The hotel did not like me, it looked very old, in the room there was smell of wet/lockdown, at night. At night it's impossible to sleep, you have everyone screaming under your window, until 6 in the morning they don't stop. And well, besides that you could hear EVERYTHING, I don't know if it was the walls that were very thin or that, but you could hear what the guests were talking about, you could hear screams (I hope you understand that). Breakfast is not very good, it was something quiet, toast, muffin, ham and cheese, drinks, infusions and stuff.
The staff: the one that made the hottest morning at breakfast was Maria, an older woman but the truth, she very nice! If I got up in a bad mood because of the noises last night, she would change my mood very quickly.
The reception ones: one was a good vibe, the others didn't even answer what you were telling them.

Very very old hotel. Carpets from 2010 have not been changed since renovation. Walls are so thin you can’t sleep. TV is an old square box with out back. There are many hotels to choose from at Sol Metro Station. I would not pick this one. Beds are not comfortable and housekeeping is only once every 3 days. Basically a rip off for a high rates they charge. Better go somewhere else.

A Carisimo hotel for what it offers, dirty old furniture (Percudido) looks like an underdevelopment hotel in a developed country, with the rooms too small and everything is heard lousy for families. Well located but everything else a shame for its potential misused. Good front but everything else very ordinary up to the supposed breakfast included which was pretty CHAFA!

Wondering what she had, she stretched out her hands by ordering me to hand over what I had stolen… This gesture humiliated me in front of the whole restaurant room. I'm not a thief or any kind of scene. I'd have passed with a handful of victuals, I'd understand. But there! Not fluent enough in Spanish, I could not make him understand what right she treated the clients in this way and thought she was the director of the place. She deserves a warning from management for her disparaging behaviour. This is the first time I see a staff member of a hotel restaurant behaved in the lot.

The location was pretty good, at 2-3 minutes from the door of the sun, both the reception girls and the friendly dining room, it is true that on Friday night there was a bit of noise because there is some pub nearby, but with the windows closed there was not much listening. If I returned to Madrid I would choose without hesitation.

Great location and good service. The room is cleaned up every day and they change all the towels, bed is comfortable. The only problem is the acoustic isolation, there are several bars around that make a lot of noise during the night/ morning. So people with heavy sleep will be ok, otherwise I'd look somewhere quieter.

What about… I would say only great location to visit Madrid for the rest for me all negative… hotel that would need a nice clean up… stained carpet and little cleaned curtains and dirty blankets. You breathe dust. The rooms overlook noisy street full of open spaces until late at night… it gets hard to sleep. Poor breakfast… I think you can get better…

The location of the hotel is the only thing worth it because the rooms are tiny and the bathroom also. The Hotel has an excellent value for money, is simple, but not austere, and has everything you need to be very comfortable, safe in rooms, breakfast included, tv, is extremely clean and the staff friendly. The location is unbeatable. I think offering the maximum that can be given by the rate which is very tight. It really is one of those jewels that should keep in mind. Disappointing, if not for the mari, which pleased the breakfast. The location, close to everything. Breakfast… without words, downspouts make intolerable noise each time you download a tanker, you hear everything and everything in adjoining rooms.
