I do not think there is anything worse, if you can never use it. Before paying look at the rooms, once you have paid, do not return the money even if you have not made use of the room.

The worst Hostel I've ever been to. €60 the night for a room on a third floor with no elevator. Room that is a hovel, with a company cockroach, an uncleaned bathroom, smell of drainage, flaky ceilings and about to fall and a window without soundproofing and in one of the most festive streets of downtown. Do Not Trust in the images of the web, nothing to do with reality.

Room too small, can barely one move, over the small table that had been occupied by a desktop computer that didn't work.

Very good quality of the service. Clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom very clean. Very good location and a very affordable price. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the center of Madrid.

Very good location They gave us a beer and water every day. But they have no elevator. The rest Great.

The location was the best, the rooms are in a different building than the one in the office and the least I liked was that it was not the room we had requested and the security of this one was just a latch. Taking away the bad for a night is not at all bad.

Great place in the heart of Madrid!

Very good value for money… in the centre of madrid. Cleanera came in every day and cleaned and left fresh towels. They also put free drinks in our fridge every day which was a bonus. Bathroom clean too. Santos was very friendly and happy the security guy who was around at night time. :)

Staff is located at another hotel right down the street. Staff was very helpful and fluent in English. The room itself was ok for the price (32€ per night in Madrid is a finding). The room has no air conditioning though…

The room was clean, we had our own bathroom inside our room, which was very nice for a hostal. In a very good location, especially considering the price.

The Hostel is amazing for those who want to save money. Is comfortable and the Wi-Fi is very fast! It's closer to subway station.

Good place, good price, good localization, next to excellente bars and restaurants. Best place to stay in Madrid.

A try very friendly from the first moment, consumption free of the mini bar and very well located.
The only downside is the lack of elevator and air conditioning.

Good location and very clean.

Well located, friendly staff, clean. Every day they clean your room, change towels and refill water/beer in the free minibar. Very very very noisy day and night, bring ear plugs in case you want to sleep in street side rooms.

Previous my booking a contacted them asking about A/C in the rooms due to huge heat wave in Madrid and they said all rooms had A/C. Well, untrue. Terrible place btw.

Placed in the heart of Madrid, in the beautiful district of literature and beside Sun. It should be noted the sympathy and kindness of the security that at night, very very nice, friendly, talkative and honored.

Good rooms at good prices, the truth that is surprised with the services of this Hotel, because the cooler and products that had she is could consume free of charge within the room there were a computer and the Wi-Fi worked quite well and I think that these three things are very valuable to the other hotels.

No conditioner was of air, there was no elevator, raise three floors for us is no problem, but with suitcases or any degree of disability there is no way up, towels need to be changed. New towels, to sleep with the window open the outside noise was exaggerated, is perfect for young people travelling in economic manner and with little luggage.
Tapeworms sauna, disco and waterbed for the same price. Nothing advisable.

Very good location but not such a good place to stay. Quite expensive for a little old looking room which needed some painting, with a bathtub clean but old too.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything the other guests are saying. It's situated in a communal building, so it gets noisy in the morning. Take that in consideration if you were thinking about having a good morning sleep.
Apart from that, the staff is family and polite enough.

Located in the Centre, this hostel is not the best place you could find for a very high price.
The double room was not too big, had signs of damp walls and the bath and everything in general had a look old and outdated.
The walls seemed of paper, you can hear perfectly to other guests. Also is located in a communal courtyard and the manhanas are not too quiet, something to keep in mind if you need to rest till late.
The environment in general is very familiar and friendly staff.
