite clean too. Now to the negative points: breakfast and bathroom in the room. The breakfast is a buffet, and if you have any type of food intolerance it's up to you to fend for yourself and get what you need. I got breakfast only one day, the other days I went out. The bathroom/ toilet: I can't understand what were they thinking by having a transparent door that doesn't close to the toilet from the room. So if you are sharing a room with someone, then you will share the sight, the noise and smell of you going to the toilet. We ended up taking turns and kicking each other out of the room in order to be able to use the toilet. Insane. I had room 403, maybe this insanity only happened in our rooms. All in all: choose this place for the location and be aware of the insane toilet doors.

Very good hotel located in a perfect place. The only downside is that the bathroom door was glass and it didn't close, so you could perfectly hear everything…

This small hotel is like my in Madrid!
Super clean, comfortable and great care like Sara and Javier at the front desk that help you to solve any detail and orient located opposite to stop ⭕ ️ Sevilla — Sol ☀ ️ Truck No. 53 and 52 that takes you to the district of Salamanca in addition to being a few steps from Plaza del Sol and Plaza Lope de Vega places of drinks and good food and to Metro Sevilla so communicated and really centric a Hotelazo!
And for him airport in Cibeles the bus by 5.00 my house in Madrid!

Good hotel. Close to city center. Room was a little bit on the small side. Amenities and services were really good.

Excellent service and nice room we felt very cosy and for a family it has two seperated rooms which gives you plenty of space to move around with kids. You get more than you paid for Madrid hotels. Good for family too.

A little worn down, not that it really matters in the end. Clean and superb location. Not a lot of noisy night life, but when you go into the street there is life and activity right away.

The location is in the centre of Madrid perfect for the football for all other events great hotel I hope to stay there in the future.

Very central location. Very close to the Puerta del Sol and Madrid. The rooms aren't exactly in line with expectations that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The size of the rooms, their layout, the toilet and generally the service might be qualitatively improved. The continental breakfast was varied, and standards.

It's okay… great location. Accommodations are alright… and staff is alright… morning breakfast is alright… everything about this place besides the location is just alright… well Wi-Fi is sketchy sometimed.

Great location. Entire historical centre in walking distance. No better and cheaper alternative within 500m. Small but good rooms. Mattress too stiff! Got back pain, so stayed out longer in town. Good breakfast.

Four star hotel in a great location — about 10 minutes walking from the Prado museum. Plus, it offers an all you can eat breakfast buffet that has it all. I would definitely come back. Tip: All you can eat breakfast buffet, 7 euros.

We are pleased with the hotel and trip to Madrid. From here you can walk to anywhere, go anywhere easily. Breakfast was delicious, hot and cold foods, fresh fruits, and features a buffet food choice are many. Very nice, very clean, very comfortable bed. Front desk staff was very friendly and when next door when the noise is too loud, we have changed the upper room. In short, here is great.

Very well placed. Bathroom for the elderly or disabled. Clean hotel close to everything but no sound insulation to the corridor and outside noise. The worst in the House 201 it is the bed hard as stone. No lights on the ceiling. Room quite dark.

It has a good location and service. I recommend this hotel.

Very small functional rooms, according to the squeaking bed (at every movement of the partner is immediately awake), mold in the bathroom, very "airy" Badtür, thus no privacy (there are things that you like to be alone want to be), monotonous Breakfast, little Service, to the normal equipment according to a 4 star hotel such as Bathrobe and Hotelhausschuhe you need extra ask. Not to be recommended!

Good service, good location, and very good price. I made a reservation at this hotel for three friends who came from a visit to Madrid. I had a 40% discount when you book for your website and not charged me an extra by putting an extra bed in the double room. The hotel has a very modern decor and very clean rooms. Also the staff is very friendly. Breakfast I can't speak because not hired him but for the rest I was very satisfied.

Stunning all very clean rooms, good service, good room cleaning an impeccable staff all worth going that if it is expensive but worth going and spend some good days in madrid and enjoy ia is the family as your partner is very cosy in the tourist centre are to reach all shopping malls and banks in case you need to withdraw money.
