I liked the hotel very much. Modern, cosy and well located to spend a weekend in Madrid. The only downside is the little bit of space in the bathroom in the sink area for two people… But apart from that detail I have to say that the treatment of their employees is great, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making us this weekend so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

A great place to spend your stay in Madrid, and in the middle of Serrano Street. Reformed relatively recently, very modern and cosy. Friendly staff.

Well located Hotel in Serrano Street, renovated, modern style, comfortable rooms with ample bed, with Wi-Fi, several USB sockets in the room to charge the mobile. Friendly and helpful staff. All very well. Very close to the metro, restaurants, shops. Perfect for a weekend.

I can't value it right now. They are in renovations and the customers are suffering. From my point of view would be reforming by areas hosting customers in rooms and areas arranged at 100%. They placed me in area that they were reforming and gave me the feeling of dressing and lack of customer service.

Good balance between price and service. Very good situation. Some lack of services such as gym or garaje. Right now the are renewing some parts of the hotel, so there are not room service or bar, but they offer free breakfast in compensation, good thing :). Nice people at the frontdesk. The amenities of some rooms could change (i. E. Coffe and tea at the room). New rooms doesn´t have desktop, bad decision for business travelers.

Very comfortable rooms. Just put a stick, in the shower would be better to put a screen than the bathroom curtain, as it wets the entire bathroom when showering.

A good location and a uge simpaty from all hotel team, apart from some constructions works all team did a wonderfull work to give as much confort as you need.

The Hotel is under construction! They were not to accept guests: the room smelled terribly of paints, varnishes or solvents.
I woke up with eyes and throat very irritated. The poorly placed shower platform does not drain properly. I've never seen such a narrow toilet paper. The only good thing was the staff, very attentive.

The room was not ready at 12 hours as I asked and as it was supposed to be, which is not so for the second consecutive year, do not say things that then do not meet, I was told that when I was ready we would call and no one called, the shower did not swallow water and encharcó the bathroom, the next day the same thing happened and I had to put to dismantle again where I swallowed water because it went back to flood, in short, that for a day we were staying, checking at 18 hours we could not pass R more things, well yes, as far as the hotel amenities have descended, and for example there is no moisturizer compared to last year and the pack welcome, the Champagne O. K But the two bonbons is a joke, in short, a disaster.

Hotel is located in an excellent area for shopping and dining. It is close enough to tourist attractions but far enough to avoid the noise and tourist traps. Unfortunately, I was disappointed upon arrival by finding out that the entire lobby was under construction. This was not communicated on the hotel's page (where I booked). I spoke to the concierge about it and she said she would look into it and see if they could adjust something. (Nothing was ever adjusted from my bill) To no one's surprise construction noises and loud banging began every morning at 8am, sometimes earlier. I never asked again because I did not want to upset myself and waste precious time on my trip. I must say that otherwise the staff was great but just really wish they would have been more transparent about the construction. I even recognized renderings on the walls that I saw on the page and were portrayed as existing.

As always, the passage through a Petit Palace becomes a satisfying experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My sisters and I stayed in the hotel in Madrid for 3 nights. Overall location is good very central in a high end street with loads of designers stores around. Metro station is very close too. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room was ok clean and spacious but it did lack hot drink facility (hot water kettle) which is available in all hotels and B&B places I have been to. And hot drinks were expensive in the hotel and not to standard either. Breakfast was ok too. I would recommend this place to a friend.

In my opinion is a very well located flirty hotel, with a spacious and comfortable room and a very spacious and comfortable bathroom, just as you comment below fails the shower cabin which is incomodisima and inefficient and I am not very thick.

Excellent location. Excellent service at reception at all times and location. In the cafeteria the staff lovely but it can't be that one goes down to breakfast at 9 and have half of the empty fountains and too late to replenish. The staff very noisy in the hallways. Complicated bathtubs and showers for accessibility and operation.

