A four star hotel that only deserves two stars. Extremely disappointed by the quality of the service. First of all, the receptionist gives wrong information to be able to park the car which we had to pay two times a wrong parking. However, what I was most shocked was the hygiene of the room. In fact, the room was full of dust because there was lots of balls of dust on the floor and underneath beds. We have seen traces of humidity in the bathroom, the wallpaper is damaged in the house, the cleaning has not been done despite the words of the receptionist, the shower was functional at the half, the furniture of the room gradient, the bathroom is not practical at all, "I foutisme" to the receptionist when he had been part of all of this. I was not expecting at all for such a service for a four star hotel. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I would recommend it not at all. And I would not go back ever again.

Hotel nice enough and the staff was very friendly. Our room 5 was unfortunately very small, so discourage. For the rest everything is perfect! Also recommended as the location, quiet and elegant district.

Attention of the first-class relocation staff. Excellent breakfast very well located the hotel and first class daily cleaning. Only downside Pettite boutique style rooms!

Overpriced, old hotel. Poor service, uncomfortable beds. The only good thing is the location. Ended up in a room with three single beds when I was the only guest…

I went to a magic event and we were very well attended at the entrance. Very attentive, friendly and at all times were outstanding if you wanted to make a drink until the beginning of the show. The hotel is well-situated, clean and there is a parking next to the hotel.

I went to a chat in one of their rooms and I did not find it too remarkable, of what I saw of the hotel, the best without a doubt the friendliness of the staff, who treated us really well.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They were pleasant, helpful, patient. The breakfast area was very nice, and the food selection was excellent and was of high quality and taste. The condition of the hotel itself left something to be desired. Coming from the United States, I would rate this at no more than a 3-star Hotel. The accommodations were in bad need of updating. The Reception Area needed to be updated. The hallway carpets were in poor condition. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. The bathrooms lacked privacy, being enclosed by glass. For a family traveling with children, this was quite awkward. Additionally, the bathroom Had A peculiar odor. The location of the hotel was excellent. The surrounding restaurants were terrific. The location is safe. I think that this hotel has great potential, but needs some attention.

Wonderful! It's located close to everything. You can go anywhere walking and the subway is less than 5 minutes away. The hotel on the inside is outstanding and the service superb.

Disappointing for 4 star hotel, we booked for 2 people and you find small room, no bedside table and bunk beds on the wall?
A bit sloppy in general appearance and with a poor value for money.
It hurts with the excellent location not being able to recommend and return.

Very advisable! We went in September, and we came back in December. The staff helpful, especially perfect and sprayed, ready to fix or change whatever you need to install as comfortably as possible. Great location in Castellana, near the most commercial area of the Salamanca district. Comfortable rooms, and always surprise you with some detail. Good breakfast. We will definitely come back.

Excellent location. Excellent staff (specially Alicia in the lobby). Really good bed and overall room. I would stay here again.

In the check in we were informed that the breakfast was included. In the checking receipt it was mentioned the same. However, our surprise was that after doing the check out, we received an email from the hotel charging the breakfast cost in our credit card.

I give it 4 stars for the location and the friendliness of the staff. If not the rooms are not worthy of a 4 star hotel. We need to renovate it.

Hello the truth that very well. The hotel was great. One detail that we liked very much is its bed and its food of our dog. I recommend it. A greeting.

Loved our recent stay. Staff were helpful, in particular Alicia who put herself out considerably trying to sort out our requests. Breakfast as ever was delightful so many healthy and tasty choices. Thanks to the gentleman there who was smiley each morning as he cleared our dishes away.

Great location and friendly staff. The room had all we needed, and was up to standards of the Petite Palace chain. Everything was great. My only comment for improvement is that some areas of the hotels (corridors, elevator) require maintenance.

Great room, great staff at reception. The smart TV in the room was a deal breaker for me, I loved it! Cleaning staff wasn't too good, often didn't renew towels or forgot wet cloths in my room.

Nice hotel, in an elegant neighborhood, at normal costs.

We arrived around 11pm and the receptionist Lucia made us very welcome and suggested places for dinner if we required food. The rooms were clean and had all we required. The location is excellent and close enough to walk to the main attractions/sights. I would like to give a special thanks to Lucia who each day she saw us asked our 6 year old son about his day and what he liked about Madrid. She made him feel very special and gave him a small gift of a piggy bank on our day of departure for him to save up for his next trip to Madrid, she is a real asset to the hotel.

I have no words to thank very warmly to the address and to the staff of the hotel by the detail in my last stay (6-7, June 8) worry by surgery that I had last April 26. Or to the best hotel in the world it would have occurred remember that mishap I had and which did so sympathetic and emotional I know with a card of welcome which I found in the room. A detail as which had never is I will forget and by this I want to leave constancy of this made that course loyalty to the customer to the 100%. To part of that have changed the televisions to much more large, those phones more modern, … a detail intangible as which had with me not has price. And so is the personal of this hotel, loving, close, attentive and always prepared to help to the customer.

