We stayed one night. Staff! Rooms are spacious and clean, with details. Large bathroom with shower box and tub. Should.

The hotel is located in the center and with several metro stations a short walk away. The property is modern and welcoming. The rooms are large, comfortable and well furnished. Good international breakfast with wide choice. Ideal for a stay of a few days. Great value for money.

Me and my family looked for a accomodation with good quality, price and near to the center of madrid. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and the Wi-Fi works great.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had in Madrid. Refused to give us a room with king bed even though we had booked and paid for one AND they had one available but we had to pay another 20 euros per night. They said a bed booking is only a ‘request’ and they don’t need to give you what you have booked. The air conditioning broke in the entire hotel over the weekend meaning no sleep for two nights. The part they needed was unavailable until Monday. They said we were the only people that complained but that is untrue. Above all the attitude of the staff is poor and unhelpful, they are rude and make you pay before you have even seen the room so that they don’t need to deal with complaints, do not stay there.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. The resin why I haven't given 5* was because the floors/ceiling is so thin I could hear the guest upstairs walking around and drawing chairs out. Bathroom was nice, big shower and the breakfast spread was as you would expect.

Very good hotel, for putting some glue, we had to ask for shampoo and gel, as they had been spent replenishing it. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is very good but a great fault is that it has no parking, they should fix it somehow.

The hotel has an unbeatable location! It's comfortable the rooms are comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bath covered, the area of the floor is wet all and q the tub has but a sheet of glass and the open space splashes the entire area of the floor and becomes very dangerous one for a fall, toilet regular bathroom, being this wide, in bed you can not lie down because the bed slides, a lot of dust in the furniture, wiping them a cloth. The staff were very helpful. Geacias.

So far so good. Clean rooms, nice shower. The split bed thing is still strange to me but seems to be the standard in Europe because of smaller doors and stairways.

Hotel is well located for museums etc. Restaurant and Bar completely lacking in atmosphere! Eat and drink out. Staff are fine and hotel is clean and tidy. Would stay again at the right price!

Very very good! Room spacious, clean, huge bed and amenities such as a bottle of water, candies, spotless treatment. I recommend it without a doubt, there are no unpleasant surprises upon arrival, opposite.

Buen hotel con servicios básicos y muy amables. El proceso de check-in fue eterno, ármate de paciencia. Pero el desayuno exquisito: huevos y tortitas (pancakes) preparados en directo, punto malo, no hay sirope de arce o miel de maple. Muy limpias habitaciones y una localización formidable.

Its location is very good. The friendly staff and the rooms are not bad. Depends on the time and place where you make the reservation may be decompensated quality-price. The only drawback I had was with the cleaning staff were set to close their doors and make a lot of noise from 9:30-9:45 am. And about 3 in the afternoon screaming down the hallway, pouring out his life while they were doing their duties. By removing that, the hotel is very quiet.

The hotel Goya Calaonia this very well, and I hosted and I recommend it. Not only for its atendiemiento, location and quality price. If not for their hibucacion which to me is one of the things most important in Goya Street. A street which is very suitable for a stroll, take a straw or shopping.

Zona comercial de altas fosas nasales. Ser encuentra lo mismo que en todas partes pues últimamente falla la originalidad. Solo que aqui hay un buen grado de snobismo.

Excellent service and facilities. I have no idea how expensive my room was since it was paid for by a conference but I'm really happy with room 804. Everything is in perfect order and of good quality. Plus free internet and perfect location.

This is place is a mess and misleading in their advertising. This is NOT a 4-star hotel. Rooms are crappy. The saves in the rooms require a lock which you need to request and get at the lobby. A 20 euros deposit is required and they charge you 6 euros/day to use them. However, they are useless as most safes are old (not the electronics here) and the locks jam and cannot get the keys out. There is no bar i. E. No service. No one is ever at he small bar on the first floor to serve you anything. The hotel does not have a single iron or ironing boars. If you need an iron you have to purchase one and inron on the bed. TV's are tiny. A bad 3-star hotel in my opinion and they have the nerves to advertise and defend there 4-star rating.

Everything as expected, especially the reception and restaurant staff. I'll be back.

Catalonia Centro is conveniently located a stone's throw from Velasquez Metro Subway station. It is also located smack bang in the middle of the shoppin district. I must also mention it is well fit out with well proportion rooms and a lovely breakfast service. However I was unimpressed by the towel hook which fell only my foot as the glue holding it to the wall gave way. I was also a victim of malfunctioning Air Conditioning. I was extremely unimpressed when the night reception staff refused to change our rooms and we had to endure 38 degree heat through the hot Madrid night.