Very nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable (king size bed). I did not try the restaurant, but the breakfast options looked good. Hotel is centrally located, and you can walk to the city center. El Corte Engles is located very close, so you can pick a few things in case you forget something. Overall, a great choice.

Location:very good. Reception:very nice people. Bathroom:shower stupid, disconforting washbasin, no support for soap, no privacy. Room:too much noise from surrounding rooms, defective socket, no sleepers for inside, only one chair. Breakfast:excellent coffee, few vegetables, cheese and fish with poor aspect, distant servants. Booking:we paid for complete stay (room and breakfast), but at Reception we were asked to pay again for breakfast.

Loved our room! Loved the staff, Danny greeted us and was so good to us throughout the whole stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great walks everywhere. Restaurant was perfect for us. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I can't say enough great things about our stay.

All staff was very helpful with a smile at all times. Room was ready, very clean, modern style as promoted. I even got an upgrade without asking. Free bicycle to ride around Madrid without restriction of time in excellent and mint condition (nice seat by the way). I would only suggest to make the shower space a bit bigger.

We stayed here for two nights. We booked it last minute to due a change in plans and we were very lucky to get a big enough room for a third bed for our teenage daughter. This hotel is truly a gem. It is located in a very nice neighborhood right in the shopping district in El Serrano. The best part about this place was the staff. We arrived late and had no idea where to park. Ricardo, who was at the front desk could not have been more helpful! He really went out of his way to be helpful with parking and was so nice! The staff is excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely well located, staff very friendly. Room and shower were spacious and good; pillows a bit uncomfortable. Some TV channels on my room were not working well. Overall great stay!

Nice room, quite spacious. Nice bathroom. Only regret: the lack of light and the opposite, but I was on the 1st floor…

We have 6 years staying in this hotelcuando has been held in Madrid Marathon, have always been well served, but this time had porblem with air conditioning, and the solution was that had called the person in charge of maintenance but that not answering, finally we who solved the problem.
also have always left us one of the 2 quadruple rooms so that the person who runs can shower, we warn in advance and had never put us porblem on this occasion we were told that there was no problem as the recordaramos did it on Saturday night, and miss the reception told us that in principle we would not have any problem.
about 11 o'clock Sunday we did the cheking communicating to let paid the 2 rooms that let baggage that were going to use until the broker to take a shower, more or less about 14:30. The surprise was that at the front desk tell us that we can do and that the rooms have to leave and that in any case tendrems that pay 20. — € to the Late chek.
Nothing I didn't like anyone report the day of check in this, all and that always we have socilicitado anything entering the hotel, and more after insisting all the days of the stay, already estabmaos to willing to pay (as you did), but then not to lack us marearan if had or not availability of room,

Great people, great location, please change the TV.

The hotel has a superb location. Very comfortable room, we have rested well. Access to the jacuzzi is a bit difficult, at least in our case, Room 108. TV reception is poor.

Hotel more than correct, well located in serrano, quiet, perfect for visiting Madrid, the staff very friendly and efficient, correct and functional rooms. There are few exterior, he is the only downside.

Very central and good location and very friendly staff. The bathroom is very spacious. By putting a default comment that the website looks a quadruple room, which does not correspond with the 217 that we had and I'm disappointed somewhat, but it is understood that with a bunk bed the room is a fair bit of space.

Failure to park in the door, leave or pick up the luggage.
It is currently quite uncomfortable.

A family room with as many meters as pretty website cannot be sold and when we arrived at the hotel I had to do anything with the reservation that we had small hecho. Habitacion claustrophobic cas with a bunk bed for the kiddies that none wanted to lie on the top did a claim at the front desk to see if we could change of room that lacked bunks and nothing didn't us not case.

Correct hotel, very well located, there is no room where rest while waiting. Proper room, a small inner courtyard, the bathroom door does not close completely with what the steam and humidity passes shower room.

Fun hotel, clean rooms and helpful staff. Close to the metro station about 5 minutes walk. The neighborhood is high class, great bakery restaurant opposite the street and some more fancy places all around.