We have no air conditioning in the room and the first night to something cold. Also find me it regrettable that a 4 hotel in Madrid does not have digital television in 2016. Those who come with children if we use tv, especially children's channels. But the hotel TV is analog and terrible image quality.
The best of the hotel is its staff.

We come from America Central, Costa Rica, and they gave us a very good service and excellent treatment. Hotel very central and convenient for the center of Madrid. The Manager is called perfect Paseiro and his treatment was very professional at all times. Thank you and come back soon.

Wifi connection was weak and intermittent, Blackout curtain was missing a hook so could not be closed properly. Bar was rarely open.

The overall experience was positive. Friendly staff and facilities that met expectations.
The only negative point was given to the first moment of entering the room: was very hot. Called reception to solve this problem since the air conditioner was not working below 25 degrees, presumably, was only used as heating and not as a climate control to free configuration. Reception confirmed this end letting us know that the "air conditioning cold" would replace "heating" in one month more or less (…). We were offered to open the window to fix it, we did something that, so at the end more or less, was fulfilled what was, perhaps, in way less configurable and comfortable as expected :)

Very good location, proper care, little warm design, very small quadruple room. Room service failure, not us dejarin a towel. I wanted to ask them to reception but the phone did not work. I had to get off to tell and they gave me towels so I go up to them. Curtains let in too much light in the morning. The mattresses very comfortable, although a little small double bed.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful wonderful friendly staff and facilities in perfect condition, perfect location my vieje reason was to record a TV program and paperwork at the American Embassy all super close… Thank you I felt like at home and especially the reception boy Jorge informing me of all the q could do in Madrid, super friendly and polite! Good staff… I hope certainly to same Petit Palace.

Perfect address, but not a fancy hotel. Internet a bit herratic. Need to improve it.

The room was a little small, unresponsive than expected according to the booking page. It seemed to us that it was "fairly used" (scratched doors, worn headboard, shower with signs of wear, …). We believe that you need a renewal to maintain 4 *.
We miss a table to place your luggage. We had them to undo resting them on the ground.
A few days in reception noticed a bad smell upon entering the hotel from the street (as a sewer) and was a bit unpleasant.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. All without exception.
Breakfast very good and varied and, in general, good quality.

Room too small and claustrophobic to a patio intrerior with low light.

I met in the 1970s a Majorcan hotel, repeated endlessly the phrase: "a mine with reason and without it", and the truth is that it cost me to do reviews of hotels and restaurants in my country, so that negative even though I'll be benevolent in which I will send to booking and at Tripadvisor, you have to tell the truth. If I had known that allow dogs stay not I had stayed there, mainly due to my allergy problems, but removing this little incident I have to say that the hotel I stay only with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the location and the varied breakfast.
Room 207 does not correspond to the hotel de 4 *; or even with one 2 *. Old curtains, lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and in the upper part of the Cabinet, a cabinet that paddling is much better. What crappy tables embedded mode of bedside tables, or that trash in the bathroom which, as they say in Andalusia, is more dented the spittoon of a madman, and water which does not become hot at 9 in the morning, and the broken lavatory faucet. But this you know everything because I heard the protests of the guests at the reception.
Anyway, an and nothing more Santo Tomás, this hotel needs urgent reforms but I understand that the amount is so high, you do how the saru-san, the three wise monkeys: see no, hear not and not comment.

Hotel very well situated, clean, comfortable, excellent treatment by the staff, and to highlight the buffet is so complete and exquisite breakfast.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Wonderful room, exquisite treatment from the staff and they let us bring our Yorkshire Terrie.

I've been coming to this hotel every week, the location is excellent and the staff very professional. This time I have been given the Suite 5 and is a noisy room (constant background engine) and it had a hole in the ceiling of the enormous bathroom, while in the light pipes, drains… The truth is that I have not been happy. Also last week I was in particular in the Hotel the weekend and they charged me a price well above that I have when I go professionally.

Posizione comoda, personale gentile e camere pulite. Unica pecca: il primo giorno non sono riusciti a sistemare la camera durante gli orari dichiarati e ci hanno disturbato durante la "siesta" pomeridiana.

The hotel is conveniently situated for transport (bus next) but few restaurants around the rooms are clean, breakfast is good. The structure shows that has a few years.

Good location, very complete breakfast. Variety of accessories in rooms.
The biggest drawback was the excessive heat in the rooms, though it is February, the temperature was very high and there was no possibility to download it.

Everything as expected.
Improve and expand restoration would include breakfast in the accommodation. And will you miss much, the Parkin.

Good rooms and well located, at the beginning you think that it is very expensive but after you realize that it is worth, the only thing is that they would have to remove the blue lights of the hallway and the rooms.
