Madrid Hotels near Edificio Grassy

I was very positively impressed by "Hostal Armesto". The first impression was amazing! You enter and you feel like in another world, that is warm cozy comfortable friendly! My room was great!

Location, location, location! The hotel is brilliantly located right in the heart of Gran Via and nothing was more than a 15 minute walk away.

We first stayed at the hotel for the same weekend a year previously, but the weather was mostly bad so we didn't have sufficient opportunity to enjoy the rooftop pool.

GOOD STUFF:
— The staff was super nice. Especially the staff serving the breakfast.

Location is excellent and the people very helpful. Breakfast and laundry service made things easier.

The Hotel is in the middle or everything. It has a great location.
Old building, you can feel how strong it is.
Rooms are big enough and comfortable, quite and clean.
Breakfast room is a bit small!

The hotel is fully renovated and the location is excellent. I can also say that the prices were reasonable for the period we travelled.
The only negative part was during check-in.

The room was very clean and the overall experience was great. Considering the central location on the price point, we did not mind staying in the sub basement hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at CC Opera Suites! For the price, it’s an amazing value compared to other options in Madrid. The location is super central, perfect for exploring the city.

Great place to stay if you're on a budget.

My overall impression of this hostel is very good — super duper clean (even in the corners and under the bed! ), spacious common areas and sunlight.

Marta and Javier were absolutely amazing. Their customer service went above and beyond! They treated our 8-year-old son with so much care and love, and they truly made the difference in our stay.

Hotel is very noisy but in a very good location. We stayed six nights and our only problem was the Manager Astrid.

Fascinating stay.
Thousand.
Thank you!
Return!
Everything is excellent!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The reception is off to the side, so you don’t really see any staff when walking in or out.

The rooms have adequate cozy space for a couple, with a smell of cleanliness and anything needed available, except a coffee or espresso machine in the room.

Perfect location. Easy walking distance to most famous spots, including Mercado Markets and the Plaza Mayor. Flamenco across street. Absolutely spotless. Lovely outdoor space. Reception most helpful.

This was a different hotel experience, as our room was really an apartment with a lot of space compared to the Central Madrid hotels we had been staying in. This hotel doesn’t offer a pool or gym

Super convenient location and the train stations to the city and to other parts of Spain just very near the hotel.

We walked here from the train station (about ten minutes). Location was easy to find and check-in was very easy also. Our apartment was spacious and clean and we appreciated the decor.

I had a really good stay here. The facilities were clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was great.

How can I even start? This hostel is amazing from the very start.
The accomodations are simple, but clean and neat.

We really liked this hotel. Booked on a Tui package deal £600 for 7 nights plus flights, a real bargain. It's in a good location just off Gran Via so very close to all tourist attractions.

Look i’m happy to recommend this place. My company had booked me in an apartment that looked amazing in the photos and didnt live up to it (and was extremely cold and uncomfortable).

Wonderful hotel from start to finish. Incredible service. Aurimar greeted us when we arrived and made me feel welcome even though I didn’t speak Spanish.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Fully equipped (washer/dryer, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates,.

Having stayed here regularly over the last 10 years, we’ve always enjoyed the location and facilities. This visit stood out even more thanks to the exceptional service from Vincent.

Overall, a good hotel. The location is excellent and the technology features are modern and convenient. The room is renovated, clean, with a great bathroom, the toilet and shower are excellent.

We had a great stay at Negresco, the location was fabulous, just off the Central Square and Gran Via. Considering proximity it was quiet at night.
The room was basic but clean.

A few doors up from Gran Via, this apartment/hotel was very comfortable (and I slept on the pull out couch!

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, close to everything.

I had a wonderful stay at Hostal Madrid and can’t recommend it enough. This was my second time visiting Madrid, and I've stayed at four other hotels/hostels.

I absolutely loved this place. Everything about it was perfect for our 4-day stay in early October.
Room was quite frankly huge for Europe. Beds were comfortable. AC unit worked great.

The accommodation had everything we needed. Close to the most important tourist attractions, we did everything on foot.

Great family room, ample water and coffee. Location perfect for walking to attractions in the area. The staff is so friendly and inviting especially Aitor. We will be visiting again.
