We stayed at Petit Palace for four nights, and the room was very spacious for a family of four adults. The bathroom was clean and large, with an amazing rain shower.

Loved the location amongst the heart of Puerta Sol. However, to improve the services, would recommend to provide tea/coffee pouches/flasks etc to make it more perfect.

The place located in the center of Madrid. Few minutes walk from puerta del sol. The room was very clean and well equipped. The service was excellent and there is an active respond 24/7.

This is a wonderful spot to stay in Madrid. It's unique charm and character is wonderful. Roberto in the office is so very helpful answering questions, giving directions, helping with luggage.
