I was at a wedding there. The rooms I saw were great. Spacious, bright, clean and with all the luxury of details. The food was perfect and the service. Recommended.

I couldn't say anything bad about my experience. Since we walked in until we got out the deal was excellent. The dishes we ordered were recommended to us as we were taken note and it was a success to let us go. The duck is especially rich.

Fui invitado a una celebración familiar a este hotel y tanto el servicio como la comida fueron estupendos. Todos los platos del menú elegido estaban en su punto, muy ricos y elaborados con productos de calidad. Me sorprendió que el salón donde estuvimos era aparentemente una suite del hotel reconvertida para este uso, pero eso nos permitió un grado de intimidad muy interesante. Sin duda una grata experiencia.

It is a very nice hotel, quiet with very friendly people, we played with Mariachi Mezcal this afternoon in the lounge they have for a very nice wedding.

I went to an event. The part of the cocktail was very good. Dinner well except the acoustics of the dining room. It was impossible to communicate with the rest of the diners.

Stayed for one night with a last minute booking. Spectacular rooms, completely spotless and contain everything you could need. Check in took a long time but the service was friendly and polite. The service at breakfast was very attentive. Would definitely go back.

I recently visited the Hotel, not as a client, but to carry an order, although before the renovation some friends from outside Madrid were staying there and I always liked it, this time I want to mention the human quality of the door workers, to the so-called buttons, and I guess the whole team will be the same, so if you treat a person who was just passing through with such warmth, the customer service will be spectacular. If you are hesitating among several hotels my advice is that you choose the Villa Magna, surely you will not regret it.

The events in Villamagna always go well because it takes care of the maximum every detail. The terrace is perfect for outdoor events, beautifully decorated and set. The cocktail of great quality and varied. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The reception and corridors of the hotel, where there are exhibitions of jewellery, fashion and luxury watches is beautiful and worth it just to be able to see it. Regarding the restaurant, the service is great, the lounge is fabulous and super spacious and the food is delicious. Maybe little amount on the plates but every bite is worth it.

The terrace is quiet there is a very good Japanese restaurant but even just to have a pleasant conversation and a drink is worth it.

Great food, great atmosphere and great service… None of which is surprising with the quality Villa Magna has. Highly recommended for a special night or even just to indulge yourself. If the weather allows it, the terrace is very enjoyable.

Location, location! If you like to shop, this is the place. The rooms are quite small for the price but the attention and service is impeccable.

We were in a few gastronomic days in which the guest chef was Begoña Rodrigo (La Salita, Valencia; winner of Top Chef). The lobby of the hotel and the restaurant are very nice, the decor is modern but with classical allusions. The staff is helpful and professional.

Service for events is a bit weak… To be a hotel of these characteristics, we had to order bottles of mineral water three times, without success.

A hotel that I have ever spent and the truth is that I had never drawn attention by its (for me) ugly building, but two weeks ago I was invited to have a drink for my meets, so there I stood, and I have to accept that the reception and hall surprised me very positively, with ancient but modern décor.
Its very special and attentive waiters attention, take two glasses of blow and did not put them with some delicious nuts. Its hall lends itself to quiet and private meetings since this full of entrepreneurs gathered.
One of the advantages I saw for its client is the direct passage to el corte ingles of Serrano.

This hotel is awesome. It took to remodel it, but we must congratulate those who participated in the renovation. They always have great events, with important personalities. A great hotel where to sleep and meet to do business.

The hotel is a very important, and after the modernization reference even more. But I think that the best thing have at this time is the hand of the Executive Chef of Rodrigo de la Calle. A very elaborate, or rather very well-elaborated letter. A table of cheeses fresh, smoked, dried, Iberian ham, on one side of the room, which makes you want to try all. They are not the typical eating anywhere.
Rodrigo gastrobotanico menu, is seen in all areas of the Charter, and note his hand in everything. Maître leads the table slowly but with the exact as to which times the menu, both the length of 13 dishes, and the 8 short, made in the time needed. The sommelier explains carefully all the wines that can harmonize with dishes that we enjoy, as well as also we check if our preference is the make whole menu, same wine, to offer you best go with almost all of the menu. Menus can be with or without meat or fish, and that I tried that the green revolution was really surprising! not had neither meat nor fish. A wonderful hotel, with a service of restoration carried out by chef Rodrigo of the street that is not far behind. Magnificent gastronomic offer, and magnificent of the chef in all aspects, even in the bar and the Gin tonics, very rich. The tasting menus are much worth.

For us, along with the ritz and the santo mauro, reference of Madrid luxury hotels. Impeccable Spanish, ever-attentive service, and familiar faces that remain a drink in the bar or to keep a business lunch. And an impeccable restaurant with the most famous chef in Aranjuez.

I have stayed in many of Madrid's hotels and this one is by far my favourite.

The Park Hyatt people missed an opportunity to repay an old debt to the city of Madrid by redesigning the mediochre exterior of this hotel. It is the height of cynicism to be promoting the location amidst "aristocratic palaces" of the 19th century when the hotel itself was built on the ashes of perhaps the most magnificent one of them all, the Palacio Anglada. Many others were torn down up and down the Castellana in the 1960s. The least the hotel owners could do is invest some of that money that went into redesign of the interior into reconceiving an exterior that looks not much better than an airport hotel with an expensive, nouveau-riche "rose-granite" skin. Customers interested in luxury should head for hotels in Madrid that (1) preserved and adapted original structures (NH Retiro or Santo Mauro) or (2) at the very least, built something beautiful in its place (Hotel Urban). I will never recommend this hotel until something significant is done about its exterior.
