Excellent atmosphere, perfectly designed rooms, helpful staff. Pure excellence.

Great location on a quieter street right between Plaza Mayor and Puerta Sol. We stayed in a terrace room for three nights. The room was nice and the bed was comfy.

This hotel was excellent! We went for our anniversary and they had a nice dessert nd hand written note prepared in our room when we arrived.

Madrid is full of hotels. But this one stands out as being excellent. The staff took extraordinarily good care of my group and made us want to stay longer.

Stayed here for 8 days early June. Hotel was perfect location — large rooms that were very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom shower.

Excellent stay at Hotel Vincci The Mint!
The hotel is stylish, clean, and in a great location.

We stayed at Vincci The Mint in Madrid as a couple, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
The hotel service was outstanding — professional, welcoming, and attentive.

The location of the hotel is outstanding. It was so easy to walk to all the most interesting sites and museums, and I loved being able to pop back in as needed without a long trek.

Thanks to Sabrina and Rafal, who responded quickly and solution-oriented to all my questions before the stay, my check-in process was smooth and seamless.

At the last night before to Madrid changed to Four Seasons. What a wise decision that we made!
Great service and wonderful room!

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our first wedding anniversary with you, and the experience was simply magical.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The doormen are sweet and helpful, check in was friendly and quick and all wait staff were friendly. Our rooms were enormous with massive, comfortable beds.

We stayed here for five nights and loved it. The room was beautiful and spacious, service was prompt and impeccable. And it was in a great, safe location. We walked everywhere.

At first I was a bit shocked about the prices for a 3-star hotel, but then… The rooms, even the basic ones, are very comfy and very well equipped.

Excellent stay in Madrid!
The location is unbeatable, right on Gran Vía and within walking distance of countless restaurants, bars, shops, and major attractions.

Come here to experience what real Spanish hospitality is all about. The rooms were incredible, the view from the rooftop is out of this world.

Loved the hotel! The room was very spacious and beautifully designed, with unique decor that really made the stay feel special. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming throughout.

We Love this hotel and the service. Our room was fabulous. The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond for you. Their bar and cocktails, champagne, Cava selections are top shelf.

This would be the most honest 5 stars I have ever given. This hotel aside its beautiful ambient, has THE MOST wonderful employees!

Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and great service. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our trip much easier. Many thanks to the team for their outstanding support!

Great location across from the Prado and Thyssen museums. Plenty of great food options within walking distance.

Great place to stay in Madrid. Centrally located, spacious suites with a kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel! What truly makes it special is the location and the staff, especially Gustavo, who helped us so much and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

Excellent service! All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Wonderful view outside our balcony. Large shower was wonderful. Would certainly stay again! It's very walkable and great location.

My husband and I stayed one night in our trip to Spain/Portugal. The location is excellent for walking to the palace and cathedral as well as plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Good hotel. Decent-sized modern room, quiet (facing courtyard), large updated bathroom, excellent shower. Only criticism of the room — common to many hotels — inadequate lighting.
Decent breakfast.

This was my first stay at the Avani Alonso Martinez, and I found the hotel quite charming.

We stayed at Petit Palace for four nights, and the room was very spacious for a family of four adults. The bathroom was clean and large, with an amazing rain shower.

This hotel was perfect for my wife, daughter, and myself. We had the suite with the rooftop patio.

Arrived very early. Barbara happily greeted us and stated she had two rooms ready, but recommended the one on second floor as it had a balcony overlooking the street.

This is the perfect location in Madrid, walking distance to the Prado and situated in a picture perfect neighborhood. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around, and the streets are lovely.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, everything is great, starting from the communication with the staff before making reservation, they are responsive everytime.

We were looking for a hotel close to the Atocha train station and we were so happy we chose this hotel. We arrived mid morning and the staff was most gracious.

Have stayed at Casa Almagro by The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts on two separate occasions — first at the end of 2025 into the first two weeks of January, and most recently in February.

Casa Almagro Madrid was a serendipitous find after searching the web for over a month. Reading about the hotel and what they had to offer was exactly what we were looking for, we were hooked.

I had a fantastic stay at Aloft Madrid Gran Vía, and once again, the team exceeded my expectations.
As a Marriott Ambassador.

Great business hotel in the city center. Small rooms about the size that you'd expect in any European city center but very clean and many outlets.

We truly loved and enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Hotel Petit Palace in Puerta del Sol was such a great place to stay! The location was perfect for being right in the middle of what felt like Madrid's "Times Square"!

Only stayed for one night but everything was great. The staff are super kind and helpful. Rooms very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need.

Spacious & clean apartment. Very convenient w/ restaurants, shops right outside the door of hotel. Courteous and attentive staff too. Highly recommended.

We had such an amazing experience at the bar of Only YOU Hotel thanks to Eva!
The cocktails were absolutely fantastic, perfectly balanced and beautifully presented.

We just spent 5 nights at Only YOU in Madrid, OMG, this place is to die for. It truly is boutique-y, there is nothing about this place that feels like a chain hotel whatsoever.
